Horrible customer service! Nobody seems to wanna be at work ..making a customer feel welcome matters!!!! Especially when you spending your money there !

Thank the person that worked with me yesterday. He truly performed above and beyond the call of customer service. He has it right. A piece of merchandise was ordered for my vehicle and he chose to get it previously owned to cut down on price. The piece arrived missing the two attachments on the ends to hold it in place. The sales person worked to find something that would fit on it and I left the store some time later very satisfied.I am grateful for everything that he did to make sure I was happy with the purchase.Thank you very much !!!I would give 15 stars for the service I received yesterday.

To be picky they could be a tiny bit more organized, but all in all, great customer service. Tony is pretty cool. I took a lot of his time with my huge laundry list but not once did he seem bothered or unwilling to help.

Friendly staff and lots of parts for your vehicle. Also have plenty of accessories. NAPA is always a good place to go when looking for car accessories.

Good selection of products for DIY projects. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. If you need something and it's not in stock, they'll check other area stores and have it sent to their store. Good place to shop.

It was fast service and good service. I told what i had and good sales man recommended a heavier built part since i pulled a trailer and he was rightas it did do better than th older part ever did.A very good experience. Tkz to u all

Great service. Had 90% of what I needed. Priced a little higher than AutoZone, but had parts that they didn't, so it was a wash.
