The best customer service and quality work. Highly recommend these guys I have used them 3 times now from other people hitting my cars! You cannot even tell there was ever any damage. Keith was awesome to work with.

Koontz did an amazing job repairing my car and leaving it to look like new! They were communicative, on time, and everyone I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. Dealing with insurance and car repairs can be a headache but they made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend.

The folks at Koontz are great. From the point you walk in with the ladies in the front and the nice, warm smiles they give (especially at 8am on a Monday morning ) they make you feel at home. I ve used Koontz several times and they will be my exclusive provider for any body work I may need. They always are sure to keep me informed and help me decipher insurance issues since we all know insurance wants to pay the bare minimum on things. Love Koontz and can recommend them enough!

Unfortunately got rear ended(worse than what it looks like). Took my car to koontz because they worked on my car before and did a great job. I asked if they can please paint my trunk because it was damaged too(from me though) and I d pay them out of pocket. This wasn t something they had to do, but they did. Thank you Jimmy and your team for making my car look brand again!

The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The work performed on my car (a dent in the rear hatch) was done flawlessly as if it never happened. The cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work required.

Everyone that works here is so friendly and communicative they made the experience much less stressful. I really appreciated their frequent updates throughout the repair process and they got my car back to me earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend working with Koontz.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. A deer hit my car my insurance company highly recommended this place worst mistake. I have full coverage, took them a while to get our car in which is understandable. After about a month they let us know our car was ready but it wasn t. They had to calibrate the car. So I had to wait another day. This place isn t close by. The second time I took the car home. Initially it looked fine but it s wasn t at all. We called and we had to take it back once more. There was several things wrong with the car including mechanical and cosmetic problems that we notice once we looked at it in detail. We did talked to the owner he apologized and agreed to personally look into our car. Told us he would keep us informed about any updates on the car. About a week we heard nothing. We had to call them we were informed about what was wrong with the car. We did receive a rental car on them for the inconvenience but the car repairs took longer than the time we were assigned the rental we weren t comfortable keeping the rental for longer, which they offered to pay for. Well MY CARD WAS CHARGED FOR THE RENTAL. I let them the owner know and he gave us a check for it. Over all our experience was horrible. I hoped for more because of all the five star reviews. What a shame.

This was my first time dealing with an auto body shop, and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. They handled all the communication with the other driver s insurance, and got my vehicle back to me in a good amount of time. And it looks good as new! I ll definitely use Koontz for any future auto body needs (hopefully I won t need to though!).

Waiting a month for an appt, kept my car for a month. Returned my car with piece missing from mirror. They didn t even say anything until I pointed it out and told me it was on order. I never received a call or my part. Then I asked for the person dealing with my car, oh they no longer work here! I see why they are not in contract with Geico!!! Unprofessional bc my missing part and charge way more then what they did on my insurance but I didn t care as long as I got my part .. Don t go!

My Chrysler crossfire got hit in a parking lot. Driver drove off. My insurance sent me to Koontz. They did OUTSTANDING work. Matched the paint perfectly on a 15 year old car. I cannot tell where the damage was. I highly recommend them. Excellent work and informative through entire process. I was really happy with the work and they were done early. They even cleaned the vehicle. Check out that they also sell tires and did oil changes. I read the reviews of this place before coming here as my wife damaged her car, as this was a progressive preferred body shop. Knowing the inside about how preferred shops control shops, I was weary as that means they do most of that insurance companies work. The communication between insurance and shop was not bad, I would say there were some issues but it was an odd circumstance so it s not the shops fault. On the day of pick up, I noticed some minor issues and addressed them with jimmy, who later I found out was the owner of this establishment. Jimmy not only understood and agreed with me, he promised all the work would be done right. He didn t try to make excuses or invalidate my concerns in anyway which MOST shops will do. Upon the next date of picking up my wife s car, not only was the car immaculate, but all issues had been perfected and done right as jimmy said. I m not sure why people feel the need to leave a bad review without taking the issue up with the shop but I will say this, if you have any issues talk to jimmy. This guy knows his business inside and out, and from here on out I will ONLY use HIS shop and services. If you value a company who does right and who makes things right, then you need to go here and read this review as it s 100% honest and legitimate. Thank you jimmy for all you did mentioned and not, it made a huge difference and in the end you stand out above all the others by how you handle things and making right. God bless you and have a great weekend.! FYI let the photos be proof that this guy is amazing at what he does. ;).

Repair came out great. In time repair. Very happy to be able to leave rental at shop. Front end associate was amazing. Great Customer Service. She is a real asset to Koontz. Give that lady a raise. Thanks again.

Bottom line is this place is not trustworthy. Take your business somewhere else.We took our car to Koontz to fix a scrape. When we finally got it back from them after long delays and weird lapses in communication, the air conditioning wasn t working (it was working fine before we brought it in). We asked them to look at it and they told us the compressor was blown and that it would be about $2000 to fix the whole thing. We went back and forth with them about it since it happened in their shop (including w the owner, who was shockingly rude). Finally we decided to take our car elsewhere so we could get a second opinion. The next shop fixed the issue in about an hour and let us know that someone at Koontz had taken the caps off of the unit and let the refrigerant out. Total cost of repair was $75 when Koontz quoted us $2000. It s now several months later and the air conditioning is still working great. Again - there are way better places out there. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one.Update based on the owners response. It was my wife s car and your team quoted us for the repair, so clearly Koontz was ready to do that work. Again, this place is not trustworthy and there are so many better shops out there. Pass on this one.

I m satisfied that they fixed the scratch that I had. But the clean up was extremely sloppy. Black paint left on my trim. Left over clear coat wasn t washed off. And whatever they used to wipe my car down after cleaning left small thin scratches all over my car. The people in the front office are the best part of this company.

My front bumper was victim of hit and run. I searched auto body shops near me and this was the closest with good ratings. I gave a 10/10 for all categories: customer service, great at giving me updates with my vehicle, good communication about rental information, the associate who works with Progressive customers was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and was patient with me. They let me know that there was going to be a slight delay with my vehicle repair but I had my rental so I was not affected. Overall, I had a great experience and will use their services again in the future if needed.

I enjoyed working with Keith and Koontz Paint & Body Works so much I m almost hoping to get into another little fender bender.Maybe back into a fence or something. Nothing catastrophic if someone is out there listening. I highly recommend Koontz Paint & Body Works.

Despite nationwide part delays and downtown parking. Kootnz has been great to work with. I took my company vehicle in for repair back in May and they ve worked with my schedule to get the job done as quickly as possible. Even when I experienced issues after ( totally on me) Keith and his team took care of me. Can t expressed how great of a company this is .

Our Jeep was rear ended and we were devastating by how bad the damage looked. We chose to have to it towed to Koontz and we are beyond happy with the repair. Looks as if the accident never happened. Price was great as well, plus the time it took them to get it done was impressive!
