Being new to the area, I was looking for a reliable auto shop to do some very needed repairs on my car. Justin and the team diagnosed the problems quickly, walked me through everything, made sure I was getting the best pricing, and provided excellent customer service the whole way through. Before I left my car at the shop I was given a quote on how much each repair would cost and was called if there were any changes. No surprises. No gimmicks. Just honesty and good quality work. Will definitely be back again. Highly recommend.

My tire blew off my car on the highway and I was extremely terrified because this had never happened to me before . I wanted my car towed to Richmond but didn t exactly know where . Richmond auto repair and towing was the first place I pulled up and went with it . I reached out to tell them what happened , and they were able to figure out a solution . Justin was so kind to even offer to have my car towed there instead of waiting for the two truck my insurance was sending . I got in and he figured out what needed to be done and then some to get me back on the road. I walked in terrified and he was ably to calm me down to make the drive back home . I 100 percent recommend this shop for their amazing service and affordable prices.

Highly recommend! I have been here Twice I have been in jam and needed fast and quality service and Justin and his team came through both times. VERY EFFICIENT AND HONEST! No hesitation recommending. They also provide 24/7 Towing service " why wait for insurance when you can call them and they can come to you within 20-30mind ' Thanks Justin,i' Will definitely be coming back with my other vehicles

These guys are awesome!!!!!! The communication is great!! Justin made things happen!! Needed a tune up and an oil change. The BMW sounds way better now than when I bought it in! I will be a repeat customer and the turn around time was great!!!! Thanks again!!! These guys run an honest business! If you want your car done right the first time, PLEASE come here!!!! Justin and his team are the best! I found them because of a weekend repair that I needed to get done, and they are open weekends, so I gave them a try since they had such great reviews and were willing to get me in very last minute. They did a great and thorough job fixing my car and explaining the overall problem to me. My second visit was just as good, and included an oil change that was the fasted I ve ever gotten from a repair shop, and at a great price! They also found and fixed a problem I d been having a recurring problem with to the root of it and were quick to get the part and get me on my way. They re all very nice and the service is quick and affordable. Highly recommend!!

One of the best auto shops I've ever been to, hands down! Replaced 5 parts for less than the dealer's quote for 2. Great customer service and quick work. I would definitely return in the future.

This shop is the best to go to if you need work on your vehicle, Nissan dealership was charging me an arm and leg and I called Richmond Auto repair and towing,Justin answered gave me s great deal and I came right straight to him and they was half the price of the dealership. they know what they are talking about and explained to me what was this issue and i gave them the green light and they were fast and quick i definitely recommend them to anyone needing service. Thank you guys for staying after hours to finish my vehicle.

Richmond auto repair was super awesome and reliable. They fit me in to fix my dented bumper. Had it done within seconds! I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone. Shout out to Arthur for being the coolest. I definitely will be coming back in the future. This was my first experience.

Great service. They were able to fit me in last minute, tow my vehicle to their shop, and resolve my radiator issue all in the same day - plus it started snowing midday and still had my car back before 4pm. They were also super friendly and knowledgeable. This is the 3rd time I ve had radiator issues in the past few months, and this is the 1st time I feel confident the issue has been resolved (see photo that shows what they discovered from the previous shop s repair ). Will 100% be a returning customer to Richmond Auto Repair and Towing.

Called them Saturday morning they picked my truck up later that day Monday at noon they called and said it was done. Very friendly staff great service n great rates. Truck runs better than ever I will be back. Thanks again guys for the amazing service

My vehicle was making a grinding sound, when I called Richmond Auto Repair and Towing they suggested me to come in and we can take a look at it and they found the issue and they told me the issue, recommend me replacing my front brake rotors and front pads and how much would the repair order would be and I told go head and they fixed the issue and got me vehicle back into in top notch , would deff recommend 10/10 and will always come back here with my vehicle needs , Thank so much Justin for helping me and giving me a discount and working with me within my budget :)

We were traveling on i95 in Richmond, VA today and had a terrible tire blowout. We googled Richmond Auto Repair and Towing. We spoke with Justin who agreed to tow us and fine a tire to replace our blowout. His brother Aman picked us up and meanwhile Justin found our specialty tire and picked it up. Their company offered us coffee and.snacks while our tire was being replaced. They also checked our other three tires to insure we were safe. We highly recommend this business because they care.

Justin was super helpful with fixing a faulty battery.thinking it was the alternator of my vehicle which he tested , I got a super quick tow to the shop where he explained what was wrong with my car and offered multiple options for how to fix it at prices that worked for my budget! Will definitely be coming back for future tune ups! I would definitely recommend this wonderful shop to everyone, it s family owned and they are super friendly and really honest and sweet

I am so thankful for Justin!! Justin got me in fast and installed a new starter for me efficiently. Justin is a true professional and took great care of my needs . Justin sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and the turn around was in 3.5 hours. I will be returning for future car maintenance here. I can t forget Justin gave me a huge discount. I flew all the way out from Texas got to my vehicle and it wouldn t start at all another mechanic told me it was the computer Richmond auto repair and towing came out and towed my vehicle at a very cost efficient price did a full diagnostic and got me up and rolling in no time the front desk rep Justin kept me informed the entire time and didn t leave me wondering and guessing if I ever have to come out to the area again this will be my go to place no matter what! 5 across the board

Justin could take me in at the last minute when my car started making noise over the weekend. I came here and he told me sure I can take care of the issue and he took a looked at it and he found me a good deal with the parts on a weekend and took care of everything all in one day and it was other things as well , and the lobby is so clean spotless, I will be definitely be coming back and would definitely recommend this place to everyone , thank you Justin :)

Incredible, amazing! Through an unfortunate event (my Hondas engine blew) I was able to find my forever mechanic! Justin is kind, honest, hard working, and incredibly intelligent about cars. You can tell that he is very passionate about being a mechanic and that makes him great at his job. He gave me a couple different options about what to do with my car, but I decided I wanted to just sell my Honda for junk parts and buy a new one. Justin put in hours (off the clock) to find me a car that matched that description of what I was looking for. He actually found me an incredible car that I love! I was blown away by his kindness because I can t imagine any of my past mechanics doing this for me. Justin then inspected the new car and gave me the all clear so that I could feel safe and be sure that it was in decent condition. I ve also seen his complete engine rebuilds and he truly does a wonderful job. THIS AUTO SHOP ROCKS! anyone who comes here is in caring hands.

Would give it a zero if I could. Stay away from this place at all costs.Our car had a major engine problem Thursday night said they towed and said they would call us Friday. Went in Saturday after no calls or updates. Never gave us a price for towing or anything else. Tried to call Saturday morning, couldn't understand a word the guy was saying on the phone. Just kept telling me engine dead.When we finally came in, after waiting 30 minutes for any sign of an employee, guy said something is wrong with engine. Didn't tell us what they did, just started it and showed us what noise the engine makes. All he wanted to do was put in a new engine. When we went to get the keys back to get it towed to a different place he asked if we wanted to pay for the diagnostic fee. When I asked him what he actually did he said they just looked at it so we didn't pay for it. Got it towed to the dealership and never coming back

Awesome place; my vehicle was shaking and engine might kept popping on and off and I knew it was a misfire so j called around other shops quoted me $1200+ for spark plugs and 1 ignition coil; I Called Richmond Auto Repair and Towing ' Justing answered I told him the problem and issue and how other shops wanted to charged me he was shocked!! He told me to bring it by and he gave me way cheaper price . thank you justin.will definitely bring all my vehicles here from now on :)

I had a great experience here. My car bumper fell off and he was able to fix it very quick. The service was fast and easy and he was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend coming here!
