The service was quick, but I feel like the tech didn't fully explain the difference in the oil change and prices, but he was nice enough.

Do not use this jiffy lube at 8025 W Broad St. As soon as I drove off their property my oil light came on. I checked under my hood myself and it seemed like the oil was overfilled. When I took it back to the store I asked why they had not topped off my fluids when the receipt says that's part of the service and why did my oil light come on immediately? When they checked they said it was a faulty oil filter and they didn't put winshield fluid cause they were out.They fixed my issues but I would not trust this business with my car care.Service: Oil change

Well, unfortunately I stopped at Jiffy Lube last Saturday as there looked to be no wait to remove a nail from my tire. The hood was there was no wait the bad it cost me the next 3 hours of my day and a new $207 tire. After waiting 25 min for the tire plug and patch to be completed (by the way it was within the area recommended for patching) the manager came out and said they were unsuccessful and they couldn t patch it but will put the spare on and I quote maybe one of the tire stores can use a bigger patch as the nail went in on an angle and when we drilled for the plug we went straight in and now the patch doesn t cover). Well after visiting 3 other tire places one of them being discount tire (great place) they looked and confirmed whomever drilled the plug went in the complete opposite direction of the nail entry and made the tire in patchable and a complete loss. He also mentioned if they were to make a mistake like that they would provide a credit to a new tire. BTW tire was only a year only. So lesson learned not the place to go to get your tire repaired. Very disappointed.Larry

Really appreciated the manager or shift leader (unsure his title, but he drives a Dodge truck) explaining some factory issues with my engine and that his team was going to use a longer, but safer, method for my oil change to ensure the longevity of my motor. No one had ever told me about it and I googled it later-- everything he said was true. He could have been quick and not cared, but he wanted to do the job the right way. I also saw him teaching his team about my motor and why they were doing it that way. Awesome leader, honest man, skilled at his craft. I'll be back here for all future oil changes.Service: Oil change

These guys were some of the most genuine, kind and caring individuals. This is a great shop that you can trust. Knowledgeable is an understatement. They are gonna get you right for the right price. Hands down.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Once I left, drove to my next destination. Once I turned the car off and then on again, the traction and power steering light came on the AC went out, the car won't go out of 1st gear. I went in with no issues and now had to tow the car for $172 and pay for a mechanic to fix their error.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've heard stories about jiffy lube but wanted to try them out. About a few weeks driving I started noticing a little oil underneath my truck. Went to work. A 35min drive and parked and went to work. Lunch time I went back to My truck to find a streak of oil coming from under it. Got under there and my oil filter was leaking. Had to do about three twist to tighten. I didn't even bother to call back. Funny thing I have free oil changes at the dealer. Didn't want to take the drive. Nevertheless don't think I going back!!!Services: Exhaust, Oil change

The oil change was good as usual. Had to give them only 3 stars though. The customer waiting area was not clean and I could smell urine coming from the restroom. That was not good. They need to at least keep the floor swept and toilet and sink clean. It lets the customers know you care.

Amazing experience. Management and team are professional, courteous, and efficient. I received an honest assessment regarding the condition of my car. The facility is welcoming and clean. I ve been coming here for years and this has been the best visit to date. Kudos to the management and team for a job well done and for the customer-centered superior service.

My signature service consisted of them rushing my car through WITHOUT doing any of the services I paid for! They certainly got my signature for payment but failed MASSIVELY at their service commitment! I was even told to put my own sticker on the windshield. I was told that one of the guys is leaving in 3 days and trying to make the other guy look bad when I returned to question why I paid for a service that was not completed! Front office guy Nick took my car back to vacuum and fill up my near empty washer fluid. Honestly doubtful the completed the $80 oil change at this point. Most blatant attempt at fraud that I ve ever experienced from Jiffy Lube! Avoid this store!!!Service: Oil change

I tried to use a coupon here for an oil change and asked if it came with their standard complimentary fluid top off as I also needed some wiper and trans fluid. The worker told me that wasn't included with my coupon even though the service is included with all oil changes. Then the worker straight up told me that if I were looking for the best deal and price this wasn't the place for me.Kudos for honest and polite employees, but come on. If I am not getting a good deal why else would I take my car to Jiffy lube, there are probably 100 actual shops that would do a better job of working on my vehicle, I though there whole mantra was fast and cheap.

I have gone to this Jiffy Lube for about 7 years. Twice, they have told me they could not change my oil because the drain plug nut was stripped. I used to repair cars and know this is an easy fix for anyone who knows which end of a screwdriver to use. The first time, I left and went back to the shop that had previously serviced it and there was no problem. The second time was July 10. I was told that they could not service the car, so I drove straight to the Valvoline Oil Change on Hungary Spring and Staples Mill, and they changed the oil with no problem. They did report the drain plug nut was stripped but they replaced it. Not sure what Jiffy Lube's issue is.Service: Oil change

If I could give 10 stars I would! The staff there were super friendly, and well presented. They did seem to know their stuff. The services I received was an oil change, and my brakes done. I was asked by Chelsea what options I wanted and she helped me pick the right ones for my vehicle. Out of every place I go this place was the only place that didn't try make me get what I didn't need. Chelsea was very helpful, kind! I will be returning here an no where else. Thanks you so much Chelsea for everything you have done to help me. You and your other employees are amazing. Thank you!

I went in for a routine oil change and wanted to add on a tire rotation and balance. The staff was friendly prompt and courteous. I was offered fresh coffee and several coupons to add new wiper blades and headlight restoration. The problem with my service yesterday was that the technician told me that my rear brakes needed immediate replacement. I asked what the real time frame was and she said one week. I take very good care of my 13 year old car and drive frequently all over the state of VA. So I informed my family to purchase new brakes and rotors and proceeded to drive 1 hour to see them and put new brakes on. After removing the tires it was clear that my brakes were still in working order and in no need of replacement for even another 10,000 or 20,000 miles. They were lying to make more money and this is an unfortunate waste of time and money for both my family and I in a very busy time.

I went in for an oil change, and I asked for synthetic oil. Synthetic oil is able to last 10,000 miles or more, and the usual convention is to change it out around 7,500 miles. When I asked for the sticker to be set at 10,000, I was told they could not do that. I didn't think much of it, and so I asked for it to be set at 7,000; deciding that I'd look into the limits of synthetic oil again later. Maybe I was mistaken about it's limits.Then I was told that they couldn't set it any higher than 6,000 miles, and immediately some alarm bells started to go off in my mind. Upon double checking; I discovered I was, in fact, correct about the mileage lifetime of synthetic oil; and it made me highly suspicious of the claim that there was very significant wear on some of my brakes, and I would need to replace them soon (at the cost of $450, so I'm told).My brakes may be worn down, and they may not; but given what I was told about the oil, as well as the stories of other negative reviews from this store indicating deceptive business practices at this location; I am going to get a second opinion on that from a shop I have a better history with just to double check.All that being said, the staff was polite, the work was completed swiftly, and I very much appreciate the vacuum job that came with the oil change service. I just have some concerns about the overall honesty of the business.Service: Oil change

Normally I am not one to complain; however it upsets me to know that the response to my issue was on the nonchalant side. I got an oil change with no issues prior to coming to this location hence I've received services here before. They did a great job with changing my oil and I've always liked the complementary vacuuming/cleaning of the car. The issue is that after getting the services to my car, my back tire all of a sudden (which were purchased BRAND NEW only 3 months prior) had a slow air leak. My car sat the entire weekend after getting my car serviced and my pressure light came on when I started my work week after being out of town. When I called and advised them of this they stated "tire pressure goes down when it gets cold" which is true. However it doesn't lose pressure to the point that the air loss brings the car down nearly to the rim. The response they gave then was "well you need a new tire". Why do I need another NEW tired when there was NO problem with a "leak" before I had my car serviced there. I am highly upset about this nor should I have to pay for another tire. I will not now or ever go back to this location again.

I had my best Jiffy Lube experience ever this afternoon. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation thinking that was all I needed. However, when the guys took off my front wheels they noticed that my front break pads were almost completely worn out. They went ahead and installed new brake pads for me, and my truck now feels like it s brand new. Due to a weird design by Ford, replacing the front brake pads was no easy task. But the guys took it on and got them replaced with 0 issues. I want to give a huge shoutout to technicians: Nick M, Sahn T, and Lawrence W. These 3 guys did a tremendous job and I will definitely be back to this specific location for my next oil change.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Came to this location after the Jiffy Lube near Willow Lawn wasn't able to do my oil change because one of their employees was going to be over an hour late. The staff here is very friendly and service is fast. Assistant manager in training was also very friendly. Highly recommend this location.

Staff at this location are mostly high school age kids. No sense of professionalism and no knowledge about the services they are selling. It's funny when a woman who clearly has no knowledge about cars says, "Your car needs synthetic oil." Also didn't accept credit cards at the time of my visit. Service was fast, employees were incompetent.

I was promptly greeted and taken care of by friendly staff. Pricing was broken down clearly and my oil change was done in a timely manner. Formy first time at Jiffy Lube I was very pleased!
