I had a wonderful experience here from start to finish. From the first phone call I made speaking to what help I needed, to the customer service in person, to the helpful mechanics and how they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident when I drove away. I will bring my vehicle back every time I am in need.

Excellent staff that takes care of the customers and cares about getting your vehicle back in excellent working condition in a timely manner. Great communication throughout the process and just all around good people. It s rare to find a business like this and it s greatly appreciated. My jeep had failed a starter test at oreily, and I went in to have it replaced. They came to talk to me 5 minutes later, and told me they believed I only overheated, and not to waste my money fixing something that wasn't broken. That it was in good shape and passed every test. As a woman that is on a fixed income, and a full time caregiver of my husband that has Dementia... I appreciated the honesty more than they could ever know. Go and give these guys your business. Good people.

I made an appointment for 8am and my car was not pulled in until after 10am. No explanation or apology for my wasted time. The work took 2 hours which I didn't have an issue with, it was just the 2 hour wait before they even started the work. I did not leave the shop until after 2pm. Disappointing.

Honest service, very helpful. Spelled everything out for me. Feels like a family run establishment with the benefits of a big name. Woman at the counter claims she's only been there for a few weeks but she's so good at her job I have a hard time believing that! Cannot recommend enough!

I had an excellent experience at Meineke Car Center when my car needed an emergency checkup. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and their service was top-notch. I was truly impressed with their exceptional customer service, and I have no doubt that I'll be returning for any future car needs. Highly recommended!

I usually leave car repair shops feeling kind of ripped off, but not here. The employee was very transparent about pricing and how long it would take, and she was spot on. Would go back for future car repair needs

I took my car to Meineke after it overheated on Christmas day. They were wonderful! They found the cause of the overheating, showed me where the leak was coming from, and completely fixed it.

After 62 days and 3.2k later car runs ok however check engine light came back on. Would like to get this checked because this shouldn t have came back

I just had my shocks replaced here, and I only have good things to say. They were very nice and professional, did a top notch job, and did it quickly and for a fair price. This place is the only place I would bring my car they are one of the best customer service I have experience they will help you out in all ways and I was told that it would take about 1 hrs but it was like 20 minutes love this place I tell all my friends that you guys are the best I will not go nowhere else to get my car fixed they really will take care of your cars problems thank you guy for a wonderful experience

I love this Meineke. The manager is always nice. He helped me out a while ago with some lights that were going out in my wife s vehicle. I had attempted to put them in myself, but wasn t able to. Since I had them already he didn t charge me for installing them. It might be a small thing to do for a regular customer, but that s why I keep going back. It s a convenient location and they are always efficient. They are up front with wait times especially at the end of the month for inspections. I highly recommend Meineke.

After dealing with another mechanic that messed up they were able to diagnose the problem within hours and gave me an estimate and explained next steps. They advocated for me to get the best price on parts and were transparent through all of the repairs. Got my car back and it drives like a dream. So thankful for the great customer service, transparency of their work, and quality of the work. Everything was going well and I was offered a seemingly fair price for my brake service, until I look up after waiting for over an hour only to find the technicians rummaging through my trunk, taking out all of my personal belongings, going through the personal items in my glove compartment, claiming to be looking for my wheel lock. The technician rummaging through my glove box insisted that my wheel lock and owners manual was not there when it was. Why on earth would you not just ask the customer where they keep their wheel lock stored!? To go through my things like that and pull everything out of my trunk and place my belongings on a dirty, oily floor was such an invasion of privacy and totally uncalled for. I bet if I were a man, the technicians would have had more respect and never would have pulled such a stunt. No one apologized! Not the technicians or the manager. To top it all off, they didn t even have the parts readily available. They had ample time to order what I needed considering they told me within the first 20 minutes of my arrival the cost of my service and what I needed. To change my rear brake shoes only took over 3 hours! Absolutely ridiculous! All of this only for my brakes to not feel it function any better than they did before. Finding shops that respect and do not take advantage of their female customers are a rarity. I guess the search continues.Service: Brakes

This place sucks now, I went on a Monday and I should have been a little suspicious because it wasn t too busy. But the entire staff is now a bunch of 55+ techs who can barely get around easily. I went to this location for state inspection last year and because of the great service I returned this year. It was maybe 3 cars ahead of me with routine repairs as I was there for inspection. Patiently waited, almost 4hrs later I get a rejection with no explanation other than it will be on the paperwork in your Car(remember its not busy) clearly I began to ask questions because I have a newer vehicle. Nonetheless they didn t even offer to accommodate for repairs (odd) The owner I assume goes yeah you ve got a bunch of codes to which he says this one doesn t matter, this one and this one yeah you need a repair?! Like it was a question so I asked how much? The guy goes well maybe about $800 bucks. I was puzzled he never even stated a pinpointed reason for the rejection or offered any services for repairs on site. I then asked for a copy of all the codes the claimed they read and the guy gave me a hard time. He kept saying it will be on your paperwork in the car. To which it never was and I called after I left that I was coming back for this list of codes to which he claimed he would hand write out instead of copying the actual work order sheet (again odd) I go back pick the code paper up and its just a bunch of random B-codes that were not on the original work order document that I saw with my own eyes. Very sketchy seems like business is going bad. Considering I found them based on raving reviews and experience last year. Go else where if you need repairs or State inspection! Things are shady with the old crew gone. Never returning gave bad business vibes

Speedy, quality service. I called on a Saturday afternoon because of a flat tire and they absolutely saved the day. I needed an oil change and my inspection renewed too. They started working on the car immediately, and took care of everything including the tire in 45 minutes. I always have a great time here! They take VERY GOOD care of my scheduling needs and my car. There is also FirstWatch, Chic Fil A and a whole little outdoor shopping experience all within less than a few miles of this place! All staff members previous, past and future take very good care of my car (If you d as me personally I would go to ALL of the Meineke locations!)

Not all heroes wear capes. Last Friday, on our way home to Canada from Florida, we broke down in Chester. After visiting several dealerships and other repair shops, we were told the soonest they get us up and running would be the following Wednesday or Thursday. I stumbled upon Meineke on Broad st and spoke to Donnie. He told me he'd get the parts and have me up and running Monday afternoon at the very latest. He was true to his word as we were out of there by 2! Donnie, knowing we were stranded could have very well taken advantage, but he did not. The price was very fair. Thanks again Donnie.

Previously, I left this review:"Very friendly and reasonable.Open on the weekend, too!Thank you!"I've had to reduce from 5 stars to a 1 star rating and I've added more info because of my most recent visit:I recently received an estimate to replace the serpentine belt and 4 plugs. I provided the new Nissan brand belt. The estimate came in at $750 to $800. Down the street at a national competitor, they did it for under $200.I asked Meineke for an estimate to replace my clutch. They said $2500-2700. Down the street, another national company, did it for $1700.I saved $1,500 by NOT having this local Meineke shop do the repair. I went to them first because I trusted them. I'm glad I got a second estimate from another reputable company.I'm disappointed in Meineke this time around.I remember when you could trust your mechanic to be reasonable, and you could return in the future without having to shop around. I still want to be able to do that. It's sad that this Meineke shop does not want that kind of trusting relationship with me.

We had a nail in our tire on 95 but were able to get to this Meineke. They were AMAZING and helped us so much. Quick, friendly, and super helpful. We also had a blown fuse and they showed us how to change it.
