Tried for two hours to get AAA to tow. my car from a remote area in Stony Creek Virginia. Finally decided to go around them and reach out to Grab N Go.Towing directly. Great towing company and big thank you to lucky! The first towing company my insurance recommended refused to pick up my truck because they didn t know how to properly tow it but not Lucky! He was super helpful and kind! A big blessing, thanks again.

After we were screwed by Portillo's Towing after waiting for a tow truck for 2.5 hours in the cold only to have it cancelled by a rude employee who kept hanging up the phone . All we asked was to give us an arrival estimate, Grab and Go came to the rescue!Service was very good. And the operators were friendly and very competent! Their call center checked in on us - we stopped worrying.It ended up being a long night (5.5 hours). But, once Grab and Go arrived, we were in good hands.We recommend them 100%!!!!

Great communication from Grab n Go, awesome driver (Ricko) arrived earlier than predicted and just went over and above .. what a nice guy! We need them again today for another vehicle! my daughter broke down in southside and KB from Grab and go went way out of his way to help her. he had her car towed to his facility while I was out of state. They did a diagnostic on the car and they fixed everything wrong with it. He even gave her a loaner to use so she could go to high school and attend classes for her senior year he truly is a godsend and a wonderful person . I would recommend their services to anyone.

KD is amazing, he came out at 9:3 PM to tow our dead car, and I don't know what he did but he got the car to start after looking at it for about 20 seconds. He's charismatic and knows what he's doing!

I called over the weekend about cars parked illegally in my complex. I double checked our leasing contract before calling to make sure the cars were in violation of the policy. The person who answered told me they weren t coming back out tonight unless I could prove the vehicles weren t suppose to be there. 2 had expired plates, front and back. 1 had a permit to park sticker but was parked, broken down, in visitors parking. And there were several cars parked across the lines taking up more spaces. He said if I sent him the plate number on my friends car (Which we were trying to get into a visitors spot) then he wouldn t tow it the next time he came out. But only for the one time after that he s take it.So he won t tow the illegally parked cars but he will take ours while we wait for him to do his job. The vehicles he said had good tags on the back don t. The tags are expired. And the cars are still here. They have a contract with our complex but won t tow if it s inconvenient for them to have to come back out.

I called Kenyan all the way from Augusta Ga..no hesitation grab an go was on it.. 3 minutes or less wait towed the car asap .. an price was amazing.. thank you grab N go

Towed my car this morning, I was leaving out at 5am this morning for work !!! I had to call out my job and was told my car was towed because of an August inspection sticker that I had no clue was expired, they didn t have any courtesy for me. Im a hard working woman I work full time and do overtime driving city buses for the government only to be treated as trash. They could ve left a warning on the car plus I f I d knew it was inspired I would ve been got it taken care of I get free state inspections on my car with my dealership! Then the man also told me i couldn t park in visitors parking even though I live here and pay rent here, as there was no more regular parking spots, and I have a valid parking ticking. Black people love to tear each other down but never work together ! So disappointed can t wait to move !Service: Car towing

These guys have a contract with my apartment complex. They come by at 4am and choose the most absurd, sleazy reasons to tow. I m trying to get my neighbors to voice their complaints to the front office so we can get their contract taken away. They re mean, aggressive, and slimy. Also they only take cash, they ll pick your car up for a made up reason and make you pay a drop fee or take it all the way. Even after you ve explained why they re wrong. Horrible horrible people.

The service was awesome. I can not believe how professional, down to earth and nice the gentleman, was who towed my car. In the past towing companies have always took longer than the time they stated but not grab n go, I was shockingly impressed!!!! Took 5 1/2 hours to pick up my broken down vehicle and take it less than five minutes down the road. I called after three hours for a status update, and was told they picked up my car already and it was in transit. Terrible communication, terrible customer service, they lied about having my car when they didn't. By the time they finally got around to picking it up from the shop it was at, the shop was closed, and they had my only key. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to go get the key myself.Service: Car towing

Quoted under $300, charged nearly $700, felt trapped into overpaying. Wouldn't take debit card because of "fees". With an overcharge of $400 I think they can afford it . Vehicle wasn't even fixed, and then they charged again to repair damage they caused. Avoid at all costs unless you like getting ripped off.

Man this guy over charged me like crazy. HONESTLY he was on time very professional and I m going to start recommending him to everybody. I mean I got stuck 3:45am and he said don t stress I m on my way. The fact I was on the side of I-95 at that time was stressful enough and my engine blew. Grab N Go is what he did. Was driving along this route (screen shot of location and time below) and one of their drivers - black male with short hair in a flat bed tow truck - was driving erratically, tailgating me before finally passing VERY closely on the right going well over the speed limit of 45mph - I was already doing 55mph. Reckless driving that large a vehicle is dangerous, if I hadn't had to turn off I would have called the police.

Shady company towed my car when there was no signage and damaged the car. Had to call the police to report the illegal tow as well as the damage. I had to spend way more time at this horrible business with horrible customer service/ management than I would wish on my worst enemy.
