Sherman, the owner, takes care of me by keeping my 2005 PT Cruiser running. It will be my last car and no matter when I show up he and his great team of mechanics take care of it. There the BEST!!

This place has the kindest and most efficient staff! I stopped in for an oil change and mentioned my hubcaps had been stolen. They ordered new hubcaps for me on the spot, had them delivered there in 10 minutes, attached them, and only charged me the manufacturer s cost. I will never go anywhere else!!

Was in town for a couple days for a concert and noticed a chunk strangely missing from my front driver sidewall one morning. Based upon the solid reviews, I came here, and am glad I did.Sherman addressed me right away and had everything lined up in minutes. He's a real professional and a good man. I decided to have both front tires replaced. Took about 20 minutes.Outstanding service, great price, what's not to like.HIGHLY recommend

I've delt wit em for yr's (80s -present) & recomnd em 4 da good wk & recomndatn's. If they wer'nt good.. wouldn't be so bizzy ! Repairs may take a lil tym cause of the volume of customer's...but it's worth it . 3/15/22

I have used Lotsey's services a couple of times now and it is by far the best experience I've ever had at a car shop. I keep coming back for the fast service (I have never had to make an appointment and they are usually done with my car within an hour) and the very kind mechanics who try to get you the best price on tires. I've never felt like they were trying to upsell me or my husband and their prices are incredibly reasonable. Honestly the best car shop in town.

My daughter had a coolant leak so we came here spoke with Sherman and he assured us they would take care of it. Fast, courteous and reasonable cost of service. As a mom and my daughter a student we were nervous looking for a shop that wouldn't take advantage of us and I think we found that place. Would definitely recommend.

Best mechanic I've ever been to. These guys are great. Smart, professional, communicative. Don't try to nickel and dime you or upsell you on anything. Never want to take my car anywhere else

Quality work with reasonable rates! Sherman will always take care of you! You sometimes have to wait a few days to get your vehicle back, but that's because they stay so busy because of their quality work and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience while getting my vehicle inspected. Professional, prompt and courteous. I've been there last year and now this year. I got there at 7 am and waited until 730 am...when they opened. I was out and home by 830 am. I will continue to go there for my vehicle inspections.

I've never written a google review before, so keep that in mind when I tell you how incredible Sherman and his team are. After a routine tire change, he found an issue with my car and found a way to fit me into his already packed schedule. The customer service and quality of advice is top notch. He and his team go the extra mile!

I wouldn t suggest anyone take their car there. I had a car there. It sat there for a month(luckily I had another car to use). While in the lot my car was broken into because someone carelessly forgot to lock the door. I drove by another day, the door was unlocked again. Another car was stolen. When I went up there to speak to someone, the police was there investigating another issue. Went to pick up my car(that they never fixed) and realized I had a huge dent on my back end bumper. NEVER EVER WILL I GO THERE OR RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES

Incredibly kind folks who truly look out for their community. I live nearby and Lotsey & Hardy came highly recommended by my neighbors, and after several years of car repairs with them now I can see why! I have always been treated with respect and courtesy when taking my car here - their service is considerate, speedy, and affordable. Everything I look for in a mechanic shop!

By far the Go to Shop in the area! Sherman and his crew are knowledgeable on everything, I haven t seen nor heard of anything that is beyond these guys. Honest, trustworthy, time efficient, and they never beat you in the head with prices for service or repair. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I've been an extremely loyal customer for over 10 years and forever will be. Sherman, the proprietor, is amazing, always extremely professional and explains in detail of any repairs that may be needed with very fair and affordable fees. Being a single mother, having Lotsey and Hardy in my corner is a huge comfort and I know without a doubt that Sherman Burrell is beyond trustworthy and just as loyal to his customers.An Enormous THANK YOU to Sherman and his wonderful staff!!!

You can trust these guys to be honest, accurate and exceptional in their customer service. They are very fair in pricing and will not gouge or up sell you on unnecessary work like dealerships and chain auto repair stores. They are my go-to for any auto service in Richmond.

The owner is very busy and they have very accommodating state inspection amenitie with a drive up. I would only ask these guys to communicate when a new customer arrives because it can become uncomfortable to become just a sitting duck. Overall they are very busy and I'm not sure if that reflects great dependable service or lack of competition in the community.

I have been a happy customer for over 15 years. They are honest, knowledgeable, and very generous with their time and experience. I recommend them to every car owner I know. Sherman Burwell is a great man and he runs a unique automobile repair and tire shop. Give them a try.

I cannot say enough good things about this auto repair and tire business. The employees are busy, yet thorough. They have an excellent local reputation and live up to it each day. The owner knows his specific business is in demand here and he works to ensure his customers are pleased even while being very business each and every day he is open.

Quality work preformed by Quality people. I took my car in for an inspection and was treated fairly. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't need during my state inspection. Comfortable waiting room and the staff was extremely friendly. Every one employed there has worked at the same place for 12-30 years. No turnover there (and that is a GOOD sign!) I would recommend this place to anyone who needs service work/inspections on their vehicles.
