I have taken my car to these mechanics since moving here. They are wonderful and very honest. They do state inspections, tires, and auto repairs. I highly recommend this business!!

I was quoted 298 to replace a oil pressure sensor from another reputable shop. Instead, I went to In and Out and got the sensor replaced for 117. I waited one hour. It's good to have a local shop that is trustworthy, mechanically inclined while providing great customer service.

I took my vehicle in as the rear tire was making noise. The staff was so professional and friendly. I opted to wait, was provided Wi-Fi which allowed me to work while I waited. Once they identified the problem, gave the option to allow them to fix it. Their prices are GREAT and they now have a new customer. I traveled 30 mins because of a recommendation and I will continue to travel to them. If you are coming here for reviews, trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Best auto place I have seen and have had work done in the Richmond/Chesterfield area. Very honest and pricing is great. They get busy early so make an appointment or just drop it off. Although everyone here was very friendly my husband had to go back multiple times for multiple mistakes that were made. We paid thousands for simple things to be corrected just to be for things to be forgotten or incorrect. Oh we forgot to put headlights in your vehicle Oh we forgot to fix this part Oh we re booked this day can you come another time so we can fix it, we re sorry we forgot to do this part. It just became very exasperating. I might come here again but I m hoping for a better experience as far as aloofness goes. Other than that the customer service is nice and everyone was quite friendly and helpful.

Mr. Torres and his crew are awesome! Great service/competitive prices. Haven't been there for a while, since I moved across town. But when I needed to get my car serviced today, I had to get the work done at this shop. Get there early to get same-day service. Jacob is always very professional and nice. New/used tire for my SUV and a patch for another tire that was flat. $50 total, done in 15 minutes as a walk in. My husband and I have been coming here for almost 20 years.Service: TiresService: Tires

You don't have to ask for a discount here bc the prices are extremely reasonable. I always check on a car repair app what the high & low price for a repair should be. This place is usually on the mid to low price range. They are also honest. I guarantee it!! I live about 51 miles away & use this place 1st unless I'm completely broken down & have to use a auto repair shop where I live.

I ve brought my car here a few times for new/used tires, and they are very fast, they don t try to upsell or talk you into buying things you don t need, which is particularly helpful to a woman who knows very little about cars! I was literally in and out today, and the kid who put a new tire on my car was ADORABLE! So sweet and so fast!! Thank you!

We have been using their tire and mechanic service for about 10 to 15 years. Although some of the employees have changed we have always received great service. Yes we have twice had a used tire ave a slow leak but have gone back within 30 days and they replaced it with no additional charge. Great friendly service and I recommend them. Under $100 for two good tread Used Tires Plus a tip. Discount Tire was almost $400 for two new ones.

This is a very dishonest establishment. In less than two years I ve paid over $1,000.00 for new tires. After selling me 2018 old new tires and refusing to honor the 30k warranty; I went to a tire shop to purchase new tires again. When I disputed the above with Jacob I was offered an oil change or state inspection. I told Jacob to give the oil change or inspection to my dad who he claimed he love so much. When my dad asked for the oil change Jacob stated I thought I told her an inspection and gave my dad an inspection sticker. Dishonesty all around! I was offered one or the another. I believe in supporting mom and pa businesses but I will never visit this establishment again nor will I direct people to this business. This company is in the business of taking customers hard earned money and neglecting responsibility for the lack of honesty and sloppy maintenance work. If you care about your means of transportation and the money you work so hard to earn then go to another shop and avoid In & Out Auto at all cost. Worst decision I ve made for my car.Service: Tires

Took car in for inspection, was told a while list of things needed to be done totaling $1,300.14,yes 14cents,i took the car to my mechanic who said half the last of things didn't need to be done and can be fixed for $350....... he tried to take me to the cleaners

They are fast, afford and friendly!!! They had us in and out in no time!!! Also they balanced the tires perfectly!! I haven t had any issues with my alignment either 100% recommend!!!!

STAY AWAY!!! We have been coming here for years and today was our last day visiting this shop. We are told certain times to come back and when we do we get the run around from the owner s kids. Our van was breaking down and we took every chance to drop it off there just as they requested just to be to come back tomorrow.The owner s daughter had a nerve to say that they charge an up charge on diagnosis fee if we do any recent work and was very blunt that her mechanics have to make money too. There was no customer service... just dry and basically made us feel like it is what it is. Now I am a person with thick skin and can understand why people say and do what they do but for us to be long time customers and to go through this mess every time with them, I am just completely disappointed. My husband and I have tried to work it out with them for months but it just seems that it is not getting better. Its sad because we like the dad (the owner) but his kids are running the place in the ground with this millennial attitude! I am a huge fan of customer service and this place does not do it for us anymore. It is sad because their location was so convenient for us but we will not be returning at all.-Upset customer

Will extend their services to family also.1/1/2021Stopped by my go to auto service a month ago for a front spoiler repair. 10% discount after a little negotiations. Repair done in a timely manner & much improved. Better than when it rolled off the assembly line. Thank you in & out for a job well done..
