These guys were awesome. Gave me great customer service. I took my car in because the dealership told me I needed brakes and instead of just changing them they told me that my brakes were good. Which was great because I just had my brakes changed mid last year so the dealership telling me I needed new brakes was blowing my mind.These guys were super friendly and just overall amazing guys. Thank you. And I will definitely be returning for future services.

Buddy & Larry at Pep Boys on Midlothian are such a joy. They made my time waiting for my car fun and entertaining. Buddy went way above and beyond to make sure my car and I were taken care of to the best of his ability and in a timely manner. I never thought I would say this but I can't wait to go back to Pep Boys to get my car serviced. Great people! They both deserve raises, especially Buddy!! ~Rochelle

Got tires here after shopping around and doing some internet research. Best price here, along with good warranty for the right tires for my needs. The manager made the recommendation for less expensive tires when he heard how many miles I put on the car yearly, as opposed to hard sell for pricier tires I didn't need or want. Also didn't try to sell me any other services--just did what I needed and nothing more. Efficient, pleasant, helpful. A very good experience.

They love to sell tires, but they don't like to rotate them for free. Twice they have told me they're too busy to rotate them after I've paid over a $1000. Woke up on Black Friday about 7am and schedule an online appointment for 2:30pm in the afternoon. I get a call from them about 11 am saying too many people have come in, they too busy to rotate my tires today. Well next time I'll be too busy to buy there.

I love the service that I get here every time I go to have service. The people there are Professionals at what they do. Buddy is on top of his game there Knowing what to do with the quality of service that the shop gives. Highly Recommend this place ! We have 3 vehicles and I have never been dissatisfied by any of the services that we got on them. No shabby service there !!!!!!!!

This is my local location. I go because I have a hertz fleet car. They don't appear to want to work with the voucher. They are always under staffed and slow with me until I speak on their treatment of me. They move faster with their race. It's extremely disturbing. After all this is Virginia.

I had a great experience having my tire issue assessed & addressed today @ PepBoys- Midlothian!I had made an online appointment and was seen promptly.Thank you service manager: Buddy W and mechanic: James C for efficiently diagnosing my tire issue and getting me back on the road within an hour.I appreciate your kind, courteous service and I will be back!

Made an appointment at 4:30pm on a Saturday to get a car looked over. They took me in an hour early and gave me an itemized report on the issues with the vehicle. I knew it needs some work but I appreciated the good personalities and seemingly honest employees.

Excellent experience. Went for a quote for lower control arm replacements. They were great about showing me I didn't need this service. Were able to replace shocks and struts that same day, which I had planned for a subsequent visit..Highly recommended!

I won t be going back. I waited over 4 hours for a state inspection and windshield wipers. They charged me $47 for new wipers and to put them on.

Four new tires installed 2/21/22 satisfied with them so far. A bit disappointed that I had not scheduled my appointment online correctly. This store didn t have the particular equipment to do an alignment for a 2016 Charger R/T. I thought that the multi point inspection would ve caught my battery was in desperate need of replacement oh well AutoZone took care of that for me.As a footnote still haven t been able to register for the supposed free roadside assistance waiting and hoping I get an email back from customer service

Amazing service and such kind people, I went in with a nail in my tire, they explained the damage to me, helped me navigate the best choices and had it replaced for me in no time! I couldn't recommend Pep Boys more, it was a wonderful experience! Thank you Pep Boys!

Pep Boy staff provided me with exceptional customer service today. I had a leak under my car. Larry instantly answered my questions and had the mechanic, Gilbert, assess the problem. Gilbert instilled confidence in me by showing me where the leak was coming from. Larry provided me with an estimate, obtained the parts, so that the car could be repaired immediately while I waited. This was the third repair that I have had at Pep Boys. Buddy, Larry, and Gilbert have provided the same quality of service each time. If the company continues to provide quality service and employ competent staff I will continue to support the business and refer other customers. Thank you for your service.

Best mechanics around! Very engaging and communicative staff. Honest feedback and were willing to take my car in with just a call before. My wife and I will continue to use this mechanic shop over the dealerships off turnpike. Excellent service!

This Pep Boys location is by far one of the best shops I have ever visited. The staff are communicative and honest, and on every occasion I've had to bring in my car, they've been great.On my last visit over the weekend, they weren't able to squeeze me in (it was hoppin'!), but Larry, the amazing guy that he is, came out and checked my tire anyways. He didn't have to do that, didn't have to get up close and personal to my sad tire to see if anything was obviously wrong, didn't have to teach me how to tell the age of a tire, but he did it anyways! And that's why I'll always come back to this Pep Boys when possible.Larry and the rest of the staff have always been super welcoming, the service is timely and efficient, and I really appreciate everything they do.

Called the store and spoke with the manager about a service I wanted for my vehicle. I made an appointment and arrived at the store to speak with the manager again. I needed to ensure that I comprehended the service special that I had seen on their website. Got that out of the way and handed him my keys. When I returned to get my vehicle, the work was completed without any issues. I forgot to mention that the store manager exhibited great customer service which made me feel like a valued customer. I've been to this location before and I plan to continue doing business with them for my vehicle's service needes..

My experience at Pep Boys was definitely 5 stars...if I could rate them a 10 I would. Buddy was excellent his customer service was great. He was extremely helpful explained everything to me and was very friendly . I had to come to the same location a couple of days later and Buddy was there and my daughter in law thought we were old friends. Buddy remembered my name and I remembered his. This is the only repair shop that I will ever use or go to now and I recommend them DEFINITELY!!! They're at the location on Midlothian right past Robious Rd beside 7eleven and ask for Buddy!!

Paid for one set of tires.They put a different set of tires on my truck.They told me I was wrong. They did put the Right Tires on afterwards.

Everyone I met was great. They are too funny and got my van done quickly. They even gave me a look at the cost of getting new front tires and printed it out for when I'm ready to buy.

Honestly, this review is WAY overdue!I had my husband s car serviced here because of an oil leak. They were available and willing to assist me without an appointment! To top it off, I came over an hour late (I m SOOOO sorry!) and they STILL assisted me! I will definitely recommend this business! The whole team there was awesome! Thank you again!!!! And so sooo sorry for this LATE review. Y all rock!

Got a flat tire a 7:00 am on a Saturday morning when we were supposed to be working in Fredericksburg at 9:00. We took it to Pep Boys where Buddy, Larry, and Toya quickly discovered we'd driven over and imlaled the tire with an entire tire weight, (what?!), Then located us a replacement tire, drove up the road to get it for us, replaced it and had us back on the road in under an hour. They were all extremely friendly and accommodating. I would send all my friends and family here for work on their cars.**Update: just got back in the car and Toya (who put the tire on for us so we didn't have to stand in the rain) had filled up all our tired for us, put the spare in the backseat like we asked, and even put the tire in a plastic bag so it didn't get anything dirty. 100% satisfied. Will be bringing my vehicles back soon.
