The absolute worst experience I have ever had. I ve never in my life gotten my car towed, these people clearly waited for me to go into the chipotle on Hull St in the Manchester area, and swiped my car and the girls next to me. They claimed the parking lot is private yet, business establishments are connected to the parking lot on all sides. When I asked why my car specifically was towed the response was I was the 7th car with the last hour, to park there and so I took your car That is called stalking and casing that is not your job, you are not law enforcement. They wait in the corners of the parking lot to see who pulls up. Myself and another young lady were stranded. I got the police involved and filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau.Today I call to retrieve my car they are no where to be seen, there is no signage indicating where the business is. It s in the back of a parking lot with a Hut/Tool Shed they are doing business out of. A man pulls up 20 min after 8:00am. Opens the gate, then blocks the gate so I can t get out, I asked him for his name, he would not provide it. I asked him who owns this business he would not provide it. I found the owners Name and Business registered to a Bryan Fisher, they have changed company names 6 times in 8 years! Please beware!!!!!!!! Very threatening and unsafe situation for anyone! My Lyft driver stayed with me until the transaction was finished. He also wouldn t sign the release form!!!!I believe they own that Hull St. parking lot, and they wait to see who pulls up, to then tow their car, and that is the justification behind how they are able to get away with this scammer business tactics.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I was towed earlier this evening by Shawn/Sean/Shaun however you spell his name. I was running some DoorDash and happened to park in the lot directly in front of the Chipotle at 505 Hull St. I entered the parking lot around 6:50pm and turned around to get back in the car with my orders around 7:00pm and my car had been towed. I didn t even hear the truck pull in or away so I had no idea what had happened and had been at the outside pickup window the entire time. When I called, he was very snide and condescending towards me and I had already been warned by another girl who saw me freaking out that he had towed her car before and was not nice about it. I ubered to the tow lot and had to then wait for 30 mins for him to arrive (with another car from the same parking lot on his rig) and he held my phone and ID while I had to go get cash to get my car back ($125). Needless to say, I feel very exploited and angry at this behavior and although he may have just been doing his job it was done in a very sketchy manner. Either the apartment complex or Fisher s is exploiting people for $125 a pop. Two thumbs down.

Horrible! they wait until you park to either go pick up your food then tow your car. I pray somebody give them fake money or stick them up for taking their car when you actually parked in a legal parking spot that wasn't private. I"m pretty sure they are doing shady business asking for cash when their truck says accepts VISA.

This company scams big time. Waited for my child to get out of her car and towed it within 2 mins. Claims to be cash only when their truck says Visa Accepted. Don't provide receipts and only takes cash??? How convenient. Horrible customer service when you're expecting them to conduct themselves like an actual business. They claimed to not understand but everyone was speaking English. Truly nasty people

The absolute worst customer service EVER!!! Went in chipotle on hull st came back out my car was gone. The day I went to get my car I gave him my credit card he said they didn't take credit cards but it's a sign outside the gate as big as day that says we take all major credit cards.When I came back to give him cash he took my money and drove off in his car I didn't get a receipt or anything..This business is a complete scam

Absolute SCAM of a company. I parked here for literally two minutes (I counted) so I could grab something from a friend, and they must have watched me leave the car then rushed over to tow it. Called the company about 20 times with no answer until I found one of the drivers towing another car and had to pay the $125 drop fee (in cash only). Of course there was no receipt or card charge which I m sure can't be legal. Tow truck companies kinda suck in general, but for real....

Worthless. As another reviewer mentioned, they are supposed to tow cars at my apartment complex that are illegally parked. They were given that task over a year ago and I have never seen a tow truck ever come through. I called yesterday and asked if they still tow for our complex. He said that yes they normally come through around 9pm. This is a lie as the same illegally parked cars have been parking here for months. I mentioned that there are 3 cars here now and they are there all night. The guy said thanks for letting him know. The cars were still there this morning.

After my wife got into an accident, the tow truck driver was extremely cordial and only wanted to help. Even though you never want to go to a place like this, they made it painless and fast.

This is just a horrible company in a horrible business. They destroy property then taunt you to call police, saying, "It's your word against mine. Go ahead, call them" but of course they work for the police, sooo, they can steal from you and damage your property with impunity. Just disgusting people.

These people are crooks!!! They are sitting waiting for people to run in for their food, take their car and then wait for them to come out and will only let it off the truck if they pay in cash not card. There were 2 trucks doing this. Grabbing 1 car after another. As soon as they drop 1 car they rotate and grab another. It's sickening. I hope to God I see these people again without my car on their truck.

Charged almost 300$ for an easy 5 mile tow All I have to say. If a state trooper offers to call you a truck, make sure you tell them NOT to call Fisher s, or you ll get stuck with them.

They towed my car with the "active" sticker in it and in the proper space in front of my apartment. My apartment hires them to police the lot for trespassers and non-decals (which they do selectively since my neighbor put "Don't take my car" on his window and they honored it. Now I have to wait till they open again to request my car for FREE like I should, and I swear if they make me pay them or the decal is missing I'm suing. It was fine when it was parked here all the other daysService: Home addition construction

i d be mad with an attitude too when people called me to get their car back if i didn t have an education and had to tow cars all night to put food on the table & i d be madder when people don t fall for me saying cash only so i can pocket it without reporting because it s ILLEGAL LOL

I'm going to try to be as objective as possible with this review, with that being said, Fisher's Towing & Recovery is probably one of the laziest companies I have ever had to deal with. My leasing office contracts them to remove cars from the private resident parking. We have a very small lot and when individuals park in the lot there are no more spaces for residents. There are multiple signs up stating not to park there. So, on three separate occasions I have called to have someone's car removed so I could park, every time I call the employees at Fishers always sound so bothered. They sound really upset about having to do a job. After describing the car to them, they will say "Okay someone will be there in 20 mins" and never show up. You can call them after and they will say the same thing. No one will ever show up. Why? I have no idea but the only conclusion I could formulate is that they just don't want to do the work, which is fine, but if you are a business please do avoid using Fisher's Towing. Because they will charge you a monthly fee to service your business but they will not actually provide that service when it is needed. If someone want's to contact me and discuss this I would be happy to, otherwise this review has to stay up so people can avoid having their money taken from this company. Sits and tows people running into pick up food at restaurants. Takes them to the back of the parking lot and tells them it s going to be X amount of $$ IN CASH. Won t remit a receipt. One after another. Same thing! I m sure this is illegal with no paper trail. Pocketing all that Cash! I m sure BBB and IRS would have a fun time with them!

My mother in law's car broke down, unfortunately when she also did not have a cell phone with her. The Fishers tow truck driver took her / her car to a shop and helped her feel comfortable. He waited to make sure someone else was there to help her. When there wasn't, and even though she said she would just wait for her son (whom she hadn't gotten in direct contact with due to not having a phone) he kindly offered to take her home and served as a contact point for family members to ensure she was okay. We greatly appreciate the extra care and consideration this driver took to keep her safe.

These guys towed my sisters car right in front of me while I tried to explain that she had just stopped there and would be out right away. And then when I paid their $150 charge they dropped the car down so close to my foot that I had to jump out of the way for my own safety. AND NONE OF THEM WORE A MASK! These guys are nothing but legal car thieves preying on people. If you value professionalism or common decency shop elsewhere for your towing needs.

Do not ever park at The James Apartments without a pass, these guys who work here are vultures and will tow you faster than anything, parked for 30 mins to pick up a charger at my friends place, came back and car was towed. And these guys had the nerve to make me wait outside at their place until 9am the next day to pick up my car when they claim they open at 8am. If you re gonna take my car, I expect it back at the time when you say you ll be open. Don t ever get towed by these people.

TERRIBLE. I got my car towed and found out it was at Fishers. Called them to double check my car was there and was told to call 30 minutes before I would be retrieving my car. I called exactly 30 minutes before I arrived and they told me they d be right out to open the gate. I called back a few minutes later to make sure I was at the right place. He rudely told me he was 5 minutes away. 5 minutes later I called back and he started ignoring my calls. After 30 MINUTES of waiting, the couple showed up and moved like snails. It was so crazy to me that they wouldn t want to take the cash and get cars off their lot faster but I stood out in the cold waiting. Just wanted to post this so others could know and not plan for a quick pickup. They re awful.

My purse was stole out of my car after being towed from an accident. It was confirmed it was there at the accident. I was refused access to my belonging until the next day because they closed at 5pm. When confronted the owner was very rude and claimed it wasnt his business. Very unprofessional. I will not be ever using this company again.

The most unprofessional PO-dunk business ever. I called at 11pm last night and they told me to come at 8 the following morning to get my car. I show up and of course no one is in the office. They say they will be here in 10 minutes. It s been an hour now. Oh and they won t pick up their phone and are purposely ignoring my calls.

I am a new tenant at Old Bridge and I know a driver that said the tow out here. I personally haven't seen a tow truck out here. But apparently last night a vehicle that was lent to me temporarily, was towed from out front of My apartment no Later than 10pm! I have had the SAME Vehicle parked there for Nights at a time and Nothing, but tonight...So I call and the guy is flat out NOT Trying to Hear or help me.. He was Only thinking about $150 to get the vehicle back...and I'm supposed to take my child to school at 7am..and of course THEY don't open till 8.I WILL be speaking to the Rental office about Finding more Professional Towing company... I mean a 1.8 rating... No wonder**ATTENTION **Upon gettin my vehicle BACK, I realized I was totally in the wrong for assuming my vehicle wouldn't be towed. The owners of the business are VERY Nice and Helpful in getting your vehicle back without allot of Red Tape. And they take It hard when someone writes a negative review about their Company. They asked did I write this review and I told them I did but I would say sumn nice cuz they were Sweet people.

They need to learn how to read. Our car was towed from OUR apartment complex and it HAS a visible sticker. Now I'm late for work and they don't open until 8 am. But they can stay open all night ruining peoples lives. What a great bunch of people working at Fishers Towing!

They just looking for people money to keep the business going. They pick && choose cars in visiting parking or not! Most of the time it s the same cars over && over! How you tow ONLY one car that s parked where you were but not the others!! Make it make since! Than they just by pass other cars that need to be towed to mess with others that s trying to find parking!

I ll add his name when I pick up the vehicleThis driver was one of the nicest HUMANS much less a truck driver I ve ever metHe willingly gave me a ride close to home and was kind beyond belief.I was shaken up from the collision and he did what he could to try and call me down. His voice of reason was just what I neededThis is the first tow company I d call, hands down.Fisher s Towing: A+++ Highly Recomend.

Worked with them with my insurance company. Gave them specific instructions on where to tow my car and they didn't listen and put my vehicle in wrong place. Called to ask them why and the person who picked phone up was very rude and unprofessional. Do not use them!!!

never hire them. They picked up my car last night and they don't open office before 11AM. shame on you. picking up the car in the night and donot allow me to take my car back before 11AM.

For many years we have used Fisher's towing for both business and personal towing service and have found them to be responsible, courteous, ethical and reliable people.They are excellent service providers and would highly recommend them.

Illegally add charges to your tow. They tried adding $80 to my towing and when I mentioned what they were charging me for was illegal, they immediately hushed up and offered me a lowered price. Unprofessional and rude.

Car was towed from an accident. When I got to my car to retrieve some items from it, they had PUT BAGS OF THEIR OWN TRASH ON MY SEATS. The bags leaked and stained my seats. AVOID THESE CROOKS
