They were awesome! They came in the clutch when I really needed a tire. They were fast, efficient & had the exact quality tire that I needed. They helped turned what could have been the beginning of a bad day into a good one! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is my 3rd time within 3 months bringing one my vehicles to Meadowbrook Tire and Auto and each and every time they where quick, fair and more importantly for me just seem like good people.. I have passed many other shops to go there because I respect good people who are fair. And I will continue to take my business there.

This place is not owned by the same people that used to own it! Wish I had known that before I dealt with them. Bought 4 new tires from them 3 weeks ago. I week after I bought the tires. I took the car back because the car was shaking badly & asked them to rebalance the tires. They only rebalanced the 2 front tires. I don t drive this car very much. The next week the car was still doing the same thing so on 11/13/2023 I took the car back & asked them to rebalance all of the tires. They asked me why all of a sudden I was having trouble with the tires. Words were exchanged, he yelled, huffed off & said leave, I am not touching your car. I went into the office to try to reason with him, he told me to leave, I was trespassing. More words were exchanged I left his office. I was telling someone in the parking lot about what happened, he came charging out of the shop at me, got right up in my face yelling, telling me he was going to call the police I could not talk to people in his driveway. In so many words told him I could & that he had run the other customer away when he came running out yelling at me in the face. He said he was going to call the police & I told him I would do it for him. He started yelling at my husband & I again & we left. I took the car to another very reputable business to have the tires balance & they said all 4 tires were out of balance. My husband. & I feel we were taken advantage of because we are older. Came with a hole in my tire from a nail and they fixed it within 10 minutes. It was also very well priced. I would highly recommend.

I came here on a Monday 9/11/23 to be exact. Paid $67 and change for a tire. Today my tire blew out while driving 55mph. I called the shop to see if they would replace it. They said they could with a receipt. Well I threw the receipt away because there were no details on it regarding a warranty, return policy or anything else. They stayed the receipt had the tire size on it. Doesn't make sense because the tire size is on the tire. Anyway, they won't replace the tire without a receipt even with showing them my bank statement. They made no mention of their warranty at the time of sale. There were 3 of them that day, a woman and two men. The woman checked me out and one of the men put the tire on while the other put it on the rim. It was a quick and speedy process. Just wish they would have told me about their warranty or had signs up regarding their warranty. Not happy I have to buy another tire at all. Avoid this place unless you keep your receipt.Service: Tires

Fast service and done properly. Friendly associates. Was pleased they had the right tire size since I have been having trouble trying to find it around town at other tire replacement shops.

I ve been coming here for years. I moved from the area and came back and they are still amazing. Cold and in the drizzling rain, my tire was done in ten minutes. My go to spot for a tire.

They stripped my studs and one of them broke off and I called to speak to the manager some other dude answer said they was gone call me back and never called back don t go here

Don't go there. Plain and simple. Bought 2 used tires for Honda civic. They bragged they were the "really good ones". Others had dry rot. Yeah, nice to hear. So got them and paid. Next week, my tires went flat. I called them. No answer. Went there for a week. Closed down. They did check it once and did the water test. Said no leak. It was then another week goes by and still goes flat. Went to Emeralds tires on Midlothian. Great service. Found the problem. Couldn't understand why Meadowbrook did this. Got my money back thru my bank. HorribleService: Tires

Great couple who owns this shop. FYI, they don't have Free Air, it's not Wawa. Stop trying to bash this business. Tire shops don't give free air.

I would give them 1 star but the service was decent. I bought 3 tires from them and within less than 3 weeks , had to replace two. The photo shown is one of the tires I replaced. The tire is so beat up! It should have never been sold to me. Thankfully I was able to get it fixed somewhere else, AFTER wasting my money with them. Never again!Service: Tires

The staff are absolute rockstars here! They have plugged a couple of tire punctures for me over the years. I always buy new tires with them. No pushy salesman, always a good price on tires. Cannot recommend enough!

I wanted to wait a while before I posted this review to better evaluate the tires and service. The four tires I bought from there 20 days ago were decent, they passed inspection. I was told to keep the receipt in case something happens and they would replace them. Today one went flat because of a nail. I immediately took it back to find out that's not covered with the receipt .. Only defects with the tire are covered. If I wanted it fixed I'd have to pay them another $15. I was hoping it would be covered, I guess not. Now I'll have to DoorDash on a spare to get the money to have it fixed.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement

Are you in a pinch, need 1, 2, 3, or 4 tires? Meadowbrook Tire and Auto has great tires, solid treads, leak tested, balanced and mounted all in one. This shop had the tires I needed every time for a fair price. Get your tires here.For the car enthusiasts, they had two 245/45/17 tires for me. Check them out if you're looking for your next set of tires.I know I'll be back.Excellent service, got all your fixin' in the waiting room, and welcoming staff.

I had an emergency! Tire was flat and losing air and I needed to be in court in 30 minutes. Brian, the manager, with broken foot and everything, came out, plugged the tire and got me going! They were awesome!Service: TiresService: Tires

I pulled into this shop after realizing I was driving on a flat tire. I was immediately greeted and told them the issue. He had my exact same tire in the exact same size ( very very lucky on my part). The tire was changed and I was back on my way. Fast, friendly, professional service!
