Great service and communication. I felt very good about my interactions with the team at Grease Monkey and trusted the feedback they gave me about my car. Oil change and filters were changed in 15-20 minutes without an appointment. Highly recommend!

I ve used Grease Monkey for over 25 years!1. Yesterday a lady had her NEE battery tested. She needed a new one, but the mechanic hooked it up wrong, therefore a poor reading. She almost paid $125 for a new battery. I guess when tech heard NEW battery, he retested and it was good,,,Also, two screws were loose, they didn t have screws. But, Brady drive to Gord to get screws and fixed it for me

This was my first time getting an oil change here and the process was quick and easy. I was in an out for an oil change and tire rotation in 45 minutes. I would've been at the dealer for hours. Not to mention when I called to inquire about services, they texted me a coupon that took $20 off my total charge. I will be back!

They were cheaper than the larger chains and much quicker! Mike at Midlothian was AWESOME, and he gave me recommendations for my car, that I didn't know I needed. I will definitely be back! People and businesses have gotten away from doing business practices such as these. I'm so greatful for the team.

10 stars. Very Impressed. Prompt and Honest Service. Manager on duty, with 27 years experience, helped me diagnose an issue and repair it cheaper than the course that I wanted to pursue. Now my truck runs great and he saved me $400+.

I honestly will probably never get my oil changed here again. My car makes a weird noise under the hood now that I ve gotten an oil change. They are expensive for no reason. They charged me 147 dollars for an oil change that literally I ve never paid more than 80 for. They took an hour and a half doing this oil change. I watched the mechanic struggle for 40 minutes trying to get a piece of a hose out that they broke which I don t think they completely removed because now something is rattling when the car is idle. I watched them try to charge another customer twice on the same ticket for the same service until the customer pointed it out. Lastly they seem to recommend mobile 1 regardless of what car you drive and I think the reason is because they have either a partnership with them or some sort of sponsorship/endorsement. All in all the quality and price don t match leaving me feeling uncomfortable with the work that was done on my car. Oh btw one customer had to come back and have something completely replaced because they forgot to put it back on after his original service. Shady work going on here ! Mike is a nice guy the lady is someone what condescending and she called me a miss when calling for my name with out apologizing once she realized I was a man she just called me by my name the second time instead of saying miss or mister. Smh what a waste.

First time taking my new vehicle looks like everyone is new think I saw 1 familiar face. Only issue I had was the female that was working asked all my personal information aloud instead of calling me up to the counter. Other than that great service as usual in and out

Brought my car in for a suspected mount replacement. Turned out I needed a new transmission because the base of the casing snapped. The Grease Monkey team sent pics and videos for me to take to the dealer to verify that repair wasn't an option and didn't charge me a dime for their trouble. Figured my day had been bad enough. Good people.

Going on a road trip, I decided to pass in by Grease Monkey to ensure that the car would be able to make it.Professional service was afforded to me, informing me about what should be done immediately and within the near future. They also checked the filters for the air system and vacuumed the car, all within a few minutes.My first experience there and this would certainly be my go to place from now on.

Worse place to take your vehicle too. They left the drain plug out of my car and when I called they wanted me to bring my car back.I spoke to the manager and he was rude!I would give them zero stars if I could to be honest

Went in yesterday to have a battery installed. The battery for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo is under the passenger seat!! The techs took about 30-45 minutes. Awesome work!! Service was great!

I had a good experience here as usual. Although my technician offered me upgrades, there was no pressure to accept. His demeanor was gracious and friendly. I appreciated the update on my brakes even though I won t be getting them repaired right away. It s helpful to know what my car may need in the future. And I love it that they vacuum the car out before they re done!Service: Oil change
