So I got in a car accident my car got damaged. Which broke my heart had to get it fixed. Left my car on Tuesday of this week i was thrilled when this body shop took my car while other shops had me waiting. The people who attended me were so nice and explained how i can go about with the insurance. I got the car today loved the results! They matched the color exactly. Thank you!

I was driving on the back roads to my house .. and a deer just crossed the road I slammed the breaks but I didnt see the deer fast enough since it was at night. Had to take my car to a body shop I drove by and asked when I could leave my car. They accepted it that instant Jose was so nice! I got my car back in 5 days and was impressed since my insurance had only given my rental for a short period. I was astonished by the amazing results you can t even notice that some thing happened to my car.

I'm not a person who writes a lot of bad reviews but I took my car there because they work with the insurance, they charged me $500 from my pocket and $661 from the insurance and the work they did for me was horrible. First of all, they didn't even put the correct color on my bumper. you can tell by looking from a far distance. poorly job, they didn't even buy the clips where the bumper is attached to. It seems like they tried to put glue and my bumper fell off again. if they had a problem with the money. they should of sent a request to the insurance but never did. also they didn't even put a request for my hood that was damaged until they told me to pick up the car because they didn't have space. never going to use this company again. they did a bad job they even left paint on my seat and dashboard!!

Bottom line, up front .five out of five stars!My daughter rear ended another car, no damage to the other car but front end of her Honda CRV was in bad shape and she needed her car to commute to work.Jose was super accommodating and understanding. He gave us a great price compared to the other estimates we received but even more importantly, he repaired the car in three days when the other body shops wanted three weeks!He and his team went above & beyond with quality work and incredible results.Couldn t be happier with our customer experience at Lightening.HIGHLY recommend Jose & his team for your auto body needs..Tom TSeaford VAService: Body & Trim

If I could give no stars I would. They didn't do all of the work they got paid for from the insurance company. They then proceeded to get hostile with me because of errors made on there end. The work completed wasn't good at all and it's only been a few months and my door sounds horrible. It's missing screws! I wouldn't recommend at all!

My car needed a lot of maintenance and repairs done. They were very transparent with what needed to be done and even found other issues that needed to be addressed that I overlooked before. I am very thankful for their help.

My car was severely damaged during a car crash on the highway in Virginia. Long story short the car was uninsured when the accident happened. Really lucky to have found Lightning Auto Collision Center with Jose and Sandra. They charged with a very reasonable price and bought all the original materials for the car and fixed it in like three weeks. The car is looking brand new now. Couldn t thank them enough for the help they offered me. Very nice and kind family too. If your car needs to be fixed this is the place you d wanna go!!

I had to get my vehicle inspected but it wouldn't pass mainly because of the windshield. But in order to change the windshield I had to fix a dent that was at the edge of the roof of my vehicle. I took it to other places and they told me it would either take a few weeks to months to fix or the procedure was too much for one shop to handle. Because I was determined to get it fixed as soon as possible I googled auto body work and Lightening Auto was the first one that popped up (thank God). I called them on a Wednesday and dropped my vehicle later that evening. He told me it'll take at least 3 or more days to complete so I was expecting to get it back the following week. To my surprise he called me that Friday morning and told me my Jeep was ready. Not only did he fix the dent and replace the windshield but he painted over the spot too. And the price for everything was cheaper than any other place I tried. If I ever have any more auto issues without a doubt Lightening would be my first choice if not only choice now. I highly recommend their services for auto body work.

Fantastic job. Quality of the work was superb. The paint finish was better than the original on my 29-year old truck. Equally as good was the service they exhibited. I could not be more satisfied. They believe the customer is the boss. They aim to please. In addition, they are fine people and their workmanship is their product and they have pride in that finished product.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The shop fixed my 2014 Subaru when I got into an accident and they were willing to take us. The service was fantastic and they fixed my car in record time. Very Professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this shop. 10/10
