Tamera is by far one of the best sales consultants we have had the pleasure of working with. Although we were unable to purchase a vehicle from her because the one we were interested sold before we could make a decision, we would have most definitely been happy purchasing through Tamera. We were looking at purchasing out of state and Tamera was enthusiastic and easy to work with. She was happy to do an exterior and interior video of the vehicle and send it to us for viewing. If you are looking for a vehicle, Tamera is the sales consultant you would want to work with!

Andrew was so amazing. My baby girl bought her first car and everyone at Hendricks made it such a positive experience for our whole family. Andrew made sure she was completely comfortable before we drove off the lot and knew where all the controls were. I highly recommend Andrew.

The service was amazing all along the way from the first moment I met the saleswoman Kelly Buckley. Nice, young, and very professional woman with great personality who helped me with every question I had! Who was respectful and she didn t try to push me a car I don t like the opposite she even told me the cars she thinks, from her opinion I shouldn t consider. I think great sellers need to be real with the costumer and put themselves in the shoes of the costumer and she did that big time! The General Manager also was so amazing I forgot his name but I can say that if you prioritize getting the best service go to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Buick GMC Richmond and ask for Kelly. The best car shopping experience by far!

Bought a new Chevrolet Silverado from Hendrick and dealt with Mathew Dawson. The experience was great. Mathew was very knowledge and went over all of the details of the truck. After purchase has been great too. I would highly recommend Mathew as he seems to pride himself on knowing the differences in Chevrolet and other brands. Wonderful experience!

Sales team are very professional and helped me get the exact Buick I wanted. My car was still in transit when I stopped in. When I couldn t find what I wanted on the lot and told Ross my sales guy my exact requirements he pointed me to the one in transit. Turned out perfectly.

Had a great experience working with Lyman Ange. I don't like buying cars from dealers since the price is usually higher and it takes Forever to go through the paperwork process. Lyman explained everything in great detail, allowed me to come look at the truck several times, didn't pressure me at all to make a decision quickly. Even though the price wasn't up for negotiation, Lyman answered all my questions through phone calls and texts at any time in the day and truly valued my time and built up my confidence in the purchase, making it a near seamless experience. The one hiccup we had was resolved very quickly and I was kept in the loop at every step. Very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend anyone else give Hendrick a chance.

Great service. Great atmosphere. Send all my friends and family there. Just completed another visit at Rick Hendricks in in Glen Allen. I keep going back time after time because I trust them to do the work on my diesel pickup truck. Stanley and crew are excellent. They're going to make sure that the work is done correctly and the truck looks perfect when it comes back to me. They have more than earned my business and respect.

The team at Short Pump were simply amazing to work with and made sure everything thing was exactly how I wanted it. They made our family their family by their kindness, willingness to help in our situation, answering all questions even when asked after hours. Awesome service. My truck has been to 3 different dealerships for the same problem. Stanley McKay was my service writer, he kept me informed as what was going on. When I picked my truck up Saturday, I got a surprise, my truck had been washed and vacuumed out.

The entire experience was great! From sales to finance the process was smooth. This is probably the best car buying experience I ve ever had and it s the way it should be. Our salesman Andrew was patient and kind, he was not pushy and paid close attention to detail. He found the vehicles my aunt and I were looking for. I definitely recommend Hendrick GMC CHEVROLET

I had a great experience here. First of all I called one day and they had me in the following day! The issue the car was having was an obscure electrical problem but fortunately they have a technician there that knows corvettes inside and out. They had the car fixed and back to me in less than a week! Daniel Ortega the service adviser was excellent to work with. He kept me posted throughout the entire process and is very knowledgeable. This is by far the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership.

I am so happy I purchased my 2023 Buick Envision from Hendricks, because service was excellent when I came into the dealership the first time. Now, that I have had a Oil change, had my Cargo Lift replaced, all my recalls completed, I am even happier that I chose Rick Hendricks as my dealership!!! Ju'Wuan was awesome. He was responsive to my request and wasn't pushy. I told him exactly what i wanted and he found it for me. Will in finance was also amazing. I brought my car in last Wed when engine light went on and it s under warranty. Diagnosis and quote to fix didn t come until Monday of the next week. The quote was 19k (17k of labor) to fully replace a wire harness which was damaged by rodents and not covered under warranty. The rep encouraged me to make an insurance claim. I took the vehicle to a different place (where I take my 3 other vehicles) and received a quote of $1582 to fix the three wires that were damaged and replace the wheel housing material that was eaten through by rodents. I find it very VERY disingenuous that the team at GMC would rather replace the whole harness, driving up the cost, and knowingly encourage an insurance claim just to get paid more. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB with the separate quotes, narrative, and resulting outcome. I will not purchase from GMC Hendrick or bring my vehicle in for any non warranty repairs.

I came in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours. My car was pulled to the front at 1.5 hours. Nobody came to talk with me. I finally went to the desk. Was told oh yeah, we are processing your paperwork now. I asked them to check my battery and mentioned my tire pressure was not reading on 3 tires when I checked in. While waiting for my paperwork I asked about that and was told the battery is fine and there is an estimate on your receipt for the tire pressure sensors and for a transmission flush. No further explanation. Was handed the wrong keys. Gave them back and said these are not mine. Then was handed the correct keys. I get in the car to drive away and the oil reading was not reset. And then, while sitting at a red light, the issue I was having with the battery happened again.I came here because we moved and were nearby never again!!!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in August 2021. I ve had issues with this car since I bought it from them. It is now 2024 and my car isn t drivable anymore. I tried to do business with this dealership a few times and it was a new obstacle each time for me to get a vehicle. Since my last visit, on February 18,2024. The only thing they could do for me is put me into a car with a higher loan and higher monthly payment. It s been one week since this engagement and I ve been informed that they will charge me storage fees for a vehicle that they sold to me. My car was fine there until i did not do business with them. The cost to fix my car is a-lot more than what I owe on the loan

Me and my husband just bought a new truck with Michael Collier and he made this process a BREEZE. My service adviser, Connor, was a great help in sorting out the issues with my C6 Corvette. I do of course wish the car did not have quite so many problems, but I was confident that everything was taken care of and fixed. I will be returning to Hendricks for any service that the car requires.
