They Failed my inspection because they said I have tent over my 3rd brake light you can clearly see through the back window and see my brake light something that would have been spotted way before the inspection but still decided to charge me 20$ and put a rejection sticker on my vehicle. I guess they needed the money that bad could have easily said your car won t pass because of the tint which is pretty much see through this place is a joke.

I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed. They were incredibly helpful by telling me what was going on with my car and scaling the urgency of any issues my car had. I m not a car person, so I really appreciate that the young lady in the front explained each thing they found wrong with my car and whether or not I need to address it urgently. I don t think I ll be taking my car anywhere else.I ll note, other people said that this store doesn t honor appointments. This is not true in my experience. An online appointment request is not the same thing as a confirmed appointment. If you re in a time crunch, call to confirm to make sure you re on your way and they ll take great care of you!

This place used to be pretty good back when AJ was running it (the guy who is mentioned in a bunch of the good reviews from the past). This was my main mechanic because AJ had fixed my tire my tire for free when I was down on my luck and I was very grateful for that. I kept returning and they would provide excellent service. However, AJ unfortunately appears to not be there anymore.I am embarrassed to admit that I tried to have my car serviced here 3 times in the past year or so and have been greatly disappointed every time. Should have probably stopped after the first failure, but I figured they deserved a 2nd chance.The 3rd time I dropped my car off for tires and they insisted that I fix a problem that suddenly appeared at their garage. Never had the issue prior to them suddenly discovering it! Funny, because my car has been in bad shape since they discovered and apparently fixed the issue.They seem to avoid any difficult repairs and tend to recommend replacing a part that they can do easily and quickly, but doesn't actually fix the problem. Seemingly on purpose! I have also been told by these people that they "don't do engine diagnostic anymore". All they want to do now is replace parts that they can do quickly, easily and cheaply (whether it fixes your problem or not).I miss AJ, hope he is doing well. Look elsewhere. Corporate greed seems to have taken this shop over. Also, Goodyear corporate refused to honor the $25 rebate advertised for purchasing 4 new tires. I tried multiple times and sent them the invoice and selected the proper store #. Double rejected.Also, they have a history of not honoring appointments, so definitely don't try to make one. Not sure why they offer it... And no, I am not going to call you as your generic reply will inevitably request to save face online.

They got my 2 step cleaning and oil change done fast and done right. Told me straight away about any other future issues. highly recommend service from here.

Pulled up with a tire which was rapidly losing air. Charlie gave it a quick glance and identified the problem - a slash in the tire. Al helped me evaluate my options and was able to fit me in to their busy schedule. Fantastic service, friendly no-pressure staff, and left happy. Will definitely be back for any tire issues, oil changes, or anything else they're able to do in the future.

The staff was ok at first until they messed up my E-150 van. They made a lot of promises to fix my van .but the didn't get it fixed they took my money and I had to have it towed from Goodyear to get it fixed at my expense. Chad told me a lie that he could fix it and he couldn't do the job. I wouldn't let him change tires on my bike. I'm afraid to even go back to a Goodyear again. I spent a lot of money with Goodyear before that happened.

An unexpected "screw-in-the-tire" turned what could have been a terrible Saturday into a terrific customer experience courtesy of the crew at Goodyear. To make a long story short, Dana, Jessica, and Jay are the role models for what great customer care is all about. I could bore the Google review readership with a long saga of how professional, friendly, capable and confidence-inspiring everyone was so just know that every star of this five star rating was well earned And if the stars went to eleven, so would my appreciation! Let's just say that whether flattened by a nail, screw, or just worn out from mileage, when new tires are called for, I know exactly where I'll be rolling or towed. Cheers.

This Goodyear is an example of what quality service should be! Jessie has always been kind and helpful to me when I go and they never waste my time. Most importantly, they print out and follow factory recommended specifications which is where many mechanics find ways to over charge you. Set an appointment because they can get busy, but you shouldn t be disappointed with the service! 5+ stars

Great service today! Was helped by Jeremiah and he was the nicest ever, service with a smile he was very pleasant. I went in there for one tire that kept getting flat and he ended up checking all four and fixed the problem I originally had and found another tire was leaking too, and fixed it as well! Definitely will be going back from now on.

I had such an amazing experience! I had a low tire, with 2 kids in the car, and I was due for an oil change! I called and spoke with Jeremy,I believe he is the manager, and he got me in almost immediately, repaired my tire, rotated my tires, and did my oil change, all within record time! Not only that, he did it with the best customer service I have received in an insanely long time! The way you treat people goes a long way, and I will never take my vehicle anywhere else! Thanks for the awesome job and remarkable customer service!

Jessica wood is an awesome mechanic who flawlessly took care of my car and tire rotation. James Joyner is cool too, he taught me what floppy plastic in the wind sounds like yall are both the bomb-diggity. Thanks for your hard work

Had an appointment for Saturday at 11. I get there and he asks if i can leave it all day bc he got slammed with online appointments. The whole point of making an appointment is so you can be in and out. I made the appointment for nothing. Drove out there for nothing.I bought my tires there 4 years ago and guess where I wont buy my next set of tires. U guessed it.

Went to get tires. Initially quoted one price. Free alignment check was part of the quote. Upon return a different person was at the desk and a hand written note was added to do alignment if needed. We were never given a price for alignment. Alignment was done, it added $200 to the bill. We were offered the lifetime alignment which costs more of course. We were told that we could get it done anytime we want and the service could be transferred to another vehicle if we decide to do that. We will not be back to visit that location.

Stopped in to fill up air in my tires and was helped by AJ. He saved the day! He was happy to help right away, and brought to my attention a few things that I've never noticed about my tires. He was super friendly and attentive. I'm kind of glad I needed air because now I know where to go for my tire needs next time. I highly recommend choosing Good Year.

I could not be more satisfied! I did my research before choosing a location and the level of customer service and price exceeded my expectations. Jarrel was such a pleasure to work with!As with any services you seek, allow time for quality work to be done. They were willing to get my truck back to me that same day, but I was able to leave it overnight, which they seemed to appreciate. A busy shop is always a good sign!I will be returning to this location for any future needs because I felt valued as a customer and for the quality of the work!

I came to this Goodyear to repair a nail in my rear tire. Aj and his team were prompt and informative and unfortunately were ultimately unable to patch the hole due to the location. After talking with AJ, we agreed it was time to just replace all my tires and he found the ones that would best fit my needs. I had an amazing experience at this Goodyear and plan to be back for all maintenance needs.

I've taken my car here twice in the last two months. Once for an oil leak, and once for a slow leak in my tires. They repaired both with no fuss, no upselling, and did both for free to boot. In my opinion, they have excellent customer service.

These guys are awesome! We had to take our car for an AC leakage fix before a long drive. They took us in on a Saturday and fixed it free of charge in the span of 15 minutes.

AJ as well as the staff in this place will take care of you as if you are their child. They will work with you, joke with you, and even cry with you but will be your biggest mechanic shop supporter while doing so. If I could rate higher than 5 starts this place would be through the roof compared to any shops around. They have a LIFETIME customer out of me. 30 minutes and a horrible drive from my house to get here but I will gladly go out of my way and make that drive to have my car serviced here and only here. Y all ROCK!!

Got all (4) tires replaced at this location. Had one incident where a hubcap fell off after a replacement. These guys were very gracious and took some of the cost off of my new tire to cover the cost of my hubcap replacement.Excellent service - nice guys - good work. You won't be disappointed!

I am 69 years old and was having some vibrations from my front tires. I looked up the closest place which was Goodyear Tires on Midlothian Tnpk.I had an awesome experience here today. Not only were the guys knowledgeable but they took the time to educate me on cupped tires . I ended up not needing new tires but an alignment which was done quickly and price was what I expected.Jerry especially took his time with me and I was so appreciative of his knowledge and kindness.They even have muffins and coffee while you wait!!!If you have tire problems, this is the place to go!A FIVE STAR experience!

Passing thru Richmond with a nail in my tire and an 8 hour ride ahead. They got me patched (not just plugged) and on my way in under an hour. Floored me when they said no charge and all came out of the garage to wish me a safe trip! I m home safely and still blown away! Thank you Goodyear! I ll never forget you!!

Very nice and professional. However, for a place that specializes in tires, I would think their knowledge on the subject matter would be extensive. I took my wife's truck to get new tires. No more than a few hours later, the front left tire starts going flat. I inspected the tire to find nothing amiss; no nails, tears, or leaks. I immediately took it back. The owner was nice enough to have the tire checked free of charge. They indicated nothing was wrong with the tire.After almost a year of refiling the tire periodically, I finally gave in and got new tires. No more than a few weeks after getting this done, the problem starts again. The tires had been rotated so the tire was placed on the back left. At this point, I have been refilling the tire periodically for almost a year now. Fed up, I researched and discovered the leak probably 'stems' from a broken stem or a bent rim. The rim, I know, is fine so it must be a stem. Why they did not catch this, I don't know. Sucks because I really liked their customer service!

I had a good experience, I purchased new tires and accidently ordered the wrong product. They went above and beyond to get the right size from another location to take care of it. I purchased the weather ready tires for my Sonata and it is 10 times better than what I had before.

Jessie (Service Manager) and Kevin (Tech) went about and beyond for me. I was already an emotional wreck when I called them and Jessie stated on the phone helped guide me there. Kevin who checked out my car was also Heaven sent. They calmed me and took care of me while continously checking on me. I just mean they were like the dynamic duo. I can't thank them enough. I have severe anxiety and man it was a blessing to have them two. CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT OF THIS WORLD.

Wonderful work and advice from AJ. Worked with us to get great deals on tires, alignment etc. Did the research before hubby went. Got better deals and same advice. Nice to see the honesty and true customer service. Will be back. Great staff.

Dropped my vehicle off because I had a slow leak in my tire.....called told me it was ready and was told no charge.....what? That never happens? Soooo impressed with their communication professionalism and speed of service...Great job Goodyear.....We will be using you again

Friendly, professional, prompt service. Aj was not only courteous to me but to every customer that I witnessed coming in. I bought 4 Goodyear Eagle RSA tires and they ride great. It s not surprising that they were busy.
