I had a great experience at the shop! I was greeted by friendly employees from the second I walked in. I took my truck and trailer to them for inspection. They were able to fit me in and I was able to get my truck back the same day!! They were very nice to me and charge a fair price for the work I needed to pass inspection. They will get all of my business from now on.

Just do it yourself. There is YouTube. The younger guy cared more about solving my problem than the actual manager, Keith the older man wanted to take a look at my car to diagnose it. (Again)? Like why. It had already been taken there three times and the initial problem was never solved. I took it to Autozone and they were beyond more helpful than these people. Also if you have an older car they won t bother getting new parts. Initially I thought I found an honest mechanic in the area, but they don t care about actually fixing the problem just the money in your pockets. I d rather pay more money at certified auto repair than to deal with this joke of a shop. My experience was awful and the lack of empathy was what makes me not want to ever go back. Three times and they still couldn t diagnose the actual problem. Although bad with my main problems, I will say that the younger man at the desk was extremely helpful and got my mirror fixed right away.

A 100% positive experience. Friendly, efficient, and prices were reasonable. Came in for an oil change with my friend's jeep. There was no upselling, and we got the oil change, inspection sticker, and a new air filter for $90. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go again.

Great place to get your car serviced. I always come here and I always leave satisfied. They re very fair and don t try to rip you off like other mechanics. I would definitely recommend this specific Meineke car care center.

My experience with Meineke on Parham Road in Henrico, VA has always been pleasant. Since arriving in VA in June 2021, they have cared for my car from inspections to repairs, to answering my abundance of questions. My car is a little over 20 years old so I often anticipate service and maintenance costs to be high. Meineke has always given me a fair price. The customer service is exceptional and repairs and service are always done in a timely manner. Thank you Mr. Keith and all of the mechanics for providing me with trustworthy and honest service.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

10/10 service. We buy our own parts and take them by Meineke to get them installed. It s cheaper, saves money and we have the peace of mind that it ll be done properly!

Keith and his guys do a great job. Every time we bring one of our vehicles to them. They even do specialize service for my husband's Honda. Always a fair price and always great service. I can't thank them enough.

Best experience with a service shop I have ever had! I was traveling from SC to NY and broke down with my 11month old and a puppy. They helped me find a hotel, brought me to it, helped me bring my stuff in, fixed my vehicle first thing the next day, picked me up and helped me load up again. The store manager was awesome, CJ and James they all get a 5 star review from me they were truly life savers and absolutely a blessing!!

Meineke Parham Rd has had my car for 40 days! Still no return date! No lender cars or no update calls. My car is being towed to another Meineke because they stated this work is now above them. After 38 days! Where is the courtesy in this process! Missed holidays, work and kids walking in freezing temperatures still no car or update. I highly doubt I would ever deal with Meineke again. I thought this business was ran better than that. But seems like no one cares. When I call for updates I m rushed off the phone and being told anything also Making up prices and charging for things clearly stated they wouldn t charge for. Claims don t recall saying that Overall Horrible experience! I thought it would be different especially since I deliver the parts to their shop as an independent contractor. Never again!

Had my vehicle towed to Meineke after hours on Tuesday w/ a tire issue. My vehicle was ready Wednesday afternoon plus had a state inspection done. I definitely recommend this shop located @ 970 E. Parham.

I came in for an alignment and a knocking sounds on my passenger side. Keith called and told me what the knock was and it was a simple fix. I like the fact they let you know what s going on before any major work needs to be done

I travel 30 minutes to this location because Keith and the staff are super friendly. I use to live about a ten minute drive away. But I moved since. I could go to a location that's near my new apartment. I don't and that's okay for me!

First time i have ever went to the mechanics and felt i wasnt going to get screwed over because I am a female. These guys are super honest and trustworthy. They do a great job explaining the issues and best path forward. Everyone at my work already goes to them. This was my first time and I see why they are held in such high regard. Thank you guys!!!!!

So happy with my experience here! I had an appointment for all new brake pads and rotors and felt it was very fairly priced. While I was there, I asked for a few extra small services which they happily took care of as well (state inspection, small tag bulb, cabin filter). The team was super friendly and communicative. Will definitely be back!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

Excellent service. Good communication. Well done.10/2020So, this team worked on my jeep. Next day, jeep did not start.Mgr. Keith said tow it here, no charge.
