Tom, Blaine and Jimmy at RPM are outstanding and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for performance modifications to their vehicle.I brought in my 2005 Toyota Tundra to assess my audio needs and the team was consultative in helping me find the right package for my vehicle and my budget. The installation of Apple CarPlay and a back up camera was professional and has transformed my truck to the modern age while maintaining the original look of my dash. Thank you guys!

This is now the third time I have gone with these guys for my tint, and they have absolutely killed once again! They ve worked on my M3, Raptor and just finished tinting my X6 M50i. Ivan has always come through! I wouldn t trust anyone else with my cars!

Thomas is excellent at handling tough situations and keeping his cool. I originally had gotten the Lc2I conversion kit which I might add that nobody had in stock. He had the item and unfortunately I had purchased the wrong bass nob. He took care of it and had the right part in the next day. Checked out my install and went the extra mile and offered me to bring it into make sure I was tuned right. Highly recommend this place for good customer service and hard to find parts for custom stereos.

I took my X6 here to get the tail lights tinted and calipers painted. Initially spoke with Tom, gave me good price over the phone. Called back and made my appointment with Ivan. Dealt with him through the process. He has excellent customer service and has the "get it done" attitude. Spoke with Tom for a little bit at pick up and he clarified some concerns I had about the rotors. He was 100% correct. They do get busy, but sometimes its better to wait and get it done right rather than have it rushed. I am all about supporting small businesses, especially diverse ones.

Extremely pleased with my experience at RPM. I had my factory halogen bulbs replaced with LEDs and the LED vent lights installed. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcomed. I had the pleasure of working with Ivan who was very honest, helpful and even kept me up to date on her progress

My brother and I took my son to look for wheels for his first vehicle and this was the first location we visited. From entering the front door, we experienced nothing short of great customer service and professionalism. We had other places on our list to visit however after 5 minutes of talking to Ivan my brother and son decided this was the place to purchase from.Ivan was very attentive and detailed. He listened to what my son wanted and suggestions from my brother. He offered suggestions on things and gave his honest opinion.Ivan started to show my son different choices for wheels based on what my son said he wanted. The first set of wheels my son liked. Ivan could have stopped there and made the sale; however, he kept showing him other choices until he found the one, he loved. One hour later of searching Ivan showed my son a wheel that my son actually sent to my brother and me prior expressing that was the wheel he would like to have. Ivan took my son out to other vehicles to show what different things would look like and explained them in great detail. We spent a total of 3 hours in the store deciding on what wheels and tires to purchase. During this time Ivan engaged in conversation with my son and brother as if they were old friends.We left with an appointment for the next weekend and a plan.The morning we dropped the truck off to have the wheels and tires put on Ivan introduced us to Jimmy. Jimmy and Ivan talked about the different colors they could paint the break calibers and gave my son some suggestions when he expressed, he didn t want anything bold. Jimmy asked my son what side he wanted on the outside for his tires as they had different designs on each side. My son appreciated their suggestions, and them talking to him to make the decision. We asked if a picture could be sent to show the wheel on the truck and they said absolutely. Not only did they send the picture of the wheel on the truck they sent pictures of the different stages for the work. When we made the appointment, we were told we would have to leave the truck there all day, around 1:10 p.m. we received a message that the truck would be ready in 30 minutes.The work and service were absolutely impeccable. My son is so happy with the way the work turned out. If you are looking for anything car related do yourself a huge favor and go to R.P.M, you will not regret it.

These guys got my car straight when I brought it to them. Brad was awesome to work with. He put on a paint protection film on my Hood and front bumper. He took care of it like it was his own. Brad even came on his day off on a Sunday to make sure my car was completed. He even stayed till midnight to finish it since he knew I needed my car on Monday! Brad set an example for excellence in customer experience by going above and beyond. Big thanks to Brad and the RPM team for their services.

Great People and service!I got rims from them 12 years ago, and went back for a new car this week. They do a great job, and don t just try to sell you something. They make sure its right, before you leave. Definitely recommend!!!

Got a pinstripe removed that other shops refused to work on and a matte black chrome delete Ivan was great, customer service was the best he told me a time of when the car would be finished and he and his team didn t disappoint. I definitely recommend this shop and will be back for more work done.

Got a Borla ATAK, SS Spoiler, and ZL1 Diffuser, and Blacked out Bowties put on my 2018 Chevrolet Camaro 1LT. Had an Appointment setup in less than 2 weeks. Had 2 Employees come out and look at it before they quoted. Blaine was the Best Sales Specialist I could have had for my 1st ever Mods. I don't know How many times I called RPM, but it was probably way too many, however Blaine was always Helpful with his responses. Blaine also Sent me pictures of my Car when it was completed. when it was raining and I came to pick it up, Blaine was willing to move it into the Garage for me to take Pictures. I'll be coming back to get My Cold Air Intake Installed.

I received great service at RPM . I scratched the rim on my husbands truck and needed it fixed asap. I stopped by RPM at 4:30 and Ivan made me an appointment for 9:00 am . I couldn t make it the time and Ivan told me come in still and he d get it done . I m am overly satisfied by the work done , you can t even tell there was a problem. We ll definitely becoming to this shop for our vehicle needs. Thank you for a great first impression.Thanks Ivan !!!

I could not be more pleased with my experience with RRM. I went in on Saturday for wheels and tires, not knowing anything about what I needed. Ivan helped with every step along the way. I took my vehicle in the very next Thursday and he had everything done for me that day.He helped me figure out what design/wheels I wanted, what colors, what color I wanted the calipers painted, tires, tire tread and literally every detail in between. He helped my pick out something that was functional but also looked good. Best experience I could have asked for. We will be taking my husbands vehicle back in a month!

RPM has got a great crew, always there to help. Ivan and Greg are some of the most outgoing, friendliest, and knowledgeable people.They are always excited to customize your car from tinting your windows all the way to performance upgrades!Ivan always has your back. He s always willing to show you some of the things they ve worked on from Rim Guards to what the percentages of tint looks like on some of the other cars they re working on!When I was asking about pricing for getting the windows tinted on my Mustang Ecoboost, Ivan did not hesitate to let me know they were having a sale and when I asked he was able to fit me in that day.When it was done he promptly called me up and I went to pick up my car, and was extremely happy with the quality of the tint job, the work was done perfectly.RPM has worked on both of my cars I ve had and I would not trust anyone else with my car!

Good but not great experience. I had to wait 10 minutes after opening and setting an appointment to get in to see an agent. The agent did the best he could to find solutions to my mod ideas. But, after setting an appointment for ceramic tinting I was told it would take a few weeks out so I booked in advance. After several weeks I've waited to see thier guy that promised a discount for installing my speaker system the same week. The one sole agent for tinting was a fast talking gentleman in which I took my time to not raise my temper as he ignored my discount statement after I waited weeks for him to recover and return to work but up charged my install by 400 dollars (I can explain why but it is illegal so I had to charge you more bs). At this point I canceled all of my appointments at other locations hoping they would be as good as hyped. After 4-5 past the est of completion the manage spoke with me and confirmed he'd have the work done (I have alot of respect for the store manage he tired to get things done right). I picked up my car and tired to smile but was upset with the 1k price tag for my tint job. And both front quarter panels had inperfections but I rather not deal with the headache to fix it. I had plans to return but all of the quotes were 100-200 from other local locations that were able to service same day and provide quality work. I'll say thr front desk agents take thier time to get to know thier clients and I've seen them have lasting friendships but the tint is where I draw the line. The icing on the cake was the rep telling me he should of charged me more for the tint work even after completing the work and extra 200 plus since I bought a new model car ( with a smile and wink).

Called several auto shops around the area hunting for the best ceramic window tint deal and the best quality product for my 2016 Tacoma TRD sport. RPM wasn't my first call but they were my last. After speaking to Kyle over the phone I decided to stop by and check out their shop. He is an excellent sales man. After seeing their work I had decided Kyles team were the guys for the job. Kyle then handed things over to Ivan. I gave them the keys around 2:00 PM and picked my truck up around 5:30 PM. To sweeten the deal Kyle gave me a ride to my home a few miles away in his Black Lamborghini while they tinted my truck. That was quite the experience. Not something any typical auto shop would offer their customer.Over all I'm satisfied with the end result and the experience I had with this company. Both kyle and Ivan were polite and respectful.The tint isn't as dark as I had anticipated but I got what I paid for and at the end of the day I'm still happy with the results.Give these guys a call and i insure you won't consider anyone else to work on your vehicle.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and was in the market for tint! I called Up RPM and as usual they did not disappoint. Ivan was very helpful in picking out the perfect shade and quality of tint to compliment my C300 convertible. Brad sealed the deal with a great install. If you re in the market for high quality ceramic tint and you want the best tint job with no flaws, see Ivan and Brad at the RPM Superstore. I ve been a longtime customer with all my vehicles and would not think of going anyplace else. I highly recommend RPM for any of your performance needs.

I took my c8 corvette to install lambo doors and I spoke to ivan and he hooked me up. He did a fantastic job my c8 looks better than what I thought. This gentleman is very friendly & focus on what he's doing. Definitely recommend this place.

RPM have tinted my windows, painted my calibers, installed my tires and rims plus installed my rim protectors on my Mercedes. I really trust these guys because they give you the education on what to get and what not to get for your vehicle.I visited Ivan at RPM today not my first visit but he definitely makes sure he delivers everytime. He always follows up and through and that is very important when it comes to service for my vehicle. Music, tint, rims, wheel protectors, etc. stop by Ivan is very knowledgeable about their services and what to get and not get. They provide many other auto services that you would never know about...One stop shop. The whole team is very professional and courteous. It's true they do honor their lifetime warranty! It's no other comparison when needing your windows tinted. From the products used, application, and ease of service; it's a reason why they are the BEST in Richmond to service your vehicle. Very professional and courteous crew. From the woman checking employees making sure everyone is Covid clean to the gentlemen in sales and service, EVERYONE is top notch. Notably Ivan provided me with a true concierge experience. I am a very satisfied Customer!!! First I want to acknowledge Chris who is my store Rep. He assisted me very well with the tint I needed. Kyle, the Specialist, performed an extremely wonderful tint job on my now "black beauty". I almost didn't recognize my car. I was so happy I scheduled both our vehicles to have the security alarms installed. All of my future needs will be brought to my outstanding professional friends at RPM. It was very important to me I write this review because great customer service and excellent quality work is so very hard to find together. Thank You My Husband and I went back to RPM to have our car alarms installed. Once again the service was wonderful. Kyle and Chris you guys are the best. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks again

I would just like to say from the time I walked in it was all love. I wanted to get my brake calipers painted red on my Dodge Charger and Ivan and the guys at the shop did amazing job on my car. Not to mention I called in later in the evening and he found the time to squeeze me in to get the job done and I appreciate that. Great place, great people, and great service. I will be back and you found yourself a new loyal customer!!

Had remote start installed on my VW Passat the entire process from start to finish was excellent.Ivan kept me updated on the installation process and he also made sure that I understood all the features and the operation of the remote start. The staff a RPM Richmond are really professionals they are good at what they do. I highly recommend them. Ask for Ivan, he would be happy to help you.
