My vehicle needed extensive safety related repairs when fully inspected, and they walked me through an itemized list and discussed immediate concerns and things that I could fix later. They promised that they would get my vehicle road ready that day, even if they had to stay late, and they held to their promise. During my wait I experienced firsthand their customer service with myself and also witnessed several other engagements with more difficult customers, and the Firestone team handled them very professionally, were very informative, and respectfully. Highly recommend this location and team, excellent service and staff. 11/10

I ended up spending most of my morning @ Firestone Cloverleaf while my vehicle was being serviced. I had quite a list of items I wanted done. However, the staff displayed great professionalism especially James. He handled the front lobby area while being very attentive to all the customers as they approached his counter. He was also efficient when answering those very busy ringing phones. The environment was clean & calm, I received my car back in better condition than when I brought it there. Overall, I rate my visit 5 stars.

I was going to training and my tire ran flat on chippingham parway. I limped to Firestone and the staff was amazing. They informed me of the condition of the tire. They kept me informed and completed the repairs in a timely manner. I will continue to patronize Firestone in the future.... BRAVO TO ALL OF THE STAFF!!!!

I took my car in for tires and asked them to check the rear brakes for a noise that I thought the brakes was making. I got a call from the tech saying the noise was because whoever did my front brake job had put too much grease on them. I took the car to the shop that did the work ( Nissan) after I picked it up from firestone. The Nissan tech showed me the front brakes, no visible grease. My rear brakes were worn. Firestone tried to sell me brakes and rotars that I did not need. I used to get all my tires from Firestone. They won't see me again.

Do NOT bring your car here for state inspection! Dropped my car off Sunday because the location was most convenient to me. They do state that inspections are first come first serve, but it is now Wednesday and I have been told they may not get to my car today.

Rude short temperament of staff. Lack of care or knowledge and carry a chip on shoulders due to branding I can only assume. There are plenty of places with better service in the bay and at a desk than this location.

They deserve zero stars! My car s sensors alerted me my tire pressure was low. I was right down the street so I stopped at this Firestone. They said they would put air in for free. Nice enough.. but it took them over 20 minutes. The guy comes and tells me two of my tires (one on front, one on back) are not holding air properly, I ll need to order 4 new tires. 4 tires because you want all 4 at the same tread depth. That s true the tread depth but the only problem is it was all a lie. I got a second opinion, my tires do not have any issues holding air and do not need replacement!! I know you need to make sales but being dishonest is not the way to make money. The guy was also very rude. He asked me why I was hanging out with young kids and treated me like a bother.Firestone Midlothian Turnpike Richmond

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to investigate a slow leak in one tire. I was quoted that the work could be done in an hour. It took over 3 hours to complete everything. I do drive a fleet vehicle so it does take a little extra time to get the work approved. However, the car has been on the lift for at least 2 hours. I have been told it took a while to get the lug nuts off. This Firestone was where the tires were put back on for the last oil change and tire rotation. I am not sure why this time they couldn't get the lug nuts off this time. The staff has been friendly and the whole place is clean. This Firestone has taken care of my car in the past and is why I came back. They are honest about issues with your car. This time though, the misquote on the time it would take has been the worst. I would have made arrangements for a ride if I knew it would take this long for a simple oil change and patch on a tire.

I needed some air in one tire. After finding someone the were really nice about taking care of me. Didn't try to sell me tires. Just took care of the problem. I would come back here for an estimate on tires.

Would give zero if possible. Failed for brake pads and rotors. Est. > $450. Parts are $150 from AutoZone. Rotors had micro groves you could barely feel with your fingernail. Below is picture of new brakes compared to old. Would not recommend. This place is reason we need state run inspection station. Total conflict of interest.Wouldn't let me post a picture of pads but there was absolutely no difference b/w the old and new ones.

They had my vehicle for 3 weeks because they ordered the wrong part and said they will give me a discount for my troubles but they did not do it. They gave me 3 different prices on the job they have done. What a rip off. Never going back.

Had appointment at 8am, got told the car will be ready by noon, by 1 they said they work on the car, coolant flush and oil change. Finally got the car at 5:15pm with zero apology. I hope they are as good in fixing cars as they are in making up stories.

I have an old truck. I took it in awhile ago for specific issues. Chip called and gave his opinion on what they could be. I told him that doesn't sound right. Don't just go for "any" problem, it's an old truck. He assured me this was the fix. Charged me a great amount. I paid, picked up the truck. SAME problems still there. I took it back in waited a week. He quoted me an over charge for the fix. I say no. What about the other problem. Wait two days. No quote. I drive past and see my vehicle is unlocked and key in the cup holder. I can't play that game.

I would leave more stars if I could. This is probably the quickest and friendliest mechanic shop I've been to in ages. Long story short, I drove up from a Atlanta for a friend's wedding. Along the way I noticed that I had two Nails in my back tire. I called up the shop, and the young lady who helped me out whose Name Escapes Me... Was about as helpful as you can ever ask for. She gave me a good price on a good tire and between her and her team they had me out the door within an hour. I made it to the rehearsal dinner lickity split. Couldn't ask for more.

Top-tier experience! Popped the sidewall of my tire unexpectedly and was able to drive it over to their parking lot. They immediately had someone put a spare on and was able to get a new tire shortly there after. Very knowledgeable staff, A+ customer service

The service at 7303 Midlothian Turnpike was very very poor. I made an appointment to drop off my 2 vehicles to have my a/c serviced in both and they kept one of them for about three weeks and did a half job and the price changed tremendously when they finally finished one of them. They told me after holding my other vehicle for about 2 weeks from my apppointmet time that they couldn't fix it. If I had the worst enemy, I wouldn't recommend that place to even him or her. The manager definitely have poor customer skills and I would never go to that place again. I almost wrote a review for the wrong Firestone but this Firestone is located where cloverleaf mall used to be. I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand because when I did, some customers had the same type of bad experiences as I.

Five stars doesn't do this place justice! I was in desperate need of a new car battery and tried getting appointments at multiple other firestone locations with no luck. I called this location and spoke to James and he really worked with me and said if I could get there by 4:30 the same day we could make something happen. I got there and asked for James, he immediately took my keys and two minutes later a saw a mechanic go get my car. By 5:10 I was driving off with a new battery in my car. My technichin was Jacob and I am so grateful for him fitting me into his workload as well. Everyone was so helpful and they really saved the day for me despite them being understaffed. 10/10 recommend this Firestone location!

Made appt for 12 on Sunday, per service advisor oil changes and tires came first so my truck was looked at 4 days later. What's the purpose of an appt??!! Plus I had to pay full diagnostic price regardless of the inconvenience and being told shop not equipped to perform needed repair. There goes the $107.00 hustle/credit lost!

I would not let them fix my little red wagon.the way I was talk to. One manager told me this. The day I walk back in I was told something else by another manager. I did take it some where else and got it fix. DO NOT TAKE IT THERE.GO SOME PLACES ELSE. I DID.

Upon arriving at this location for a state inspection I noticed the waiting area appeared to be more full than my previous visits, and I was advised that my car may not be available until tomorrow. Although my circumstances allowed for this type of delay for the return of my car, I was very pleased when I received the call from my service agent Steven about three hours from closing time that my car was ready. Steven was professional and curteous. Overall satisfied with the service received at Firestone.

Good customer service. I was trying to buy a used car and had to make a good few of used car inspection appointments. They were understanding in allowing me to make several appointments at once and they worked with me when people were late or didn't show. They were also informative and great at detecting if the used vehicle had any issue and pricing out what those issues would likely cost.

Called day before to make appointment and to be sure I could get car back same day. Dropped off car at 8am doubled checked I could get car back in time to pick up kids from daycare. Said it would be ready by 3pm. Called at 1pm to see progress. They said they hadn t started and wouldn t be done till tomorrow. I only needed one tire! They told me other customers with bigger jobs came in later and it pushed me back in line. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I called their corporate complaint line and was told I would receive a call from the GM within 48 hours. It has been 5 days with no call or email. I will never go to a Firestone again. Terrible customer service!! Do not go here.

They team was great! They took care of me and explained everything before so there were no surprises. It did take a little longer than expected.
