4 days to work on my F250 powerstroke to replace coolant pump and front brakes. Didn t even top off all my fluids like the ticket said. Worst service I have ever experienced

I would never buy a vehicles from Sheehy ever again. I will say that my sales guy was great but that was it. I bought an $80k F150 and from day one the brakes squealed (and still do) not just when braking but while driving. I waited until I had to get my first oil change to have them looked at and when I was checked in I was asked if I was going to wait. I said yes, and they even wrote it on the ticket in big letters WAITING. Four hours later... I went up to the service counter and asked for an update on my vehicle. The guy said he didn't know I was waiting. I pointed to my ticket in front of him and said yes you did, it says it right there. I told him to get my truck. He said they still weren't finished with finding the noise from the brakes. Four hours and they couldn't figure it out? More like they didn't do anything because my brakes still squeal. This was the third time I had brought my truck to this service location and each time I was treated like I didn't exist. The first two times was to get the badges installed on my side fenders. That was a nightmare dealing with that, too. I was contacted two time telling me that they were in and I could schedule an appointment to get them installed. The first time I drove from Richmond to the Midlo location, per their request, only to be told that they didn't have my badges. What a joke. When I bought the truck I signed up for the VIP membership and no regret it. Do not sign up for it. If you use it once you can't cancel it. That is unacceptable. You are forced to either keep using their horrible service or go somewhere else and keep paying for something you don't want to use. There should be laws against that. Beware of what you are getting involved in. I didn't know the service was going to be this bad. If I did, I would've bought truck from somewhere else. I hope at the very least I saved someone a few hours of sitting in their waiting room.

Great service, good people. Wilson was extremely helpful, helped me better understand my relatively new car and how to best take care of it. Clean, professional, and friendly.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. Brought my Expedition in for transmission leak under warranty. After 4 visits they still could not fix it so I brought my Expedition to Richmond Ford and they fixed it first visit. People were nice but I can not recommend for transmission service.

Called me the day prior to my appointment and told me they were cancelling it. Apparently they can't perform factory recalls on weekends and no one bothered to check my appointment, so now they want to schedule me a month later after I planned this weeks ago

My VIP oil change and state inspection was performed without issue and done in a reasonable time. I had a 9:30 am appointment and my vehicle service was completed by 10:40 am.

The service was excellent . They did a great job checking and replacing my washer nozzles. They always give excellent service. They have coffee and Water or tea if you like it.

My Mom is the customer. I just happened to be with her when her car flashed a low tire pressure. So, we go to this dealer and they treated both of us like royalty! Sheehy Ford is the best!!!

Fair service, just watch for false repair claims. I was told my air bag light was on and wouldn't pass inspection when it wasn't and with no record of it ever being on according to the computer in the car. It mysteriously passed the next time I took it after questioning about the light that wasn't on they said was on.

Every time I go something "very expensive" is broken and a "1 hour job" takes 4. I make decisions based on that information. So either I was lied to or they didn't know what they were talking about
