Great gem of a place! Found this place tooling around the city via google maps in search of truck places back to where I live. Go figure, one of the first places I stopped by, was here.Low volume, high quality kind of place.Found my 2018 F250 here, had more accessories than I wanted, but the truck was everything that I wanted, but could not find on the east coast. Price was fair for both of us. I was not looking for, or expecting a brand-new truck... but this was about as close I could find. I put on 1000 miles and its been wonderful.Thank you much for making this hassle free.

I bought a truck in January 2020. They made the out of state buying process a breeze. They had great photos of the vehicle i wanted to purchase leading me to drive all day to go pick it up. They didn't mind taking pictures of the defects the truck had and they seemed very transparent. Also the price was more than fair. I really can go with a company that is honest these days because its fewer and fewer in the vehicle industry. Thanks guys!

Love the Ford Transit 250! Awesome van, amazing customer service, and as always priced right. The van was well detailed and had a fresh inspection. Thank you Jeb for making the process a breeze. We were in and out in and are very pleased!!

February 2023...I just purchased a 2015 Nissan NV 3500 cargo van from RTA. Absolute NO FRILLS environment. All my questions answered & smooth transaction. They are not looking to meet a sales quota like other dealers so its a definite "no sweet talk" or "no pressure" atmosphere! You get a good vehicle with a solid carfax report & piece of mind. A box truck purchase is next on my agenda. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

These guys are awesome, very down to earth and professional. I traded in my truck here and purchased one of theirs, all very transparent and fair prices. Quality trucks with no rust and proper care. Highly recommend!

I bought my 2005 Red Titan from RTA back in January 2018 and have been going back to get whatever I needed done to my truck. Jeb and Jeff are awesome man! They are friendly, fair priced, and transparent on everything. They let you know what was going on with any problems your truck has and help explain things great if you don t understand. Great guys, great place, treat you like family! I will be a customer for life!

Ordered tires and had an alignment done here after suspension work. These guys definitely know their stuff and made sure everything was right, which was appreciated. They took time to make sure I was ordering the right tires and not just placing my order. Good thing too because their vendor apparently mislabeled them in the system. He literally called the guy up and made him read the sidewall. May sound like these details are small, but it's nice to go to a shop that cares

Jeff has worked on two of our cars recently. As it turns out, both cars needed brakes and rotors and the older car needed ball joints repaired as well. He called and told me what repairs the cars needed and how much they would cost BEFORE anything was done.....no surprises later. The cars were ready when he told me they would be too. Jeff even checked back with me a few days later to make sure everything was okay. No auto repair shop has ever done that so I was pretty impressed. I was very happy with the service I received at AutoLinc and have already recommended them to other family members.

Had my 2019 f250 leveled and front end aligned. Great and friendly guys. They knew the level kit I wanted had a flaw so I ended up with a better leveling kit. My truck pulled to the right and since I live out of town I took it to my trusted mechanic. My alignment was way off and it is going to cost me another 650 to get it aligned. My truck has less then 20,000 miles and has never been in an accident. RTA yall need to check your alignment machine.

I am very happy I had the opportunity to purchase my car here. I purchased a 2001 Ford Focus and even though it is an older car, I have had nothing but good results out of it. We are actually planning a trip to the beach tomorrow and I am happy to take my children along for the ride in my car. I would suggest going to purchase your car here if you are looking for something reliable!

You couldn't ask for a more welcoming place to do business with! Staff are like extended family as soon as you walk in the door. Do yourself a favor and talk with these folks about any of your lift kit needs as they are authorized Rough Country dealers and installers, or just look at their selection of super clean trucks and SUVs most of which are freshly lifted and leveled! Keep up the good work!!!

Honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and timely service at great prices! What more can you ask for from a mechanic. Jeff Seredni and crew really take good care of their customers and their vehicles. Jeff and his team at AutoLinc were fantastic!!! I was in a fender binder a few weeks ago and the estimate for damages was over $2,000! Including my $500 deductible. It was my first accident so I was clueless on what to do and worried about paying the deductible. I had severely damaged my bumper, broken the driver headlight and caused the front part of the car to curl upward a bit. At least that is my interpretation of the the insurance agents car lingo. After I got the insurance check I ended up taking my car to AutoLinc. Jeff Seredni looked over the car and informed me that my car would take about 2-3 weeks to fix but that he thought he could do the work under the insurance estimate. He gave me a call in only two weeks and told me my car was ready! When I got there I learned he was able to save me my $500 deductible! I was amazed! Then I checked out my car and it was practically brand new!!! He replaced not one but both of the head lights! They are now soooo shiny and new! The lights are better than when I first got the car! With all that work he also included a free oil change. He also got it detailed so my entire car felt like a new car inside and out!Thanks to Jeff at AutoLinc I came out of my first car accident experience without actually paying my deductible and with a beautiful new car!

Purchased a truck and took delivery of it with a quarter tank of gas. My. Wife was told they did not fill it up because they were short staffed. Called 2 weeks after the purchase with a c.ouple of issues. They said I did not get a warranty because they had taken some off of the price of the vehicle. I would not recommended buying a vehicle from them.

My husband and I had excellent service when looking for a truck. The salesman, Jeb, was top notch, very pleasant and knowledgeable.He went out of his way to ensure our questions were answered and is very professional as well.100% recommend this dealership.

I just happened to find AutoLinc after moving to the west end. I needed some work done to my car and I am so happy I found my way to my Autolinc. They have changed my oil and brakes I know I can trust their work and word. Great staff very customer service oriented.

Bought a truck there and in 2 weeks a sensor went up they would not replace it even though it had a 30-day warranty that a few days later had a brand new tire blow did not hit anything in the road the tire repair shop and replaced it believed that it came from probably a busted belt or something inside but there was nothing in the road when I stopped to look for it and they would not honor the new tire left me hanging to replace it on my own and I can't afford to do that living on a very limited budget thank you Richmond truck authority it was much appreciated

Sent my wife to have tires replaced on her Escape. She raved about the welcome she received from the ENTIRE staff.From the prompt,great service to the excellent cup of coffee, Jeff even had the staff look at an additional problem that had not been scheduled.I would recommend them to anyone!!!

Needed to get my car inspected asap, came to the shop at 3 in the afternoon and was hoping to get it back that day. Even though I was pushin it they took me in right away with a smile and had it all finished by the time I finished eating my lunch at Olive Garden (I was craving breadsticks). Shout out to my homies Jeb and Dylan.P.s. There is also a snack machine with Mountain Dew and rits crackers and a very comfy couch.

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. Special shout out to Jeb&Jeff, very helpful and I learned a few things too. Jeff even took the time to fix a caliper that someone previously installed incorrectly. If you're reading this do not pass this place up! You will be pleased. Thx again
