They were awesome! I had to get an inspection. However, it was a few days before Christmas. They were the only ones near me taking walk-ins. Jimmy inspected my car; he was nice and finished quickly. No complaints here.

Riverside has the best prices in Richmond Va. I called around to four other places and so glad I found Riverside Auto repair for my windshield. He came out super quick and worked with me.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They got everything I needed done in one day. As a woman I get nervous going to mechanic shops because I m afraid they will overcharge me or lie to me about work that needs done because I don t know much about cars. Choosing Riverside Auto Repair definitely took that stress off my shoulders. I ll def be coming back anytime I need any work done.

Went for a state inspection. Service was quick, fast and efficient. Everything I was told on the phone about drop-off time and completion time were spot on. Ladies at front desk were extremely polite and even suggested a great place to grab lunch while I waited. I would highly recommend this business to friends or anyone it needs inspection or car repair.

I ve been to them twice so far and I will continue to do business with them. My first experience was a state inspection and the the second experience was a front end alignment. They are very transparent and the customer service from what I received is awesome. They are very detailed when it comes to your vehicle, they let you know what s going on and they don t drain your pockets. I m not going anywhere and I will refer others. Thank You so much!! Happy and Pleased customer

My car sat there for 8 days before i had to call and find out they couldn t work on it. Terrible communication wouldn t recommend

Brought my car in for an oil change and inspection. They pointed out some things I should keep an eye on but didn't use that as a way to sell me on extra services. Prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely bring my car back.

They were so kind! Got a rim for my little car at CAP that had a trunk tire on it and they removed the tire for me at no charge and I told them they could keep the tire (it had a little life on it still). I just love family owned businesses! I will be back and I have spread the word of there kindness and professionalism!

Utilized this as an UHaul option for a small truck re tal. I prefilled all needed registration online, yet when we got there around 9 am. that morning, the attendant couldn't access anything, and our departure was delayed because of refilling all of the information over again. It's up in the cut off of Mudlothian Turnpike. Not safest of spits yo go to.

Whoever that Spanish girl is there now needs to realize she's not running anything she's so rude and feels entitled news flash hun u work at a garage. The old lady has no clue as to what's going on. Where is the original lady and her husband? They need to come back to this shop an clean house. Went there for a overall checkup on my car had to leave after a hour of the old lady telling me the guy was coming, whispering to the Spanish lady behind the computer screen. I had to walk out! So unprofessional wasted my time. She never found the guy. I recommend it if u just go for inspection or if the original people come back an clean house...

Check engine light came back on the same day after replacing camshaft sensor. They told me to take it to a dealership. I am sure if I take the time and and You Tube it I can fix it myself. I thought I had someone who could service my vehicle. I tried the dealership and they was worst. Look like everyone is a practitioner these days.Where are the MECHANIC'S ???

I just left this place after waiting almost 45 minutes for my state inspection to be done. I showed up at about 1:40 and was told by the lady at the front desk to come back at 2 because the guy was currently finishing an inspection. So I waited and came back and sat in the car for 45 minutes.When I went to ask how much longer would it be for them to take my car, the lady had already gone to lunch and the old man said the inspection guy never showed up since he had a doctors appointment. When I told him I just waisted over an hour of my time to get seen he simply smirked and laughed and said there s nothing he could do. This place is so unprofessional! NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

These people are truly straight up honest and genuine. They stay in contact with you regarding the status of your vehicle & are fast to repair! I will always use them for my auto needs & will refer them to everyone! Thank you Riverside Auto :D

Dropped of my Jeep for a State inspection at 10:30 am. They told me it could take most of the day (7 cars in front of me in line). Told them that's fine, so long as I can get it by 5. Get the call at 4:40pm and head over in an Uber right away. Get there by 5:09 and the gates are locked. No one around. Place isn't supposed to close up till 5:30 according to their hours listed on Google. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Awesome they are very honest very professional and they're not out to take you for a ride they only repair what needs repair they will tell you if anything else is wrong . Great family friendly atmosphere.
