This is my new go-to place for repairs on my vehicle.Elias and the team were great! I was a walk-in, no prior call and no appointment. They were able to diagnose my issue quickly and repair it right away. They showed me video of the problem so that I could see what they said is needed.There was no attempt to up-sale me on misc maintenance and whatnot .which is great! The price was affordable and fair. And they warranty their work. There s a waiting area that includes a large tv and today they played a movie while I waited. I will definitely trust this team with my future repair needs.

Was referred to Frank s Auto by my brother. I called over the phone before coming in and the guy was nice and sent a text message with the address. They explained what was wrong with my vehicle and the price of everything. I like that there is a 2 year warranty on the parts and labor. I will definitely be coming back.

Franks auto service has been a great shop to my family, I grew up as a northern girl whose father owned a shop, and I learned growing up about a car a little bit from my dad shop ,I am a 50 year old women with 2 kids and a lot of times in past at different shop when I would bring my cars in I would talk to the mechanics and they would always be rude and disrespectful and bypass me and go right to my husband because he a guy and to be honest my husband knowledge about cars is basically start the car and put gas in it ,I would always have to wait for tge other shops to have to call my husband and tell him we'll basically she was right but by them I felt disrespected NEVER at FRANKS have they ever done this .The first time I walked in the door, they were very respectful I told them what I thought was wrong with the car and actually listened to me and heard what i had to say never dismissed me because Iwas a girl ,later they called me and said very respectfully that what I thought was wrong was correct and they will start fixing it ,when I picked up my car the work was perfect ,they are so polite and professional and I finally feel like I found a shop that listened to my needs

Boyfriend recently went to get a minor fix on his car done underneath the car. They didn t even charge him . That what happens when you have good energy and vibes . They work very fast and efficient . Will be returning for my car maintenance

Elias and the team over at Frank s Auto Service are excellent. I was in need of a new clutch for a 2011 Mazda2 and they were able to replace the whole assembly for me in 1 day! Highly, highly recommend. Their prices are fair and they didn t try to upsell me on anything. Trustworthy and fast. 100% professional, 4 years of reliability and I have never had a car damaged. My husband and I have been using Frank s for both of our Jeeps for a few years now and they have always done great work! They are very friendly and always work with us. We ve never felt pressured or led to do more than the issue at hand. And for me personally as a woman I appreciate that I can comfortably call and go in there and know they aren t trying to take advantage! Keep up the awesome work! This was our first visit at franks auto repair, we just came in for an oil change. It was fast, super accommodating and he did just what we came in for. He was recommended to us by my boyfriends entire family, so obviously he's doing something right! We will definitely be coming back again

Came into Frank s Auto Service today on my lunch break in distress because my car was acting weird and had cut off on me. From over the phone to in person they provided excellent customer service. I didn t get here until almost 1:00pm and was worried that they d say they wouldn t be able to get to my car today but not only were they able to diagnosis the issue, they were able to make the necessary repairs to get me back on the road! They listened to my concerns with attentiveness. They also have the best waiting area I ve seen including a flat screen tv and a little play area for children! Highly recommend them for your auto service needs!

Frank and his team did a great job explaining what was going on with my car in terms that were accessible and thorough. I love supporting family businesses and local business, and the way the team operated reinforced the idea that working with a small business is better whenever possible! IN A LEAGUE OF THEIR OWN. these Wonderful people swapped my old engine with a working engine in less than 3 days!!! Wayyyy quicker than I expected they are not playing, with that said, I appreciate everything they have done and for being a trustworthy shop to work with! If my CAR needs anything done, this is where I'm taking it from now on.

Trustworthy and affordable auto shop! We brought it in for a catalytic converter replacement, a tune up and an oil change. They showed us all the engine codes, explained the work in detail and have us super fair pricing. We were even able to bring our own parts and just pay for installation. I found Franks auto repair by accident and Im so glad that I did. He took me in quickly and repaired my car for then problem of my auto. The professionalism, the patience, the honesty, fair prices, and great job of this team were enough reasons for me to go back to them whenever I needed my car fixed. The owner Mr. Frank has an outstanding personality..hes a remarkable human being. I very highly recommend Frank's auto to anyone who needs a fantastic team of super professional mechanics.

They got me in super fast, looked at my car right away and fixed it quickly. They even took a video to show me the problem and explained everything in a way I understood. The price was affordable, free warranty, and very kind employees. Definitely found my new mechanic! Very pleased with my experience.
