If you want an extremely easy, no pressure, great, honest, and overall wonderful car buying/selling experience, I highly recommend Haley! I went there thinking I was just going to buy a car but I got so much more! And it was extremely EASY and a surprisingly fast process! Dawn and Nick are the absolute BEST but I would be wrong to leave out the rest of the team! They literally ALL worked together to make sure that I left with the very car I wanted but a waaaayyyy newer model than I thought I would get! Thank you so much for my BLESSING!

BAD EXPERIENCE, I came to this service center and (Service Advisor) told me that my alternator was bad. I agreed to them fixing it. He called again and said I needed a new battery. I agreed to the battery install. I pick my car up and the battery light is on. I take my car back annoyed because they received over $1000.00 for this job and my car isn't fixed. The service advisor had a nasty attitude with me, and said that they put a defective battery in my car. I got my battery replaced with a new one and my battery light is STILL on... At this point I requested a manager, I got in touch with Service and Parts manager. He scheduled me to come back. THIRD visit I am in the lobby working talking to potential New Hires at my job and my old service advisor is in regular convo with coworkers cursing up a storm at the counter. I was so embarrassed I had to halt scheduling my interviews. The tech. and the service and parts manager tells me that they're not seeing any issues with my car. Before I left, the service and parts manager says that the light is on that way... because of the bulbs behind the dashboard. The tech said it would be lit up more if there was an issue. At this point I knew this wasn't going to work, I feel like the parts and service manager told me something to get me out of the shop. MY BATTERY LIGHT IS STILL ON If you look at my attached picture from this morning you will see that this is not a light behind the dashboard...Why dont the other indicators around it light up the same way? It didnt look like that prior to me coming to this shop. I feel like they messed up my car.. Please see attached..

What a great truck buying experience. David was true to his word, straight forward and no games. All the staff during the process were wonderful. Highly recommend buying a vehicle from Haley Certified for your slightly used vehicle needs.

5 stars on customer service alone. I was not able to trade my car in or make anything happen, but Nick helped me out over the weekend and he was a blessing to work with. He was attentive, listened to everything I was going through and did his best to try and help me out. He sat down with me and explained why I was having such a hard time getting out of my current car and kept me up to date every step of the way. When he wasn't able to help any further, he recommended me to another shop that may be able to assist me further. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a used car.

Easiest dealership I ve ever been too. Everyone spoke to you as you walked in or sitting and while we were waiting everyone was polite and apologetic because we had to wait a little bit but we were in no hurry. We dealt with Nick an even though he was busy with other customers he was doing both parties paperwork to speed up the process. Everything was easy and painless from test drive to paperwork a finances.

My wife and I have bought two cars from them now and they have been excellent before, during, and after the purchase. We are not easy to deal with due to previous experiences with auto dealers and everyone from the sales person to the finance manager was excellent and understanding.

Highly recommend going anywhere else for service. I was a customer for 6+ years and have been overpaying for services and experiencing poor customer service.They try to oversell you services and aren t clear about what is actually needed. The last appointment I went to, I got a print off with 12 services "needed" including tire realignment and fuel induction which are both total scams.After passing a state inspection they failed to put the inspection sticker on my window, requiring me to go back at my inconvenience.After getting my front rear breaks changed AND paying extra for non-squeaky breaks (as opposed to squeaky breaks??) I had incredibly squeaky breaks. I went in twice over a year to get the issue addressed and at the last visit they told me I needed new rear brakes as that was causing the issue. Not trusting their judgment, I went elsewhere and learned that Toyota didn't install shims with my front brakes and that was causing the issue. It's standard to install shims with brakes and even a safety hazard to not have them installed. Not only did they mess up the service, they were unable to address what they failed to do, I was unsafely driving around for a year, and they tried to charge me for a completely unnecessary issue for the fix.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I go in and tell them I will be financing the purchase thru my bank.Without my permission they submitted my credit file to every lending partner they have a relationship with. When I call to I inquire as to why they did this they got real nasty and told me they had tons of attorneys and to not bother them. They also over charged me DMV fees that were not correct and I am having to deal with this as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Mr. JR Craft was phenomenal. No exaggeration. He made the process of making decisions and understanding the ins and outs of the process so easy to digest. The absolute best car experience I ve had ever and this is my 3rd car. He was very professional but was super personable. I couldn t have been happier with the car and man that got me in the car. I will be coming back to do business with Mr. Craft again.

My wife had a $20 and a $50 in the small coin drawer to the left of the steering wheel she received from Costco the day before. After the car was serviced today the $50 was missing and the $20 was in the floorboard off to the side.The general manager told her his guys didn t take it he didn t offer to research what happened, and didn t say to her that he was sorry that it happened. The response was essentially that she must have a bad memory. When his lack of apology and dismissive attitude prompted her to raise her voice he then threatened to call the cops. She told him to go ahead but he didn t. (She is barely 5 tall and is a small lady.)We filed a police report about the theft and may take some other actions as well. Yes, it is just $50, but if it might help improve the situation for someone else it is the principle that is important. I saw on another website a review mentioning things missing after service.Taking the approach they did that a customer is automatically presumed to be lying is wrong. If they had cameras in the work area they could review when something like this comes up and then we would know who is right and wrong.
