I will return.The staff were professional, knowledgable, and polite.I always prefer Jiffy Lube.They check the air pressure in my tires and also check my fluids.Once my service is complete I feel confident when I leave.

They treated me like a lady from the moment I pulled in to get my oil change, opened the door to my vehicle, open the door to the sitting area!!!! Which WOWED me! To some it might be small but to me it s the little things in life that count! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 1000% Thank you guys you were awesome!!! Will definitely be back!

The push for add-on services is a little aggressive. Maybe a little too obvious. But I accept those terms as a customer. You pay the same price for an oil change at your auto shop these days, but they don t top off your windshield washer fluid and vacuum your car pro bono. Come on, Jiffy Lube.

My usual spot wasn't returning calls when I tried to schedule an oil change, so I gave these guys a try. And am I glad I did. They staff was friendly, efficient, and did great work. Got my oil changed and replaced my air filter. Got in to drive off, and they had vacuumed the interior to boot. I don't know when places stopped doing that, but it was a welcome surprise.I also appreciated the matter of fact (but still incredibly friendly) consultation once they had checked the car over. No trying to upsell me on anything. This is old school service like you don't really find anymore.Looks like I have found a new usual spot. Listen, I've been to many shops and my first time ever going to this location was today and wow. They was very professional, they help me out a lot, they wasn't trying to make me pay more than I'm willing to give and they was straight to the point about what I needed done. Did I mention, you can drive up and get things done without the hassle of making an appointment. Impeccable service at this location. Not for sure of the managers name, but he is making this location(Williamsburg Road in Sandston, Va. in front of the Kroger Store) the best in entire state of VA. Go there and I promise you that you will see why I say this. His staff followed suit, because of his hands-on style and approach to the customers pulling in. Nice to fully trust an establishment with caring for my vehicle. His employees looked to be enjoying they're morning, following his lead...rare these days, anywhere. Excellent serviceService: Tires

Every where I took my car and said they could not do the oil change for me. But I decided to take my car to Jiffy Lube on Williamsburg road in the shopping center where Kroger is. The gentleman told that they might not be able to change my oil. He must have saw my face, because he said let me check and see if we can do. He checked and said yes they can help me. I really appreciate those 2 gentleman's for taking the time to help me. Also this was not my first time taking my car there. I am truly grateful to them!! Thank you!!Service: Oil change

I am a loyal Jiffy lube customer - had a worry over squeaky brakes and chose this location while visiting from out of town. To my great surprise, Mark came out to greet me BY NAME as I pulled up! His big hello and wonderful smile was such a pleasure to see! We discussed my travel plans and the brakes. He welcomed me into the waiting area and they checked my situation over. Mark and his team were very quick and realized I just needed brakes to be cleaned!!! I felt reassured and very grateful not to be gouged for a repair not needed! Also felt very reassured to continue my long driving trip as planned. I would highly recommend this shop and The refreshing customer service as I shared with Mark!!! I like them. Don't live them but like them. Just always seems that a filter needs to be changed on one of our cars. One time they charged us for an oil filter, and a few months later my husband had to do work on the car and found the filter was not replaced at all.... also this go around they said my car needs a cabin filter. After doing research I found that Chevy didn't make this car to have one in the first placeService: Oil change

I have used jiffy lube several times but on e in another car that I had I noticed oil was in my driveway, they hadn't tighten the plug all the way in January 2023 I got my oil changed their in March 2023 my oil light came on I check the oil and it was barely touching the stick it was 2 quarts low with no leaks the car is fairly new and they always want to change something that you don't need so I complain about it it and you know what they said that they did everything right so my advice to everyone that goes their please check your vehicle because you might be paying for something that you did not get!!!

These guys are very good at what they do. I don't good cheap on my vehicle because, yes I love it. Regular oil changes can save a lot of headaches and money down the road. They do need more help there. Just two guys working.

Beyond terrible service, waited over 1hr and 45 minutes for a simply oil change. The employee would rather talk on his phone than work, and trust me it wasn't an emergency as he kept laughing out loud and said "let me let you go so I can get these people out of here". I waited inside the office for someone to come tell me how much an oil change would cost. While waiting inside for ~20 minutes, a car pulled up to the garage. I went into the garage and asked how long it d take for me to get an oil change and they said just pull up behind the car that just pulled up. Okay that s fine Then while I m pulling my car up 3 more cars came in right before me. The guy who already has seen me ask him about it told me I had to wait behind all those cars too. While in the office they tried to charge a lady $120 for an oil change and she brought them down to $80. I don t trust this place and there are plenty of other nearby places to get an oil change. Try Meineke or FireStone.

The customer service was everything. They provided me with the wifi password in case I needed it, showed me where outlets were to charge my devices, directions to the restroom, and offered me coffee while I waited. My oil change was quick and efficient along with all of the complementary top offs for ALL fluids. They also informed me that I could come and get them topped off in between oil changes free of charge up to 2 visits. They also vacuumed my vehicle and cleaned my windows. My experience was excellent and I was able to get in and out in order for me to hit the road in time. The entire staff was a delight to work with.

Went to jiffy on Williamsburg around 11am on Jan. 23rd only 2 staff members others called out. Was there over an hr but only 3 customers before me..the 2 guys working were on a roll my oil change was done and I left happy and satisfied..I hope the company give these guys a raise cause by the time I left there were 5 cars in line waiting. Great job guys!

BEWARE!!! Clearly asked were they able to change oil in my Jaguar XF they claimed they could. Well after 3 months and minimum driving my check engine light comes on. Mechanic asked me when was my last oil change because oil was dirty!!! Cost me $1800 engine repair! Not including over $100 for a oil change that was clearly not done! My brother warned me about Jiffy Lube! Again BEWARE!!!Service: Oil change

The team here was beyond friendly and spoke to/treated me not only like an actual human, but they were also just genuinely friendly people and very thorough with examining my car and helping me figure out my next steps. I came up to Jiffy Lube around 12, needed a quick oil change but all the staff was welcoming and kind. They were very honest on what they were doing and what I really needed to get worked on. Filled up all my fluids for no extra charge and vacuumed the floors. They had me out within 20 minutes. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube!
