My daughter and I were on a long road trip from Florida to Massachusetts. My tire pressure light came on so we took a detour to Leete Tire. The shop itself is modern, very clean and comfortable. The customer service we experienced here was unmatched. They got us right in and were extremely friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond to help and accommodate us and made us feel like we were genuinely cared for. We made it home safely and owe a big thanks to Leete Tire and their impeccable staff!

My Cherokee wouldn t start so I had it towed there and called in the morning. They checked it out and found a simple and inexpensive fix. But they noted antifreeze all over the engine and some other issues as well as telling me earlier in the year I might need exhaust work to pass inspection.This is an A to B car I bought out of necessity. I don t have a lot of money. I was quoted a price for the water pump. I approved that and the other work out of necessity. I was looking at $1,500.They called me back that evening and told me they were wrong about the water pump - it was a hose. And the anticipated exhaust issues had not progressed as they thought. The Jeep did need some work but instead of $1,500+ that I approved, I was billed $350. It was my lucky day.My luck is really that I can TRUST this shop to take care of not just my vehicle but me as well.I recommend to all!

Needed a quick fix for my tire, unfortunately they were unable to take care of it that day so they recommended another place. Came back later for an inspection drop off and was done quicker than I expected. Appreciate the quick service, help, and honesty from the guys there.

Leete is my "go to". They are honest, professional, and nice. They have a nice clean waiting area and easy parking. They also offer to drive you to work or home and pick up when car is ready. Excellent auto work!

Jason was terrific with work done on my daughters car. He coordinated with us around her work schedule, did the repairs quickly and the car works great. I dropped off my vehicle because some guy stopped me on the road and screamed that all my back lights were out. They were able to fit me in super quickly and got me back on the road before I had to pick up my kid from swim practice across town! Would definitely recommend thank you so much

As has been the standard in all of my past experiences with Leete Tire in the past few years, the service was great! I came in for an oil change and the service counselor noticed the required state inspection was due to expire shortly and offered to perform it at this time, a very welcome time-saver for me. Leete Tire provides top-level service, excellent communication, and highly skilled and experienced technicians. I brought my car in with a problem that had several possible causes, and they zeroed in on the issue with solid diagnostic rigor. They kept me informed throughout their investigation, and completed the repairs promptly and within their estimate. Jason and Nathaniel were respectful, professional, and honest. As a woman, I'm used to mechanics being condescending or just rude. Here, the treatment I received was very polite, and they explained things without being patronizing.I got a call as soon as my quote was ready, and another call as soon as my car was ready to be picked up. I dropped my car off on Monday saying I wasn't in a rush to get it back, and it was ready Wednesday morning. Since the loaner car wasn't available (not their fault, I gave no notice that I wanted one), they offered to drop me off at my destination themselves.I was worried about many things about my car and mentioned all of them. Rather than try and just sell me things, Nathaniel specified the services I did need. I had my smashed taillight completely replaced, two new back tires, and a safety inspection done for just under $500, which is a great value. I had purchased windshield wipers from somewhere else, and they installed those for free. The work looks great and my car is functioning well.I'm glad I finally found mechanics I feel good about going to. I plan on returning to them for maintenance and repairs in the future.

I learned about Leete a few years ago from a former employer and used them for my personal vehicles for some time. Now, I m a fleet manager with a local rental company and Leete are the shop we trust the most with our Ford Transit vans. They re always personable, honest and transparent and get the job done much faster than even they estimate they will :) There s a reason they re always busy. A great shop all around!

WOW! Stellar professional service! Highly recommended!I try to support local businesses and was on Google searching for new tires and possibly a new mechanic shop. I found one! Leete Tire & Auto! I was able to shop online for everything: four new tires, an alignment, and an inspection (sure, why not since that's due too). I called to confirm my online appointment and spoke with Jason. Ultimately, I was eligible for both a rebate (for the tires) and a discount on the services - dropping my cost down more than quoted! I was very pleased, thank you!Best of all, when they installed the inspection sticker, they removed all the old adhesive and put the new sticker as far out of my field of view as possible - it's the small things that make all the difference. This small difference shows me they care, and I will definitely return knowing they have this level of charisma and pride in their work.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection

These guys are awesome. The entire team! For my personal autos, business fleet, and my motorhome....they handle it all. Jason and Nathaniel at leete on staples mill are my go to guys. Rick and Jamal handle everything quickly and easily. I trust them completely with what needs to be done and never feel as though I am "just being sold to" we had a tire issue with our motorhome right before a trip and with in 24 hours I had a mobile tech at my house, diagnose, fix with out having to spend 600 bucks on a new tire. I have referred friends, family, coworkers with total confidence that they will be treated like I have!

First time here. Very friendly, professional staff. Knowledgeable , honest, and caring. Nowadays is refreshing to find people in this industry that seem to care about others. They deliver the service in a way that takes away the sting of inflation. Will be back.

I had a great experience at Staples Mill Leete. They were completely on top of things, and remembered all the details of my appointment without me saying anything. And they gave me a call with recommendations for a cheaper tire brand! Service was incredibly quick and thorough. I fully trust these guys! Best mechanic experience I have had in Richmond. I received excellent customer service at the Petersburg location. I left feeling like a highly satisfied customer because of Jason and William. I have used Leete Tire ever since Miles Auto closed. They have repeatedly surpasses my expectations for excellent service, a helpful and friendly staff and a fair price. They always keep you informed of what they need to do and if things change continually update you on the situation.In this day I sometimes have a hard time finding good and reliable service companies but I am happy to say I have no worry about finding excellent service from my cars. You will not be disappointed by this auto service company.

Always a good experience. With many years of using them, I have always felt they are very honest. I had dropped off my car for an inspection and oil change. Jason and the guys at the shop were great, dropped my car off on Tuesday at 4:00 pm they were honest and diagnosed the problem before 5:30 pm.Like many, I thought I knew it all and tried to tell them what the issue was when I first got to the shop, I was completely wrong, it was a much easier and simpler fix.They could have been like many other mechanics, who charge you for extra repairs, but they are good, honest and kind people who saved me a bunch of money!Service: Steering & suspension repair
