Superb quality and great service! Forget about these other places that charge $400 + for a windshield for a 2003 Chevy Malibu! And there are many like that - they charge ripoff prices, since they're used to charging insurance companies whatever they want, not dealing much with cash paying customers.It took just over an hour and less than $200 for my windshield replacement. Everyone there was terrific and super friendly. I highly recommend Julio's Auto Glass!

So thankful for the employees at Julio s! I shattered my back windshield and was absolutely panicking because I was about to take my car on a long trip. Not sure how I got so lucky but Julio s was the first place that popped up when I googled windshield replacement companies. I didn t believe it when they said they could fix it that same day. Shattered it and got it fixed all within 2 hours. I hope they know they re life savers!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Had my car broken into the night before and this place was able to see me the same day I called them and told them what was up. They were very quick and took less than an hour to replace the window, and what was also a pleasant surprise was that they cleaned up all the broken glass, folded my jackets, gathered up some trash, and organized stuff in my car for me! It was so sweet of them! I was in a bad mood all day from the break in but they made me feel so much better! :) They also have the lowest prices in all of Richmond. I called 10 places that wanted nearly double what this place quoted me. So now any time in the future, if I have issues with my car windows/windshield, I will go to them! And you should too! I may not ever use another company again. Friendly, fast, even jad young son being the boss. I hope to not have anymore broken windows in my car, but I know where I'll go.Plus the price was cheaper than insurance deductible.

After my was car broken into and my window shattered I came to Julio s and am so thankful I did. Amazing service. Accepts Apple Pay. I brought my car in a few hours before they closed and drove away the same day I called them. Not only did they have very affordable prices for glass they also replaced the window AND cleaned up all of the glass for the same price! I was shocked when I went out to my car after I paid and realized they did all of that so quickly. Thank you Julio s 10/10 service.

Never believe the words of the employees of this shop, they are very liars and do not welcome customers at all, their goal is only to deceive customers, their words and actions are very different.

went to get my windshield replaced and driver side window yes they were on time & professional but they did not install the windshield glass properly when driving you can hear wind threw the edge as if the window was down went back for them to fix it they said it wasn t sealed all the way left and the problem is still there . Outstanding!!! Highly recommend, I usually go to the place just before hulio beside Chesterfield auto but they couldn't get to me so I went right down the street to hulio. He jumped right on it. Very satisfied customer!!!

I send my wife today 3-22-2021 to get the windshield fix he toll me to be there at 10 am my wife was there he get the glass out then to tell my wife sorry we dont have it here so from 10 she got out there at 2 pm what business do that at then he toll me i price then jack up the price for my wife i know i will never go back there am next time respecr woman if you know you dont got it dont have her wait there for hourService: Auto windshield replacement

I was driving by and saw the sign advertising glass repair and thought about my front glass. I hired safe glass repair and after a back and forth my glass was the same. I gave up and went to this place. I was greeted by the owner and he ended up feeling so bad about my situation, he gave me 50% off and in less than an hour boom I was out.
