I just want to say how awesome my experience has been with Lombard Equipment. The equipment rep for my area is Shawn Gavin. I have to say that I have never dealt with a more helpful or knowledgeable representative since I've been in business. He has been a huge help every step of the process. All around great guy and high quality products. I would recommend Shawn and Lombard to anyone looking to grow their business and invest in great equipment!!!!!!

Chad came in to our shop at Myco s Collision again today to train one of our new techs on the welder we bought from Lombard a month or so ago. As always, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable and made the learning experience on the equipment a lot more intriguing to our new staff member. He consistently reminds us that if he we need him or have questions on anything that he s just a phone call away. He s definitely the guy you want helping you learn and train on your new equipment or if you have questions about other equipment.

Brandon came out with top of the line equipment very knowledgeable on all aspects of the gys bplg system had us up and running in no time. This is the second piece of equipment we bought from him very please with the experience will use in the future!!

Our family business, Matt s Paint and Body Shop, recently ordered a self piercing riveter from Amazon and when my husband opened the case, the head of the gun was rattling- it was broken before we received it- we knew that we were taking a risk ordering this kind of tool on line, but then we could not get service or use it and had no one to talk to! Then we got a representative (I think his name was Brandon) from Lombard Equipment company to come and do a demo on a current job and he was very helpful and left his number so that we can call for assistance when we need it!

We needed a new resistance spot welder in our shop. We called Lombard Equipment to inquire about the GYS welder. Shawn with Lombard was in our shop, in another state in 3 days to demo it for us. Long story short, Shawn is great, well informed and most of all, we feel like he is going to support our shop after the sale, so we purchased it! Shawn is a shining example of what customer service is supposed to look like and we look forward to working with him and Lombard equipment!!! Great experience!!!

Brandon stopped by with the new GYS spot welder for us to try out and it is the deal. Brandon explained the machine in great detail and showed all the features and made sure we all understood every detail of the machine. If you re looking for some new equipment for your shop i would highly recommend you call Brandon and get your shop the best of the best.

I used Lombard Equipment to recently purchase some welding equipment for my body shop. Dave came in and explained the equipment to not only me but my body techs as well. Overall he was very helpful and we will definitely use them in the future for any of our needs.

Welder is Awesome very user friendly compared to our old welder it has some functions most other welders don't .Seems as if a Tech helped design the welder ..Also our salesman rep / trainer was a very friendly patient man we had been back & fourth for a while on debating which welder we were getting. We test drove a few with a such a large investment it's like purchasing a new vehicle .We wanted to take the time try out a few then let our techs all vote on which welder they wanted since they will be the ones using on a daily basis.It was a unanimous decision all our techs picked the GYS PTI Liquid Cooled Spot Welder which also helped being apart of the TCRA on a discounted price as well ..

We recently purchased a Mig Welder and Rivet Gun from Lombard Equipment. Shawn was very accommodating throughout the process. The first visit was to demonstrate the Rivet Gun, the second visit we bought the equipment. Shawn remained at the shop for a couple of hours to ensure that the techs were comfortable using the equipment. After our inquiry with several vendors, we decided to go with Lombard Equipment. This decision was mainly due to their support and competitive pricing. When equipment is not functioning properly we lose vital production time. Being a small business it is important for us to have service in a timely manner, time is money.
