So I went to both caliber collision on w broad st they couldn't fixed it . My frame was bad.. but I call Dayz auto body Inc .. in 20 days was fix Miguel it the best body shop in Richmond I will recommend this body shop I'm happy I have my truck back go back to work

My wife had an accident where she had hit a drawbridge stop arm that was down as it was extremely foggy and thank the Lord she was able to stop before the end of the drawbridge as there was no barrier there when it is up (Benjamin Harrison Bridge). Aside from that it did quite a bit of damage on her 2014 Nissan Maxima from front to rear. Was heavily recommended by my insurance adjuster which I am now grateful for. They went above and beyond and did additional work that they were not even paid for such as blending the paint and a few other odds and ends between a and b. I ended up getting them to replace both the front and rear bumpers that I paid additional for that insurance did not cover as well as fix a little damage in the passenger fender which the body work was phenomenal with. I had a very small issue with the front bumper as the paint lines were very tough and apparently they had a painter that walked out in the process so I ended up bringing it back and Miguel personally took care of it for me and it looks wonderful. I don't think I would trust anybody else to work on any of my vehicles and plan on taking my personal baby up there to have it fully redone and painted in time. I would highly recommend this business. Good honest people in this business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I will recommend this place to my friends, they really care about their customers and the employees here have very good hearts. Most places are money hungry and prey on women who need a car repair. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and kept me updated as they worked on my vehicle. They work fast and diligent, they re respectful and professional. I highly recommend Miguel, he is such a good person and the way he helped me I will never forget, like I said before you don t meet people with good hearts who actually care about helping their customers. He took his time and found the problem with my car that most places would ve charged me $100+ just to do. I they didn t I even offered him a tip for his services and he declined. You just don t meet people like him and because of all his actions, I will recommend and continue to recommend everyone to him because he deserves it.

Took my car here in June and was very pleased with the level of service. This is a family owned company that takes pride in service. Johanna, the office manager, was spot on with the communication- sending texts and emails whenever their were updates. We also encountered a slight issue with the insurance company and Johanna and the owner stepped in to help. They matched the silver paint on my car and you can t tell it has had body work. Such a wonderful family owned business! Everyone I met was kind, professional and knowledgeable. My Lexus bumper was damaged in an accident and they did a full replacement along with color matching (which I know is not easy with my particular color).Johanna was always prompt with details on expectations of timing and following through with the insurance company to make sure I had a rental.Her husband explained the process of my bumper and didn t just let me leave the lot without an understanding of the service provided and made sure I was satisfied with the work (which some auto shops tend to do).Do yourself a favor and support a small business and family!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience was not good at all. Everything was okay until they got their money. I wanted to like this place so bad. They were pleasant by phone and other forms of communication AT FIRST!! But then let down in other areas and felt like the run around. And I am not a difficult customer. I work in customer service.

I needed an insurance repair of two doors, rear quarter panel and the rear bumper cover on my 2016 Subaru Outback. Day'Z Auto Body was quick to respond with an initial estimate based on photos, worked with the insurance company to adjust the estimate once they had the vehicle and completed the work 7 days ahead of the promise date. The repair is perfect, the paint match excellent and their courteous and friendly approach greatly appreciated.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everyone was helpful and kind, especially when our insurance was dragging their feet on the whole thing. They did a fantastic job on the repair, and even kindly did a little detail work on the interior and vacuumed up the ridic amount of dog hair in the back seat. We found after bringing it home that they popped an old dent that wasn't even part of the claim! If we ever need body work again, we'll bring our vehicles back to Day'z, no questions asked.

Took my car to them that was involved in an accident. I used google and Yelp which they have 5 star review. The tow truck driver also spoke highly of them. Mr. Miguel and Mrs Johanna are very nice polite and honest people. They worked directly with my insurance and did all the work. Car went in the shop and back in my hands in 10 business days. Car was on point and the experience was Excellent. No regrets on taking my car to them blindly. Google and Yelp were on point with this shop. I would highly recommend them. Peace of mind. Thank you for making my experience easy and headache free.

A hit-and-run driver damaged every surface on the passenger side of my Toyota but Dayz made it all look perfect again! They were responsive, helpful, and worked well with my insurance adjuster. Had work done on my car here through my insurance and the work was absolutely the best. The owner went above and beyond to make sure there were quality parts on my car and I was taken care of. Can't recommend them enough, it's worth it for the way they treat their customers.

Just had a great experience with these guys. Bought a car with a mismatched side-mirror cover which needed painting. I was able to email and get a quick response/quote. Great communication, which let me drop off the part and be able to pick up within a very reasonable time limit. I feel that the price was extremely fair, even compared to other places I called, and the quality was great. I will definitely be coming back if I need anything else done. Thank you!

He helped me in a crisis, it was snowing sooo hard and my passenger window would not roll up- it was like blizzarding early January. I brought my 2020 Subaru to his shop because he did such a good job last time my car was there. Instead of saying no we re closed, he offered to help me (when his own home was at risk of loosing power b/c the storm)! He took apart my whole door, realigned the window &motor and now it works like a charm! He truly paid it forward and did me a favor that day! The first time I had him remove a large streak of yellow paint transfer and it isn t noticeable at all any more and that s all I wanted- Caliber Collision said $1050 to repair&replace 2 doors, he offered under $50- after taking it on immediately at the door! I will be bringing my Outback back! Thank y all so much!

Unbelievably great. My side mirror nicked a post in an alley, and it took the mirror and casing off. Another shop told me it would be several weeks before it could be looked at for an estimate, so I called Dayz in the morning and they said I could swing by at 2PM. I got in there at 2:15 and Johanna looked at my car, went and got Miguel, and Miguel immediately fixed the thing in about five minutes. It is now working as good as new. He refused to take a payment even though I insisted.I had tried to do it myself but it wasn't staying on, so I was prepared to pay a reasonable amount even for a simple fix like this. Even though it didn't take much time, he would have been within his rights to charge me, and I insisted on paying more than once. I will be going back here for any auto body work I need in the future, and I will be telling everyone I know to do the same. These are good people running an honest business.Service: Body & Trim

I needed a bumper and fender, plus a door ding, repaired on a two-month old car. These guys gave me a very good estimate within five minutes of arriving there unannounced and stated exactly when they could take the car and when it would be done. The finished product was on time, on budget and perfectly done!! The paint and body work was expertly accomplished. I recommend them and would definitely acquire their expertise should I have another unfortunate incident in the future.

I brought my car in needing a new rocker panel. I knew this would be an expensive fix and was worried it would be thousands of dollars but here it was only $1000! the shop was so friendly and helpful. They also cleaned out my car and vacuumed the inside and fixed my car radio. I didn't know they had done that till I got in my car. Overall, a great shop! I appreciate the work they put into my car and making sure it was done quickly and well.

Did an email estimate and got a quick reply. Took the car in and they estimated a week or more possibly for a replacement bumper, replacing my grill, lights, and smoothing out a bent fender. Communication was excellent. Texted and called me about small details or complications and explained them thoroughly. Got a text that it was finished in just 2 days after giving a week estimate I was surprised and very happy. Clear coat on the bumper was fantastic. Came in early to get the car. They were in the middle of cleaning it inside and out... The detailer didn't just spray it down it was a full detail... Which is above and beyond. Absolute quality work that deserves every dime I paid. Go here!

Quality service! I found this auto body shop online based on reviews and decided to try them out. The location was far from where I live but once I got to the shop they made the trip worth it. The lady that helped me was very friendly and helpful. I needed to get an estimate on my tail light. I compared it with a couple other shops and decided to go with them. Once the part came in the next day it took 15 minutes at three most. My tail light looks just like new! If I need anymore auto body repairs they will be the shop I go to!

Dayz Auto Body did a beautiful body repair job on my Mini Cooper! I could not be more pleased with the level of perfection they achieved! My little car looks brand new again! Not only that, they washed it and vaccuumed it inside as well. The owner and his wife could not have been nicer or more pleasant to do business with. When I got into my first accident, I had no idea where to take my car to get repaired. With a simple google shop, Day z Auto popped up and I read the reviews. Every customer praised how great and friendly they were so I decided to take a chance. I m glad I did! They were excellent in not only repairing my car but their customers service was AMAZING.They kept me informed about the status of my car and even called my insurance company to make sure I had top quality parts after the initial estimate. It didn t take too long for the repairs even though it had substantial damage and they even stayed open after hours so I could pick up my car when it was ready.This is a great family owned business who truly care about their customers and it shows through their craftsmanship. If you are in need of auto body repair, I HIGHLY recommend you take your vehicle to Day z Auto Body Shop. You will not bet disappointed. Thank you guys so much!

Took my car in with considerable damage to multiple sections of the whole vehicle. Miguel walked me through the work they would be doing and a week later I get my car back with the paint looking as good as the day I bought it. Day'z also took care of work I was going to be coming back later for and my invoice remained the same. Great communication and great work.

Another vehicle swerved into my lane which caused me to swerve into the bumper of a parked truck breaking my side view mirror and passenger window. I did a Google search for body shops. I emailed Day'z and got a prompt response. Two larger shops would not even give me a quote. I sent in pictures, received a reasonable quote, and we set up an appointment. I was able to drop my car off in the morning and it was done by the end of the day. The woman in the office was courteous and explained everything to me. The hood on our VW wagon had lost the clear coat and looked terrible, while the rest of the car was in decent shape. I scraped the side of my car and while driving to get quotes to fix it, was rear ended. I took it to Day z and they were extremely accomodating and very honest with me. They went above and beyond and kept me in the loop the entire time on the progress of my car, the ordered parts and the damage that they found. Super nice family and excellent service. My car looked like new when they were done. I was very pleased and would highly recommend!
