I bought 4 Michelin tires from Dyke a couple of years ago and have been very pleased. Lately, my SUV was due for a few general maintenance items. Sid set up my appointment and answered my service questions. He was friendly and informative. I asked about pricing to compare to the dealer prices I was quoted. Not only were the savings real, the service was exceptional. They took care of what I scheduled and noted that new front brake pads and rotors were needed (when rotating and balancing tires free due to my purchasing tires there). Sid explained the condition of the items and the function to me patiently. The need for the replacement aligned with my miles on the brakes, so it was an easy yes. James was at the desk during my service and was also very helpful and kind. Additionally, their detailed invoice for the work spoke trust and integrity! Thank you, Dyke Tires team! I highly recommend Dyke for service and tire needs!

Gary was exceptional, helpful about getting me back on the road after I had a nail in my tire. He recommended a set of 4 Michelin tires since I had the old ones for 6 years. My car rides much smoother now than before. Thanks, Gary, for the exceptional service again.

I have been dealing with Gary at dyke tire discounters for over a year. I have taken several of my cars to his shop and ive been so happy that i have taken both of my daughtrrs cars to gary and his team. I am very happy with his prices,quality of work and most all they do what they theyare going to do and they get the repairs done on time which is important to me. Myy first repair that i had them do was fix the brakes on my dakota truck where another shop messed it up reallybad that i could barely drive it. They discovered what the other shop did wrong and fixed it 100%. the truck brakes smooth now just like it did when it was brand new. Im so happy that i had them do the brakes on my wifes taurus. I have bought 2 sets of tires from them with free alignment at very good prices and im getting ready to buy a third set and do suspension work on my daughters van. Im a car guy and i know cars and i will not take any of my cars to another shop. I recently dealt with sidney and hes such a delight to deal with.all of the guys at the front dedk are verry nice,freindlly, and they are honest and know what they are taking about. This is the shop where i will do my repair and maintenance work and of course buy my tires their too. Im most happy to give this shop a 5 star rating. Jimmy.

Will Evans was amazing and very thorough and knowledgeable with the tires I purchased. The staff eas very friendly and I satisfied with the Michelins. I highly recommend this place overall knowledge, friendliness, and great service. Thumbs up!!!!

I made an appointment and visited for a wheel alignment a few months ago. Even after several hours had passed, they kept me waiting, and the white people who came later than me were first. I hope it wasn't racism. My son and I, who visited first, kept waiting. The answer 5 hours later was that there was mud on my car. No wheel alignment required! But my car still shook. I found another company. The problem was resolved after an hour. It's still a very scary nightmare for me.

I would give six stars if I could. I dropped my vehicle for service and the work was completed promptly in the same day. They were including free front end alignment with purchase of four tires. The professionalism and friendliness of staff was top notch. I highly recommend and would trust Dyke Tire with my vehicle repair and maintenance needs.

I was traveling to Northern Virginia when I hit something on the highway that destroyed my back tire. After road side assistance changed my tire (donut spare) I proceeded to try and find a place to buy a new tire. After several unsuccessful attempts at other places to happened on Dyke Tire Discounters. They have been absolutely super and accommodating. My dog was traveling with me and they have welcomed her here in the store. They have gone out of their way to get tires for my car and work me into their schedule. This has been old fashioned customer care and service. Highly recommend them.Sandy Rathmann

These guys are so helpful! They went above and beyond to help me with a flat after I ran over yet another nail...10/10 would recommend to anyone who's looking for a good reputable tire shop!

Really miss Scott, that gave you prices and info about the job that you needed. The guy that I talked to this last time on the phone, seemed to not know the info and had to ask someone. He seemed like he really wasn't interested in my needs, from our conversation

The brake service provided was impeccable. They were honest and upfront with the pricing and it was apparent that the business was not trying to elevate the pricing for services rendered. Highly recommended!

First, I spoke to Sid on the phone about needing old wheel locks removed and getting new tires.Sid was kind, knowledgeable and professional.He listened to my concerns andI listened to his suggestions.One of those suggestions was to get my car serviced at Dyke Tire Discounters.So glad I did!I got the tires I wanted and so much more!Thank you Sid for helping me.

I had a screw in my rear right tire, and they were able to work me into their schedule same day. They got it out within an hour and a half, for an amazingly reasonable price. Thank you all so much!

I have been going to Dyke for years for all my vehicles. The service I receive is always friendly, prompt, honest, and a good value. My state inspection Fri was no exception. I dropped my vehicle off Thursday afternoon and had a phone call before close of business to let me know what would not pass and need fixing and a quote, and all the repairs were completed within a few hours of opening Friday. I can't say enough how much I trust and appreciate this shop.

***BUYER BEWARE***If I could provide no stars I would. I have been coming to Dyke for almost two decades, my family even longer. Last Thursday I came in for a standard oil change. My emissions light came on a day or so later. I called in and dropped the vehicle off the following Tuesday and they told me my rocker arm pressure switches need to be replaced. I was hesitant considering these are related to oil in some capacity, but I had the work done and paid $520. The same day I picked up the vehicle, the emissions light was back on, along with a check charging system light. I called back and dropped it off Tuesday night. Wednesday morning, Gary called me stating it needed an alternator. At this point, I had a bad feeling. This vehicle was purchased brand new, it s well maintained and there have been absolutely no issues with the vehicle. I elected to pick up the vehicle. Gary offered to do it for half price (initial quote for alternator was $650). When I refused, he offered to do it for free. I still declined and took my vehicle to another shop that agreed to do the alternator same day. Not to my surprise, the new show called and said I didn t need an alternator- all I needed was a battery. Since the shop was sold, they ve lost so much staff and business. Now they re ripping people off! I also spoke to Godfrey, the field manager, who contacted me inquiring about what I was told by the new shop. I told him I needed a new battery, not an alternator and he told me to bring it back and they would give me a battery. I still declined and requested the name and phone number to their supervisor. He told me he would get the number and call back

This place always goes above and beyond. I had to have my water pump replaced and was charged 175$ less than a friend of mine for the exact same thing- make model of car and water pump and everything. It's hard knowing where to go as a single woman sometimes, these people are honest and reliable.

The name has changed but that's all!! Love Dyke Tire Discounters formidably Dyke Tire. The crew their is knowledgeable, friendly and the service is impeccable. I have been bring my family of cars for over 25 years to Dyke Tire Discounters and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend them anytime you need car service, State inspections and new tires. Working by referral is my primary way of business and Dyke Tire is an easy recommendation when folks ask me where to get your car serviced. Keep up the good work.

I came in to this tire shop while traveling out of town after my tire wouldn t hold pressure. Will and Sidney were very through with answering my questions and exploring my options for fixing my tire and getting me back on the road. They were very friendly and quick to help me out, and got me in and out very quick! I appreciate these guys very much and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Dyke Tire Pros has been our "go to" shop for maintenance and tires for 30+ years. Our late model vehicles both had similar electrical problems this week. Fortunately, Dyke's experienced mechanics and front-line personnel were able to troubleshoot and repair both vehicles. Thankfully, they are again driving as safe as the day we purchased them.It has always been a pleasure doing business with the staff at Dyke. We are extremely grateful for the quality work and reasonable pricing they afford their customers. They are the BEST! Beat ever other price on some top rated Michelin tires and gave a FREE alignment. Every other place charge over 100 bucks for that. They also got me in the very next day I called because they knew I had worn down my tires too far. Thank you for great service Gary and thanks to your team!

I came out of my office to a flat tire!! Since I have run-flats, I drove it to the nearest gas station to put air in it, and it was still leaking. After limping it 2 miles to the BMW dealership who didn t have time to fix it, they recommended Dyke Tire just next door. They were extremely professional and were able to patch my tire while I waited. Very reasonably priced, too. The entire experience was top notch! Highly recommended!

Always great service at Dyke Tire. They sold me my Nitro Ridge Grapplers that got me through a 5k mile road trip off roading. I'll be back for my next set of tires for sure.

The team at Dyke Tire Discounters has not missed a step since the ownership change. The good work started by Jimmy Dyke and his father continues. Very pleased, as usual, with the excellent, fast service at a fair price for oil change and trip check of hoses, belts and tires. I'll continue to do business here.

I got a flat tire in the middle of the night. I called Dyke Tire the next morning. They quoted me, helped me find the best deal, and fixed my tire all on the same day. When my car took longer than expected, they gave me a ride to work and delivered my car to me there. They have competitive prices and take care of their customers.

Great service - I've had my oil changed and tires rotated here several times and their prices are significantly lower than the dealership quoted me. One of the major perks for me is that they will drive you to your work or house if you would prefer to leave your car at their shop rather than wait there, which is very convenient. Only downside is that their online "schedule an appointment" link can be slow to contact you back after you've requested an appointment, but it's easy enough to just call and make an appointment by phone, which is what I would recommend.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Ashley and crew were awesome! I got 4 new tires and an alignment and my car drives like butter again. They were recommended to me by Hendericks Muffler and I couldn t be happier! Prompt service, great customer service, decent prices on good quality tires. Thank you Dyke!

This is my favorite repair shop. I've been going to them for about 15 years. They are honest and very friendly. Women will be more comfortable here as the employees are not intimidating or rude. They don't treat you like an idiot and will explain things if you have any questions. If they can't fix it, they won't pretend they can and will let you know and give you recommendations.

Scott and Greg have always been straight forward with me in regards to what repairs need to be done and what might be able to wait on my two vehicles I've been brining to them since moving back to Richmond 6 years ago. I've never had anything done that had to be brought back in. I've recommended them to friends, and will continue to do so.
