Tucked away behind Valvoline and Burger King off of Midlo Turnpike, TMZ can easily be overlooked. My son needed repairs on short notice and by a specific time before leaving town at Thanksgiving time. He was very pleased and felt safe in having his car worked on here. The friendly welcome and personal attention given by the owner was unusual experience for this Philly homeboy. The communications were great and work performed was expertly done.

I first came to TMZ for a simple state inspection. Since then, 2 years ago, I ve come back for everything and anything my vehicles need. Not only do they perform great work for honest prices, they go above and beyond for their customers!!! You know their names and they know yours. You ll leave feeling confident about your vehicle and well taken care of. I can t recommend them more. The picture attached shows they re also funny and tell great stories while you wait.

Bill is the best and most caring mechanic I ve ever encountered. As a woman who isn t knowledgeable about cars, I feel comfortable coming to him because I know that he will show me what is wrong and not just tell me. Also, he educates me during each visit. I know that I am in good hands with this business.

This shop is trustworthy, efficient, and friendly. They go above and beyond to explain your car s needs. As a young female, it can be difficult trusting what a mechanic is saying, but Bill (and team) is always honest and straightforward about the work that needs to be done. 10/10 recommend!!

When we take our vehicles to Ms TMZ we NEVER worry they ll suggest repairs/ services that aren t needed just to make extra money. Excellent customer service starts when you call to make an appointment, to the mechanic who discusses your repair(s). I m impressed that no matter how inexpensive/expensive your repair is, they strive for your complete satisfaction. Ms TMZ provides service that is affordable and you can depend on! I called Ms. TMZ Complete Auto Center first thing on a Friday morning, heading into the long holiday weekend, hoping to get my car inspected before the end of the month. Bill answered the phone, let me know they don t take appointments for inspections but there were only 2 cars there now. I drove there immediately & was promptly greeted, checked in & my car was taken back within minutes. I waited in the small lobby which was clean and welcoming. I don t remember the name of the young lady working the counter but she was extremely personable & helpful. My car was inspected, passed thank goodness, and I was out the door. The process was smooth and I was thankful they were able to help so quickly!

Bill and his staff service all my cars and I trust him with my kids car. They are fair, efficient and reasonably priced. Today was just an inspection but he has repaired an a/c unit, replaced tires, repaired leaky gaskets a thermostat and a water pump for me in the past. He also never talks down to me when explaining my options which as a woman I appreciate!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Had an awesome experience at this place. Recently purchased a used car and had had some issues and brought to the dealership several times. Had to leave my car at the dealership multiple days and they never fixed the issue.After one trip to TMZ and a half hour of work, they identified I had a differential issue and gave me the paperwork needed to get it fixed under warranty. I will only be bringing my car for service to TMZ moving forward. Top notch people and top notch service.

This is the only shop I ll take my car to. Incredible service, super fast and they re honest, which is a huge deal as a woman. I really appreciate being able to trust the service I m getting here and would recommend them to anyone looking to get their car worked on.
