Made an appointment for inspection at 1pm. I showed up at 1 and they told me I made it for 7am which I would never do lol. Waste of time

Quality of service was great. They were very polite, helpful, saved me money. They were $500 less than initial estimate I was given on 4 tires & alignment. I'd be ok using them again if I needed to. But I dropped car off at 7:30a and it took 9 hours for work to be completed after I waited 2 days for appointment. I'm just not sure it should've taken that long to put a set of new tires on. If y'all are too busy, say so, don't put me off two days. I'll go to Discount Tire next time.

Was able to get a last minute appointment, and when I got there they were very nice, very efficient, and I was out of there long before I expected!!The gentleman at the counter was great! Very impressed with this place!

I just love this place. Mr. Will and staff are always professional and always very helpful. I love how they accommodate me. I can call today for an appointment and most of the time they can get me in either that day, the next day or within a day or 2. Different kind of review here. I have never gone there, BUT when my daughter drove in with a flat tire yesterday and a baby in the car they left her stranded in the parking lot and closed the shop for the night, even though they were still open. These folks left a young girl and her child in the parking lot to change her own tire in the rain!!!! I am not sure about their work but I can attest to their ethics. Shame on this business! I will never take my business there, nor will my 4 grown children and anyone else I can spread the work to. It would have taken 10 minutes to aid this young woman, and she would have paid for the effort.

Very helpful. Answered my questions fully, prior to service. Seemed to actually care about my safety without trying to scare me in to spending extra money.
