We ordered a replacement leather seat bottom for our Explorer. The product color match and quality were good. Great customer service and follow-up. Very easy to install. I have had work performed at the shop several times over the years. We started when granddad was giving us prices. His has continues to the tradition of high-quality work. He has repaired several auto seats and several boat cushions. It's job top quality. I have now moved, and it is a 2 Hour Dr. one way. Time permitting, it would be more than worth the drive for me to return form the next repair.

The headliner in my 2007 Honda Civic started drooping and I was looking to sell the car. After calling around to several shops, Richmond Auto Upholstery gave me the best quote and quickest timeframe to get the work done. They did a fantastic job and the interior of the car looked good as new! They will absolutely be the first company I call should I need upholstering services again.

We have a truck that the previous owner completely wore out the driver's side seat: torn upholstery; broken frame in backrest; and padding worn so bad, it was terribly uncomfortable to use. We hired Richmond Auto Upholstery to repair it and they exceeded our expectations. It is professional looking and totally comfy now--and all at a fair and reasonable price. We highly recommend this business.

Took time out of work to get an estimate.Hours say M-F 8-5Doors were locked at 3:15pm on Thursday.Could see a guy watching TV with no shoes on who wouldn t come to the door.Waste of time and unprofessionalHad to give 1 star to write a review.

I had a custom motorcycle seat recovered here, not only were they prompt and professional, but the job was VERY well done. Will definitely be back to get work done to my truck.

Is this guy still around? I dropped of a bench seat to be redone for $600+. Said it would be 2 or so weeks. That was in February. I've called 5 or 6 times and left messages. Crickets!
