Purchase a used vehicle, had a 90 day used vehicle warranty for it and had electrical issues. Took it back and they said it was a loose battery cable. Still had issues, found out that it needed cylinders, head gasket and new manifold. All was replaced by them and less than 200 miles later it started over heating, took it some place else and they did an engine block test and said the head gasket is blown. Never can get them on the phone to get everything take care of. Paying almost 40K for a vehicle I've only driven less than 200 miles.

THEY ARE VERY RACIST. AVOID GOING HERE. I called the day before to verify the hours of operation. Went there the next day and told the CSA that I wanted to get an express lane oil change. The employee pretended to put my information in their computer and asked for my keys. She confirmed the make and model of my vehicle and gave me back my keys. And told me to go right and right again. I went outside to the service garage and couldn't find an employee. Eventually a woman asked if I needed help and I explained that the CSA didn't give me clear directions. She was nice enough to go talk to the CSA who came outside to tell me to take my vehicle next door. I asked what did she mean, and she told me to take my vehicle to a different dealership. More precisely the dealership that was located further down the street. I was too shocked to even respond. As she preceded to smile at me smugly before going back inside the building.

I strongly felt continually insulted by these people who definitely judged me as someone who knows nothing about vehicles or car sales. They thought they could munipulate and lie to me and get me to just buy anything and everything. Let me test drive a vehicle by myself. But babysat my fiancee when she test drove further insulting her.

Lady at front desk was very rude and HUNG UP on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back. I have an appt at 745am and the nice man I spoke with last night told me to call back in the morning to make sure they knew my car was here but lady who answered in the morning was rude and hung up on me. Car was keep for three days after checking and giving me a quote.paid for but still have problem.had to bring car back.then no compassion showed on return and I was not a priority any longer.did not diagnose correctly.manager constantly lied about car being in shop when it was not.1 st day said it would be compledet by end of day.2 and day said computer glitch showed it in the shop when it was not 3 rd called at the end of day to say it was not gonna be ready dishonest andServices: Carburetor cleaning, Auto engine diagnostic
