M40 Auto is a business that I would recommend to anyone who wants to be treated with respect during the maintenance process. I own a Non Emergency Transportation Company and I needed help 2 of my Vans. M40 Auto has an amazing staff. And Bell ( the shops dog) well make any dog lover fall in love with her and she will get you to play with her and make you feel like a little kid again. And as a small business owner I admire there companies structure.

Called and they told me to bring it right in, but I couldn't, so dropped it overnight. Had it ready by 10 am that morning. Explained exactly what needed done on a cool print out. Didn't try to tell me a ton of other stuff was wrong. Great work for a great price!

The staff is friendly, highly professional, and they are reasonably priced for the excellent service they offer. Absolutely recommend to anyone over *ANY* other shop.I am extremely happy with their service.

Please don t take your car here. Worst service i've seen. I tried to get an alignment was denied service didn't get anything done and they still had the nerve to try to charge me $60. I was so furious i talked to the owner Bob and he was even worse. I tried to ask why i was being charged for nothing done. He simply wouldn't talk to me and just proceeded to tell me to pay. At the end of the day i didn't pay and saved myself from there shop. If i could give a zero star I definitely would. Im a fair person and this is being more then fair.Service: Wheel alignment

Overall, I would not recommend M40 Auto & Alignment. The counter lady was friendly and helpful, but the senior mechanic was rude and unprofessional, and the mechanics did not do a thorough job of inspecting my car. I paid $56 for them to tell me that everything checked out on the new car i was going to purchase, but after purchasing the car, I came home and checked the battery myself, it was bad and reading 150 CCA. I called the shop to ask if they had even checked the battery, and they said they would have the tech call me back, but he never did. I had to spend $160 on a new battery, which I could have got a discount for from the car dealer if the shop had done a thorough inspection.In addition to the poor workmanship, the owner of the dog was very rude to the counter lady and told her not to give the dog toys because people will play fetch with her and their walls will get dirty, and he kept coming into the lobby with political news on his phone and reading it out loud to or play weird music obnoxiously loud get a reaction. This was unprofessional and unpleasant, and it made me feel uncomfortable.To make matters worse, their paperwork doesn't even show what was checked exactly. This is a major red flag, as it means that there is no way to verify that the mechanics actually did anything to inspect my car.I would not recommend M40 Auto & Alignment to anyone. There are many other reputable mechanics in the area who will do a better job and treat you with more respect.I would also advise against paying for any services at M40 Auto & Alignment until you have a clear understanding of what will be checked.

This is the only place I take my vehicles. They've even worked on my RV if they were able. The team is always super friendly. Communication is top notch regarding what's going on with my vehicle. If multiple options are available, they explain them all to me.The dog is super fun to play with as well while you wait...

Saved me $$$!Brought in my truck due to failed inspection and "GrMo" telling me the ball joint & arm were broken (which is exactly why "GrMo" failed my inspection last year - sounded fishy to me!). M40 inspected my ball joint, arm, and vehicle. Passed my truck as the ball joint boot was worn & NOT broken, and neither was the arm. Gave me recommendations for the future & sent me on my way. Saved me $500+ that I might have spent getting something fixed that wasn't even broken. Truck feels great. Thank you M40!

My car is running like it s brand new! I am so thankful Dennis and his team were able to fix everything I needed done (catalytic converter, flex pipe) I would highly recommend M40 for all your auto repair needs!!

BEWARE, owner is a narcissists and so called preacher that cares about money over people. He stab a man in the back and caused him to lose his family and home just so he could make more money. He is the reason religion gets a bad rap and people don't trust preachers. There are cheaper places with better character of people. Do not trust him or anything he says.

A lot has changed since I wrote my original review for this company.Made an appointment for an oil change for one vehicle and a state inspection on another. Person making the appointment wanted to argue about the oil that it required, trying to convince me that the vehicle had synthetic oil and when I stated it has never had synthetic she informed me that that's what it should have in it, that it will never run correctly until I put the correct oil in it. Told her to just put in what I asked for and I would take my chances as the vehicle has run great for 10 years with the "wrong " oil in it.Fast forward to the next day and she calls to tell me that the vehicle there for inspection needs a serpentine belt to pass. Said I have never heard of that and she assured me that it was correct. My fault for not checking. She quoted me a price and I said that seemed high but I needed the inspection and didn't have time to get the rejection sticker and go anywhere else. So she called when it's finished and I go to pick it up. When I get there she tells me a price that it higher than what I was originally quoted and she said the original quote didn't include everything. When I asked to see the paperwork that shows that the belt needed changed for inspection she said that it wasn't required for inspection but she determined that the old one was bad enough and was such a risk that she decided it needed done. When I then ask when Chad the manager was going to be back, she informed me that he no longer worked there and I would have to deal with her.I will no longer go to this garage because I have to trust the person working on my vehicle I trusted Chad as he had never steered me wrong but I don't trust her. I understand everyone is being hit hard with Covid restrictions but stealing from, and lying to people is a quick way to lose loyal customers

These guys are fantastic and honest! I had an emergency and pulled in for an rotate and balance of my tires since I couldn t drive over 55 without it shaking! The quickly got my car into a bay, jacked up and noticed my tire had a bubble and could blow anytime! They sent me to the nearest tire place In and Out Auto Service! They could have been dishonest and did the job then tell me, or charge me for getting it into the bay but they didn t! Great guys, great experience and would recommend them to everyone!

Chad and the team at Hull Street Alignment were phenomenal. They performed the work needed and quoted the first time on my Porsche Cayenne, and for an extremely fair price. I would highly recommend this team and this business. I will bring all of my work here going forward. Very honest and very thorough which is needed in the car repair business.

Tried to overcharge. I went in for a basic alignment but they tried to excessively overcharge me for numerous things. After waiting for my car for nearly 3 hours they had not called me to pick up my car. I went to go pick up my car and it was still on the lift but they said they were not going to do an alignment and had not because they believes my tires were off by a few degrees. But in order to properly diagnose this they would have to remove several parts of my car which would cost more $.After taking my car and leaving to go to another mechanic the only problem with my car was the alignment and nothing was wrong with my tires.
