A full synthetic oil change was over priced. The staff was great and quick but next time I could get the same service completed else where for a lot less. Did not realize at the time how much less Walmart and valvoline charge. Will not make that mistake again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The staff at this Jiffy Lube location was great. I went there for an oil change. They offered great customer service, fast service and they are very knowledgeable about what they do. They also vacuumed my car and cleaned my windows. Keep up the great work.

Asked for a Lightbulb Headlight Replacement, it was not done, instead I still had a broken headlight. Couldn't use a coupon employees commented on status of my vehicle couldn't print my oil change ticket advised I go to a Web site that tried to defraud my card had to dispute and reorder a card never again.customer started here mess up more than they fix prices terrible 200 for a oil change???

I take my company work van to this Jiffy Lube location all of the time. The location is convenient, and the friendly professional staff get me in and out quickly (no appointments required). I just had an oil change today 6/14/2023 after returning from North Carolina. I arrived there at approximately 3:15pm and was done about 3:30 but no later than 3:45pm. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Good job..change was completed in about 15-20 min. and bonus topped the fluids and accepted both the online and physical coupons for a $16 savings....

Professional and quick with their work. Upfront and honest on pricing with everything, and completed all tasks in an efficient manner. I was in and out with an oil change, air filter replacements, and a brake fluid change within 15 minutes.

Great service! I've been to many locations over the past decade and this has been the best service I have ever received. From the time that I pulled in, to the time that I pulled out, every employee acknowledged me and I felt like a valued customer. Marquis had exceptional customer service skills, informative about my vehicle's issues and options to repair but not a pushy sales pitch I normally get.The team leader Jennifer was very polite and asked me if I was ok when in waiting room. The techs who worked on my vehicle Robert and Stanley were fast and efficient and very friendly when I had questions!This location is an asset to Jiffy Lube and an example of how all locations should be ran. A great team is always backed up by a great manager so high five to the store manager who has created such a wonderful workplace for your employees.Y'all keep up the excellent work because it doesn't go unnoticed!! Thanks again guys(and girls) for exceptional service!

This is my first time using Jiffy Lube. My experience here was quick and efficient for my car care. The cashier Anthony was very friendly and welcoming. No hassle, no wait, and no appointment needed. Very quick service, they did everything that was expected. It cost 50 bucks for the basic oil change, but I prefer them charging enough to make their money so they don't have to upsell everything after luring you in with a 19.99 loss leader. They sent me a 10 dollar coupon for the next service, so I will definitely take the path of least resistance and let them change the oil again next time.Service: Oil change

I really hate car maintenance and the guys here made it easy for me and had me in and out in a JIFFY!! Couldn t have been more pleased with the speed of service, the vacuuming of my car, and knowledge of workers!

Great service and friendly staff! Went above and beyond with my oil change to include tracking down a filter that was hard to find. I think the gentleman helping me might have even vacuumed my floorboard because it looked cleaner, lol! Will definitely be coming back when needed. Give this team a raise and a bonus for a job exceedingly well done!Service: Oil change

The staff was super friendly! We were able to stay in the car while they performed the oil change (definitely a plus because I have a 3 year old). They checked my tire pressure, all the fluids, and changed my oil super quickly. Definitely recommend and will be back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Nice and professional staff! I was frustrated driving around to see if someone could install my plate bracket on the front of my car and they thankfully installed it. I appreciate them so much for taking the time to help me out!

I visited because I just had an oil change yet my vehicle needed more fluids. The 3 guys working all ran into the parking lot and immediately topped off my fluids. They had great attitudes, they knew what they were doing, they provided superior service. I am very grateful for them and happy with the service they provided. I am sorry that I did not get their names but the 3 men working Thursday April 4 @2:30 deserve recognition

The service!!! I've NEVER rated anyone 5 stars for customer service, but they are AWESOME from start to finish! I made an appt for a different jiffy lube, but pulled here in error. The female worker was still getting set up, but she told that they could take me, was extremely personable as was the guy there also. I'm extremely pleased and although they can be a little pricey I would definitely recommend this location on Midlothian in the city.

My tire pressure was low, so I stopped at this location. Tyrod put air in my tires. He was very nice and professional. The service was great and quick. Highly recommend this jiffy lube.Service: TiresService: Tires

The wait time was ridiculously long. I was in early and 4 customers came in and were serviced while I waited over 2 hours. Will not return! The price was reasonable.

David & Marquis are stellar employees. When I pulled in David greeted me with a huge smile(even though he was mask covered it was obvious through his eyes that he was smiling)! It was so obvious that he was happy to be at work. When I was in the lobby I complimented him on his positive, polite demeanor and he simply said he loves his job!!! With so many not even willing to work it is refreshing to see a person so dedicated and enthusiastic to serve others! Marquis was also extremely polite it was a welcoming experience. They also went above and beyond to take care of the service quickly and professionally. This Jiffy Lube should be the benchmark for service! May God Bless these young men mightily in Jesus name!Service: Oil change

A few months ago i visited this location for an oil change since I was in a tight schedule and needed to go out of town. During the process i was charge twice and never got my money back even after my information was sent to corporate, so water under the bridge. Until i visited a different shop and they informed me that whoever did my oil change last did not tighten the oil cap properly and oil spilled all over my engine. Which can cause engine failure. Never returning to any jiffy lube again.Service: Oil change

Do NOT go to this location. I came in for a oil change ( full synthetic oil only).. they charged me for full synthetic which is over $90 and I'm so willing to pay for seeing that my car only uses full synthetic. But they put their cheap synthetic blend oil in my car. I went back the next day and they would not reduce the oil change. Synthetic blend does not work well in my car I expected to them. I had to go to a different location just for them to put the right oil in my car. For free since it was less the a week. Bottom line, they are charging people for full synthetic oil but putting cheap oil in replacement to save money not caring how much of a difference the oil is.

Bernard was excellent, he greeted me warmly, immediately gave me a coupon to get an oil change when I asked, was attentive, kind and thorough in his explanation of the work. The team and manager, Cecil, educated me on my unsafe tires, was responsive and committed to my customer experience.I drove here minutes after leaving a terrible customer experience with Rebecca at Jiffy Lube on 11135 Midlothian Turnpike (a 1 star online review from me) to see if it would be different, and it was. I also knew my tires were deflated and needed service today before a long drive.Great recovery, Bernard, Cecil and team. You made it easy and welcoming. I will now buy my tires from your location ($500). My day was off to a bad start with Rebecca's rudeness, and you made it better and safer, in a seemingly effortless way.Jiffy Lube, you charge more, and I return / pay for the experience beyond just the service. Keep that in mind when you hire and train employees to be the face of your organization. In the same period of time (2 minutes), I drove away (11135 Midlothian) and also chose to make a larger investment (6826 Midlothian), all because of how I was treated.Bernard and team, I will see you for my new tires before the year-end. And, I will safely get on the road today with replenished tires, oil and a lasting great impression of this location. You put safety and my customer service experience first. Thanks, Bernard!

I can't comment on many Jiffy Lube locations but this one is exceptionally well run by Jennifer. She sets the tone from the start - friendly, welcoming, professional, expertly informed and customer focused in every moment that follows. 20 minutes later and I'm confident my car is at it's best.
