Took 5 days to find out they did not have a part in stock they were selling on their website. Then sent a 1 sentence note saying " we cancelled your order." LOUSY SERVICE and Parts department.

Called for a PPI on an Audi on recommendation from a forum. While they were not able to help with this request they gave me a recommendation on someone else to use. Super friendly and appreciated their help.

Excellent. They have a fundamental approach to diagnoses instead of just replacing random parts. They're very trustworthy. I have no concerns leaving my car in their hands.Car: 2007 997 Turbo.

Buying a car out of state for the first time without having seen it is incredibly daunting, let alone a Porsche but I couldn't pass it up. I decided to take a chance on having it brought to Lufteknic for a PPI to provide me some peace of mind before buying it. And boy was I glad I picked them. Terry and Robert went above and beyond in this process with great communication and providing fantastic in depth explanations of everything about the car and even doing more than I could have expected of them. Wish they were local to me but 10/10 would recommend
