Near Thanksgiving, I had a flat tire. Brought car in and they fixed it for FREE. I went to pay he would not accept money. That tells me all about his character.

I've been a customer for years and you can't ask for a better establishment and customer service than Macdonald Tire and Auto. Mac always tells it to you straight and expects the same from his customers. The negative reviews I've read are from people that don't listen and/or follow instructions. I'll continue to be a satisfied customer because he is dependable and a pleasure to deal with.

You will not be disappointed! Mr. McDonald is a man of his word he is reliable and very very trustworthy! He will not charge you for something you do not need or try and haggle you for prices and whatnot. He allowed me to bring in my own parts to get the work done on my vehicle which ended up costing half the price of other shops that price quoted me. He is very outgoing down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Highly highly recommend him to anyone looking for any work done. Thanks again mr. McDonald for all your help and everything you've done for us!!

Very helpful owner and staff. My old RV broke down , and the also super helpful tow truck driverdeposited us at McDonald's shop., Although Mr.McDonald does not usually work on RV s , he had me up and running in short order. I will be forever grateful.

Mr. MacMacDonald What Can I Say, First Off Honest, Direct & Straight To The Point He Knows His Business Inside & Out. You Won't Be Dissatisfied With The Fair Prices Either! I love Mac's place. Clean and orderly. Friendly staff. Fast and efficient work. My family and I have been dealing here for years never had a problem always feel like I'm in good hands. which is important for female. You have to be able to trust your mechanic.

I have used Mac over the past 8 years . I may come in here or there. I trust him. Always friendly, accommodating. Never have had a bad experience. If it is good news or bad news about my vehicle, I trust that his crew are always honest. I would definitely recommend this shop

Wow, I have never experienced such kindness by a complete stranger. The owner was so positive and cheery when I called in tears because my car was on the side of the highway. It was really refreshing and unusual to hear from an auto shop. He fixed my car with a popped tire in less than three hours and called me immediately. I was unable to find a ride to pick it up right away and then knew I was pushing it for time because they were closing. He answered in his same, very pleasant demeanor and told me no problem he would wait for me. Love this place and would highly recommend to anyone.

Mac is a great guy. My dad has relied on him for the last 15 years, and now I do with my own cars. Always a fair price, always honest, he treats every car like his kid is riding in it. This is THE PLACE TO GO for repairs and or maintenance.

This is a great place to get your car repaired. The owner and mechanics are very friendly. He works with you to make sure you are getting the best deal. And its a great place to get your car inspected as well. Best time to come is in the middle of the month

You can trust them. If they say something needs to be fixed or worked on it does. Great work and decent prices. Having trust in a mechanic says a lot to me. Hope it does to you too.

I love this auto shop. They have responsible prices and everybody there is very friendly. That is my only shop ,that I go to whenever I have car problems. I ask for Pee Wee I never have to call back to the shop with complaints. I would definitely recommend.

Mac Macdonald is the single most honest shop owner in the city. He doesn't need your work so he won't make up stuff to charge you for, but he will perform a quality, thorough job. They legitimately care about your wellbeing and your vehicle's service!

Very good experience. I Take both of my vehicles there for inspections and all repairs. All the repairs have been excellent and he backs up all his repairs. The RATES are VERY GOOD. I definitely recommend this establishment for all repairs.

ARE YOU SERIOUS?!! "HOW WAS MY EXPERIENCE?!!!" Listen. If Mac McDonald Tire & Auto closed down i do not know what i will do. That literally is THEE BEST SHOP... EVER of EVER!!! I know it sounds like I'm exaggerating, but go in there just ONE time & you will see exactly what I'm talking about. Nice clean place, GREAT SERVICE, work is UNDEFEATED. I could go on & on. Just go. If you feeling iffy, trust me you found what you was lookin for.

I had some work that needed to be done to my denali and this company agreed to provide the service. After constant calls for an update regarding my vehicle, I was told that my vehicle problem was resolved and it would cost $400.00. My vehicles was picked up and the problem was still there. So I paid $400.00 for what? I will be filing a claim under the Automobile Repair Facilities act asap! My fiance had been doing buisness with this company for a while and this is how you repay your loyal patrons?

Great shop, they do good work and don't try to pressure customers to get every single possible repair that could be done on their vehicle done, like I've seen some other shops do, instead they concentrate only on the work the customer wanted done at that particular moment...5 stars...

Asked my mother-in-law to bring my car to him while stationed in Ft. Hood, TX with the Army. When she returned to pick up the vehicle, my entire center console was stolen and gone. The owner said that he's "not responsible for anything that goes on in the alley."I call bs. That alley is centered on his property, and he had a working key to the vehicle. Granted, my vehicle is in bad shape and he would have offered me a deal, but that does not excuse his negligence or participation.Do not being your vehicle here if you don't want your stuff stolen and an unacceptable excuse offered from management.

A HONEST AUTO SHOP TO BRING YOUR CAR FOR REPAIRS. MAC IS STRAIGHT FORWARD. THERE'S NOT MANY WHO ARE THAT WAY TODAY. I GO TO HIM BEFORE ANY OTHERS BECAUSE I KNOW HE WILL BE UP FRONT CONCERNING MY AUTO. MAC AND THE MECHANICS KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING WHEN IT COMES TO AUTO. THANK GOD THAT THERE IS STILL A FEW GOOD MEN WHO HAVE AUTO SKILLS THAT ARE FAIR. AMEN!

It's hard to find auto care places that are honest and fair.. Mac is so honest i highly recommended his auto care shop. Im overwhelmed with the honest treatment i got.

Very nice place. Went to get my car inspected and I was treated professional and respectful and was fast. I would def bring my car here for service.
