I was leaving work and realized I had a flat tire. Regency was just down the road, and it was after 4 p.m. I told the mechanic what was going on. He graciously plugged my tire so I could make it home, 1 1/2 hour drive. He was very pleasant and helpful. I was so relieved that he fixed my tire.Once again, thank you so much!

Hands down the worst place of business I've ever experienced. Went in for an inspection and oil change.They broke a part of my dashboard when they had no business messing with it in the first place. Apparently i also have a leak in my fornt end suspension which was not there before. He gave me smart remakes when i first entered but i brushed them off . Then he proceeds to talk to me like I'm stupid and I did it on purpose.Then threatens to call the police because I started to get irritated when I peeped his game. If I could give -5 Stars, it still wouldn't be enough. I do not recommend them for anything

I needed my tire fixed urgently prior to driving a long commute and the owner was so helpful. I felt treated as if I was his own family. Will definitely return.

This is overdue. My family and I have been coming here for years, and always have a pleasant experience. They are honest, helpful, and affordable. I've never had any issues after they're finished working on the cars. They're trustworthy and very friendly. I would highly recommend them, and wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Lol Thank you!

Went in without an appointment for a flat repair. I was in and out so fast. The couple at the front were super nice & welcoming. I will definitely be back.

The word I would use to describe Regency Tire and Auto: IntegrityI had taken my vehicle into the dealership for it's 60k servicing and was told that a wheel bearing needed to be replaced. I was told it wasn't bad yet but that it would get progressively worse. Fast forward to December and the long road trip that is now close at hand and I figured I should probably go ahead and get it fixed. I dropped off my vehicle and then a few hours later got a call. They couldn't find anything wrong with any of the wheel bearings. In their opinion they were all functioning normally. They could have just blindly gone ahead and replaced the wheel bearing and charged me for the labor and been done with it but they didn't. They were honest.They say you should know a good mechanic, one that you can trust. I've found mine.

Was doing good work on my Jeep for years. But this last trip I paid him to fix my air conditioning and 8 months later (following summer) it's blowing warm. So I went in to tell him and he said it must be leaking out somewhere we'll have to run the dye on it again and it would be about $150. I told him I thought he should stand behind his work. And he told me I should buy a newer model car.

My family and I have been taking our vehicles here for 15+ years! These guys truly have been a great help. They make me feel like they have no hidden agenda. They've helped with inspections, oil changes, brakes, new car inspections, and never have I felt like I've been overcharged. They take me seriously and respect my busy schedule. These guys were great and fast. Needed a new catalytic converter and an oil leak repaired. Brought it in on a Monday and they had it diagnosed and repaired by Friday. A little miscommunication in the process but overall awesome job.

Upon relocating to Richmond, I struggled to find a honest mechanic. Fortunately, I was recommended to Ronnies and they have helped me with some major car repairs over the past few months. They have been professional, honest, courteous and gotten the work done in a timely manner. I could go on and on about the great service I have gotten there and would absolutely recommend Ronnie's for any work you need on your car

I love my Regency Tire and Auto. These guys are reasonably priced and very honest. I recommend them to anyone who needs Auto work done.

Wouldn't recommend them with my car. My daughter bought a car and with them being the service place ..it took them four days to do a tube up to include the brakes. Well that didn't happen. Now she's having problems again hopefully the dealership will have a different place we can go. Also when we called to get a list of jobs done nobody could give an honest answer. I would not recommend this place.

Very disappointed. They seemed very nice and were recommended by a friend. A day after having my oil changed there, my oil light came on. I called and told the gentleman who answered the phone that I had just had the oil changed there the previous day and the light came on. His reply was "Well what do you want us to do about it?"I was looking for not just a trustworthy place to take my 2 household vehicles, but we having been shopping around for a new place to use for the 6 fleet vehicles at work. This place is so close to the office, I had high hopes . I'll keep looking.

I have gone several times to them. Though they do not have all the fancy bells and whistles, they are honest people. For instance, I once took my van to them as it was having an issue. They looked it over and honestly told me that they could not tell what is wrong - they did not make anything up! They did not even charge me for this evaluation since they could not find the cause. I took it to the dealer and they also could not locate the issue, fyi. Only after I searched car forums did someone with a similar problem mention what it could be and that was it. So very honest people who I would take all my cars to.

I hit a meridian to avoid crashing into another car. I hit it pretty hard, and my hub cap was bent into the wheel so there was worry that I would have to replace the tire or fix something with the wheel. Luckily this place is one street away from my job (and less than a mile from where I hit the meridian). I drove there and told them what happened and they fit me in on the spot! I was fretting so much thinking I really ruined things. However, they were able to fix the hub cap, straighten the rim of the wheel and balance my tires again, and only charged $35 bucks! They were very nice and honest, and did not take advantage of me at all when I was stuck in a bad situation. I will definitely be returning here in the future!

spent $120 on a new tire that I removed the rim from my car and dropped it off to try to make it easier on them. they had to order it and I was told it would be ready at 3:00 maybe earlier. when I called an hour before they closed since they had not called me yet I was told that they had just gotten it, were putting it on the rim and it would be ready in 30 minutes. so, when i got there half an hour before they closed (which it was obviously their fault that i had to get there so late) i waited in line to pay and when i asked if they could go ahead and put it on the car i was told they could not because they had already closed the shop down. REALLY!??! you can't stick a gun and jack out under the door really quick especially since it's your fault i had to come so late?? i've worked at an auto shop and it would LITERALLY have taken them 5 minutes. so, i had to get my jack out of my trunk and change it myself in their parking lot. guess what would have happened if i had injured myself on their property doing their job? a lawsuit. and to add the icing to the cake, after they closed, THEY BOTH DROVE RIGHT PAST ME AS I WAS DOING THEIR JOB CHANGING MY OWN TIRE!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! will i give them ANY business and i will make sure no one i know or meet ever will either. i don't know about you, but idiocy and incompetence are definitely NOT what i'm looking for in the service industry, ESPECIALLY when it comes to something as important as my vehicle. what if it was something much more important that they decided to cut corners on and i or even worse my wife got in an accident and got injured due to them being lazy???? think before you make the same mistake i did by giving them my business....

Ronnie and Bryan are the best. Down to earth guys who get the job done, in and out, always a good chat and friendly service. The best in the neighborhood. Keep up the great work guys!

These guys really take care of you. I'm a car guy so I take care of my vehicle, they have no problem with that, and don't try to push any service on me. They just do their job and if there's something small they fix it if it's cheap.

These guys are a no nonsense mechanic shop. I trust them for repairs and recommened them to friends. Everyone I've recommened them to has provided good feedback.
