On the side of the road calling around for anyone to help me. Everyone was busy. Owner said his Mechanics were all out on calls, but he personally came to fix my issues. Wasn't afraid to crawl underneath and get himself dirty. Professional and very personable. Understood what I was going through and gave me some great advice to avoid future issues. Stay Away!!!! They ve told me that, they could get to me in couples hrs. Once, couple hrs hits, still no show so I ve kept calling back to back to get an update to see what was going on.. as a business man, the owner should called the driver/dispatch to keep them updated but instead, I had to call him to check the status. The owner kept telling me, he doesn t know where the mechanics are at.. he proceeded to come up with different excuses on why the driver has not arrived. Waited over 8hrs for nothing. The owner is very unprofessional!! Businesses like this is what gives bad taste in the trucking industry. Word of advice, give your time and money to businesses who genuinely care about the drivers!

Needed roadside cause air pressure won t building up, told me 450 is the minimum and when he got here charged me 600 for no work done. Definitely a rip off. STAY AWAY. He also called me a hood rat, very racist.

I reached out to them to get a belt repaired on my truck. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and told me it would cost $700 because they were tired. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Promised do road service ,never show up ,never answer the calls after work, useless to call them for service,The respond is hilarious the driver was in Richmond, VA according your google listed your location the driver was 8 miles away. YOU ARE SCAM!!!!!!!!

Called the shop to see if they could assist me the guy told me he was 10 miles away and it would take 20 mins to get to me mind you they charge from the time they leave the shop , I looked up the address he was only 1.7 miles from me yhis guy will try and get over on truckers BEWARE !!
