We are a transport company and carried out an order to deliver a car to Minnesota. this dealer acted as the sender and broker. The order was completed back in October 2023, but we were never paid $700. We talked to them several times, they blatantly lie that they sent the check by mail. But it s already January and still no payment. Ladies and gentlemen, draw your own conclusions before buying a car here.

Yes they beat Carmax price by going even lower on the offer . Please remove that big billboard saying we beat Carmax price.

They have big sign out their store that says they beat carmax appraisal, so I got appraisal done at Carmax for $13000 and took it to them. After looking at it and wasting my time, they said in this case Carmax has better offer for you.No integrity!!just post sign to get traffic and hurt other honest company.

I wanted to trade my vehicle and get another more economical one. I first went to the dealer across the street, but was not satisfied. I decided to try Hyman Bros. I had never dealt with them before and did not know what to expect. First thing I noticed is the enormous inventory of high quality cars they have. Joseph Taylor came to my aid and guided me to the perfect car for me and gave me a fair price for mine. He made the entire experience easy and hassle free. Everyone is professional and very pleasant to work with. It was a great experience and when the time comes, I will return to Hyman Bros. for my next car. I WILL recommend them to family and friends.

I specifically said I only wanted you to contact Henrico Federal Credit Union. You did not have my authorization to contact any other financial institutions. So now that I have decided I do not want the vehicle, I have multiple hard inquiries on my credit report. I wish you geniuses would listen! Horrible! I will never buy any vehicle from you!

I wanted to say thank you to everyone at this dealership for being so kind and helpful to me during my car buying experience. Joe Christopher helped me from start to finish, and I appreciated how he was not pushy at all and allowed me to take my time with the whole process. Wayne in financing was wonderful and gave me helpful advice that I could trust. I would highly recommend this dealership, or any of the Hyman dealerships, for anyone interested in buying a car. Purchasing a used car at Hyman Brothers was a very pleasant experience. All the salesmen were very warm, friendly and not pushy. Leon was the best! The process was quick and easy to get approved (even with my less-than-perfect credit). All there used cars (that I looked at) had super low miles. I will definitely go back to them first when I'm in the market again.

What a great car buying experience! Rick, my sales guy, was knowledgeable and fun. On the test drive, he showed off the turning radius, punched it around sharp curves, pushed it getting on and off the highway, drove on some bumpy roads to test the handling ... all the time telling me interesting info on the car. I would definitely recommend him for a car purchase and to babysit your kid. The service department was friendly efficient, and they had my few issues on the car fixed very quickly. Oh, and they beat the buy out offer from car max, like they advertise.The trade in and the loan paperwork went quickly.All around very high marks & I love my Honda Element.

Took my car to the shop to get the transmission checked they told me we don't kno why its doing that the only thing we can say is when coming from a stop hit the gas take feet off gas and hit the gas again I also have extra extended warranty from my radio paint and so on they tried to say I didn't but finance pulled up all my info and it was there there mechanics don't kno what they are doing and I got charged for a free radio upgrade that didn't fixed the problem will never buy from them again

I purchased a 2007 Pontiac Solstice from this dealership. A beautiful car. I have to say in my 41 years of buying cars I have never met a better dealership. From the salesman, sales manager to the service manager top notch people. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Such great service! Better than I could have ever imagined! Walked in and was immediately greeted kindly. Kevin "KC" Morris worked with me to get me into the perfect car. No tricks, no gimmicks, no hidden anything. KC and Larry were 100% real with me the whole time. They really put in 110% effort to help me get what I wanted. I would defiantly recommend this service to anyone looking to buy a car! Helpful staff and affordable prices, Hyman Brothers is great! Will be returning in the future!

I spoke to Richard and he was very unprofessional! They don t haggle prices which is crazy when you over price your cars by $4800. Who s going to come in and buy a car and automatically be $5000 in negative equity.

We took my mother in law there to sell a vehicle she needed to get rid of. We walked in, gave them the keys, and sat for 15 minutes and got an offer. They even said we could take it to CarMax and they d beat their price by $100. Well Hyman Bro s was $1500 better offer than CarMax and there was literally NO pressure to sell. So grateful for honesty companies like this.

Such a great experience! I've never shopped for a used car so I was feeling very intimidated about going into Hyman Bros Automotive. Before going to Hyman, I had shopped the Internet so I knew exactly what I was looking for when I got there. I drove through the parking lot hoping to get a glimpse of the two cars that I had found on their website. It's a large car lot with such a fantastic selection of nice cars. As I was driving through the lot, a sales associate approached me and I'm thinking, "I'm busted, and I can't sneak out now". As it turns out, "RC" (Rick Cassady) was the sales associate. I was immediately at ease with RC. RC explained the Hyman philosophy and 'no pressure' sales tactics. I liked RC and trusted him, so the rest is history. I came home with my dream car that day. Everyone at Hyman went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I never felt any pressure to purchase a car. The automotive lot is filled with beautiful cards, and the showroom is new and modern. This was a great experience for me, and I'll definitely purchase another vehicle at Hyman Bros.

I first visited Hyman Brothers in 2013 when they were Saturn of West Broad. I have bought every car since then from Hyman Brothers. They always have a great selection, everything from practically new and high end to lower cost and slightly higher mileage (you won't find any extremely high mileage vehicles here, however). They are always exceptionally low pressure sales, the no haggle pricing keeps things simple and cordial. Do your homework, shop online, no matter what though you'll be hard pressed to find a better used car dealer in Richmond.

Visited the dealership while it was closed on a Sunday. Found a car on the lot that we were interested in and were having a hard time finding. Visited again the next day and was greeted by KC. KC was a great! He had a great personality and answered all our questions. We test drove the car twice and went over the entire vehicle. At no time were we pressured or rushed into the purchase. This dealership seems to be very confident in the vehicles they sell, and rightfully so. The VW we purchased was in exceptional condition. That, coupled with the great sales and finance service, made this one of the best auto shopping experiences we have had. I would recommend Hyman Bros to anyone looking for vehicles and would also recommend asking for KC for a great salesperson.

You have to shop here when looking for a new or used car! I have purchased 3 cars (1 new, 2 used) from Hyman Bros. I have gone to Hyman Bros in Newport News, and Richmond. They have a huge selection of vehicles with great mileage. No pressure buying, just ask for what you want. I started off with other dealerships for my third car, but then realized how much they were lacking in comparison to Hyman, so I just went to Richmond for my car. The buying process felt personal and not like a revolving door. Rick in Sales took care of me, thanks. The big guy who helped with my financing paperwork was awesome too!

Worst customer experience walked in the door and the guy barely looked up from the desk and asked what I needed. i waited a few minutes for my appraisal and he didn t even say anything and just shoved the piece of paper at me. Didn t ask if I had questions, didn t see here s your appraisal nothing . I told him I might have some questions and if I should talk to him or someone else. He made me yell my questions across the room to him rather than walking over to speak to me. He answered my questions as if I was stupid and should know the answers. I asked to speak to a manager regarding my experience to which he said how you were treated? You were just here for an appraisal as if my business wasn t wanted because I wasn t buying a car. he wouldn t get a manager for me or move from his desk- he just pointed to where they were- I had to walk to their office and demand to speak to someone. To which they said oh he s our greatest employees

Just bought an awesome Acadia from Mike on Broad Street and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I knew exactly what I wanted and he took care of everything and made my buying experience just what I would expect from a top notch hometown dealer. Daisy closed everything out and handled the financing end as well and she did a fantastic job. Everyone at Hyman was super kind, made me feel comfortable and treated me like a friend, not a number. Could not ask for anything better. I highly recommend Hyman Bros.!!

I recently purchased a great car from Hyman Bros. I was looking for the car of my dreams and had an idea of what I wanted. However, that all changed when I was met at the showroom door by Antoine. I described to him all the things I was looking for in my car and he showed me some of the ones I had looked at on line. Then he mentioned he had another car I might like and showed me the car of my dreams! Antoine was not pushy and understood I needed to do my research on this unexpected find and come back for a second test drive. Which I did unannounced and again he was most helpful answering my man questions. I love my new car and am happy I purchased from Hyman Bros. P.S. Today I had a questions about my new car and just stopped by to get some information and Antoine greeted me by name and answered my question quickly and I was on my way again! THANKS, great experience, highly recommend this dealership!

Once again we are very pleased with the purchase and service from Hyman Brothers at West Broad. Mike Dalkiewicz , our Sales Consultant, did a great job in assisting us throughout the entire process. This is the third car I have purchased from Hyman Brothers and once again got a great value in a LIKE NEW vehicle. It continues to amaze me at the selection, condition and price of their vehicles. Everyone involved in the purchase, made it a very smooth and stress free process. I would highly recommend taking a look at Hyman Brothers for your next vehicle purchase.

A few weeks back my wife and I went window shopping. We came to Hyman bros on West broad and saw a vehicle that was the type I wanted but kinda out of my price range. Well that morning we met Antoine Pollard, he came out and with no hassle or pressure showed us the vehicle, let us sit in it and offered a test drive. At the time I knew we were not serious so we declined, he still remained open and gave us other options but didn t try to pressure us at all. My wife was very impressed with the vehicle but not the price point, so that was our last option. For the next 3 weeks we visited other dealerships and everyone was pressure type selling and trying to get us in a suburban or Yukon. Oh I m sorry we were looking at a 4th gen Caddy Escalade Esv. I told my wife let s give Antoine a call. We both knew it was a long shot on the price. But I called him and the vehicle was still there. Friday I test drive it, We had pre approval but still went and tried their financing options. Antoine said he could probably beat our rates. I didn t believe him lol. We went to another dealer Saturday morning just to compare another cheaper esv. Man the vehicle did not match the one at Hyman Bros. So we called Antoine and he said it was available and that he beat our interest rate and terms. We arrived at the dealer around 12:20 pm and I was leaving the parking lot with the new ride before 1:00pm. It was by far the fastest process I have ever seen. The vehicle was a little higher than market but I chose it because it was a 1 owner, had low miles, loved the cognac interior, existing warranty from Cadillac still available, it looked brand n�w, the pearl white wasn t our first choice but that thing is clean, and Antoine was no pressure and did everything as promised. It was no gimmicks and stuff like some dealerships do. One dealer we went to took an hour for us to even look at the vehicle. I was like geesh. I say all this to say Hyman bros is alright. We also received free state inspections, discounts for oil changes and services. Other cool thing I m only about 4 miles from them if I need anything. This was a great dream car purchase experience! 2016 Caddy Escalade ESV, looks like a 2020 frfr.

This dealership is the absolute best. No pressure sales, just top of the line service from every single person on site, from reception, to sales, to finance, to service - all of them treated me like it was an honor to have my business. Antoine helped me identify a car I LOVE and went to get it from Midlothian. It was such a pleasure working with him, that if they didn't have the car I wanted, I would've waited until they did just so I could purchase it from Antoine and Hyman Bros. Perfect place to buy a used car - I never worried that I would get burned with a lemon. I highly recommend this dealer!

I was searching online and found I vehicle I had absolutely fell in love with, and after thinking about it I thought it was outside my budget. Well Jim contacted me the next day after asking for more information and was very accommodating with my budget and very helpful through the whole process. I went the next day to see the vehicle and to test drive it with my family and he was so kind and gracious to everyone! I ended up trading my car in and driving off the lot with my new SUV and I am still very much in love with it and would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to get a good deal, have great customer service, and most of all not be taken advantage of! Gardiner Quaintance the sales manager made our car shopping easy. He gave us a generous trade allowance which actually solidified our purchase. Moreover, the finance manager Bill matched our credit union rate and was extremely professional andpleasant to work with. Most importantly, there was "no waiting" , and "no pressure" when my husband and I arrived to complete our paperwork. As soon as we finished, our car was full of gas and ready to go.More dealerships should operate in this fashion. As a consumer, I simply want to come in, select a car, have it fit my budget, sign the paperwork, and leave. That's exactly what we did at Hyman Brothers. I would highly recommend this dealership the next time your in the market for a used car. What can I say, the process was easy like Sunday Morning . For over a month, I had my eye on a Tahoe and spotted one here. Made an inquiry about it but never followed up. Went up there on Monday and salesman Dre approached me and come to find out he was the one who responded to my inquiry. Long story short, this Tahoe rides great and looks even better. I appreciate you Dre and the staff at Hyman Bros for making the process simple!
