I gave this location 5 stars because of the amazing service I receive from the whole team. They made the process easier than I expected and left me with some valuable tips to keep my wheels as good as new. Special thanks to Josh Levy for his expertise on mustang specifics. If you are thinking about getting wheels this is the place to go!

Highly recommend these guys! Welcoming friendly attitudes and very professional...Josh was a pleasure to deal with and Mike did a great job mounting,balancing and installing my wheels and tires...glad I chose this place!!

Went to get new tires put on my SUV. I am knowledgeable about cars. However, i am not that knowledgeable on balancing beads in which i wanted to try. The staff explained and discussed with me about the difference of beads and weights for low profile tires and lead me to the better decision of which was better for my tires. Best R &R customer service in the area and will not take advantage of you. It was a great experience.

Absolutely love this place! If you're in need of new tires RnR on West Broad street is definitely the place to go. They have so much to choose from when it comes to accessories for your car or truck. Their customer service is always on point. They always want to make sure that they take care of the customer first. Big shout out to Miles and RnR Tire for going above and beyond!

Great service.The tech Mike noticed there was a loose bolt on the control arm on my truck while doing the alignment. He pointed it out and tightened the bolt. Very grateful for his work and notifying me.My alignment is great . Great work and decent price

I was truly skeptical about going to R&R Tires Express here in Richmond, Va because I toyed with the notion that they wouldn t help me. I m from Shreveport Louisiana where I have purchased tires from the R&R Tires Bossier Ciry La location. I called Bossier Location and spoke with Nate. He reassured me that whatever R&R Tire Express I go to, they will be as equally helpful as they were. I did have a situation with R&R Tires Bossier, La one summer but it was quickly resolved. I drove to R&R Tires W. Broad Street in Richmond, Va., walked in and was greeted with a smile. Rick Wood Asst Manager immediately erased all my fears. His welcoming smile and cheerful nature made me feel comfortable. He had my tire repaired, checked my tire pressure sensors and thoroughly explained the process. WOW! I m a traveling Nurse and a novice to this city .being able to have safe tires on my SUV and knowing there s a Tire business I can trust means EVERYTHING to me! Thank you R&R Tires Richmond, Va!!!! RNR Tire Express - Richmond provides top tier customer service. Had a nail in my tire which was causing the tire to deflate. The folks at RNR Tire Express - Richmond addressed the issue quickly and professionally. My concerns were addressed kindly and I walked away knowing my issue was resolved. RNR Tire Express - Richmond has definitely gained a new loyal customer.

I came in with a big nail in my tire, i had three under three with me and they took care of us quick! We enjoyed the christmas tree and the tv was also nice! The guys were very genuine and helpful! Definitely would recommend coming here!! Ask for Casey, he's the best!

They checked out the balancing on all 4 tires and balanced all 4 free of charge after finding out they were off because it was my first time there. Tommy provided outstanding customer service, went above and beyond and solved my issue with shakes at high speed, I'll definitely be back.

My front driver side tire had a slow leak for about 2 weeks. I paid a tire chain store in buffalo New York before taking a long trip to Richmond. They found nothing, and I had been pumping air every day using my little portable inflator. It was quite frustrating. I thought I would give RNR a try. They had 4 people staring at it, found a little bubble. In no time, they fixed it and off I go. I was a bit hesitant not knowing whether they actually found the leak. I waited for a few days. Now I can confirm the saved the day. No more check the tire and pump air any more. Thank you, Rick.

Rick was super helpful. I called 5 minutes before they closed for a nail in my tire. They happily invited me to the shop to help me get back on the road. Awesome customer service

I can t speak for all the technicians. But I can definitely share my experience with Casey and Ian! These two went above and beyond to get me back on the road!! The two of them willingly stayed late to get me back on the road. Thanks guys! Outstanding service!

The super nice guys at R&R tire fixed my problem quickly and did not charge me.I have been to the Honda dealer, and also ntb, both places told me there was nothing wrong with tire, but it was losing 10 pounds of air every 3 days. rnr solved my problem ..2 thumbs up!!

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Proficient service. Awesome showroom.They will price match any other shop. Huge selection of wheels and tires. They gave me an appointment within one hour. Mounted and balanced two tires that I took to them on Weld wheels at no charge. I would highly recommend them.

I was traveling with my family and had a flat tire. Miles Jones was our saving grace with great service and great customer service skills! He worked a price out with us and slapped a tire on our car so we could make it safely to our destination. We had a great time in Virginia and this added to that. Thanks so much!

I came to RnR with a tire set up that wouldn't work on my truck at all! Josh stopped me in my tracks and sold me a much better set up. Although I have some small rubbing, I love the look of my truck. The service was great and all the guys there were cool. I look forward to doing more business in the future.

Wonderful experience getting my lift kit installed on my 2019 Ram Rebel!! All the staff was extremely helpful and professional. Big shout out to Josh, not only was he extremely knowledgeable and professional, he was extremely patient with me throughout the whole process.
