This was one of the best service experiences I ve had at a dealership. Mr Alex Willie was ready for me before I got out of my car. He was kind, polite and attentiveness. The service was incredibly fast. The rest of the staff was kind as well.

5-star customer service. I worked with Sylvester and Dino to purchase my vehicle. They are men of their word. I traveled from Baltimore to Richmond to pick up this vehicle. The price was what we discuss and not a penny more. The vehicle was cleaned, gassed up and ready to go when I got there. One of the smoothest transactions I've ever experienced at a dealership. If you are looking for your next car, I would give these guys a call. A+++++

Donnie is very helpful. I left 4 stars not 5 due to making the appointment. I was told two weeks. I was able to get in touch with Donnie and told me to drop it off the same day. It was also nice my car was washed and vacuumed. I will see you in 6 months for service.

My service advisor, Alex, was ready and waiting for me as soon as I got out of the car. He knew exactly what I wanted done, and promised to get me out as quickly as possible, since I was waiting. Everything was done to my satisfaction, While I was waiting in the lounge, Alex actually came and asked me if he could get me some refreshments. When the work was done, my car was returned to me, washed and vacuumed, and the price was very reasonable. Thanks to Moore Cadillac, and my service representative, Alex, for a great experience.

I came in for inspection. Haven't been to Moore since, 12 years ago. I come in with my 13 year old caddy with 27k miles thinking it would be a breeze. But I got hit with an engine mount. I had to review Va state police inspection and I didn't see no where where engine mounts were listed. I was told that I had a light out. I'm still looking for the light that's out. I guess Cadillac didn't want me to waltz in and out only paying $20. Damn shame. Went to a Chevy dealership and breezed in and out.

I continue to be ignored by your dealership over the past months regarding the refund of the extended warranty payment in my financing back to Langley. The warranty company has refunded the money to the dealership, but you have not released the funds to the bank (Langley).What do I need to do to get a rightful and professional response? I came to your dealership because it appeared to be reputable and had a vehicle that I wanted for my son's first car. Dealing with your dealership after the day I signed for the car has been anything but what I would expect from a reputable dealer.Will you please respond?

The service was great! The young man that assisted me through my whole process was awesome. He explained how & why I needed the repairs. Ordered my Uber to & from the shop which really helped a whole lot. I don t remember his name but every one gets his help. Thanks Moored Cadillac for a job well done. Oh it was expensive as hell

Had my regular maintenance check at Moore Cadillac, service was prompt and service rep was awaiting me. Rep was friendly and informative with answering my questions service and waiting area were clean and welcoming. I am glad I took my car to them. Great service and look forward to going back as needed.

Getting a new Lyriq from Cadillac was an excruciatingly long process, but Blair did everything he could to move it along, and gave me good information along the way. He always responded to my requests in a timely manner and gave me the low down on what was happening. The car is perfect!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by several employees who were assembling in the area for a luncheon. My sales associate CJ. Martin was present and warmly and cordially greeted me. We had already discussed by phone the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He immediately showed meto it, and we began disussing details.He was thoroughly knowledgeable about it, and was very interested in answering every question in detail. He was considerate of my time and made sure He addressed all of my concerns. Best vehicle buying experience I have had.

I came to really appreciate this dealer. The service manager, Walker, is a standup guy. I bought a 2020 gmc Acadia Denali from them. It turned out some issues arose; Walker and his team really stepped up and delivered a top notch experience. You can t ask for more from a dealer. They earned every star.

The service rep did not put my information in the system. He made me feel that my business was unimportant. After the airbag was replaced the airbag service light was still on. There was no suggestion or feedback to correct the problem, or at least give me a reason as to why the airbag light was still on.I guess thats my fault for assuming a actual Cadillac dealership would get my vehicle straight. And my my name is Shawn Jones not Tracy . The business name Moore Cadillac should be changed to Less Cadillac because that's what I received absolutely less!

Complete trash. My mother (65+) had car troubles while traveling through Richmond (I also live in Richmond and WAS a customer at Moore for my Cadillac). For whatever reason they took the car, but then didn t even call us about it. When we called them they had trouble finding the car at first and the. told us it would take weeks before they could work on it they obviously did not run any diagnostics on the vehicle. It s not ideal for my mother because she doesn t live in Virginia. We told them we would make the appointment, but would try to find if someone could help us sooner, and they hung up on us.Absolutely insulting service. A luxury car brand like Cadillac quite frankly shouldn t have such bad service. Can t recommend this place.

The customer service at this location is not very good. When you come in to drop off your car. They don't greet you or acknowledge you. I was standing there for least 5-10 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged me. That is poor customer service.

Horrible experience . Service department did the wrong work on my vehicle and replaced wrong parts. Service Manager (Walker) found it comical and was of no assistance to try and remedy their mistake. I was working on buying a second vehicle from this dealership however after this experience another dealership will get my business. Unfortunately Google makes you give at least one star.

Love going here. I ve only been there once for an actual problem. All the other times it was inspections, oil changes . But they are top notch. Always very helpful and professional. Alex works hard making sure you are happy

will promise you the world when buying the car and then take it back and have the worst customer service. picked up a used truck saying they would fix all the paint and it wasn't. called the manger and he was very rude. And the better business bureau has the reported to them this year already. I don't recommend anyone to buy from them
