It s rare in today s post Covid world to find someone who is willing and eager to assist you in customizing your bike. I was more than pleased at the results I got working with Aaron at Custom Chrome. Highly recommend.

Aaron painted a vehicle for me that nobody else would take on. He did an amazing job and I could not be happier. He is a true craftsman and will not cut the smallest corner. He was very communicative, informative, and nice to work with throughout the whole process. I could not recommend Custom Chrome enough and HIGHLY recommend using Aaron for your painting needs. He is unquestionably the best.

Happy CustomerI have been going to Custom Chrome now for ten Years. I first learned that they had a large selection of aftermarket LED lights. After Aaron suggested the light to go with, I decided to switch to the LED lighting on all my cars. Aaron also went out of his way to ask me if I was Millitary , and then offered me a military discount without having to say anything ! After having a great customer experience. I have taken my BMW 550 , X5 and VW Jetta for Deer collision body, paint repair and more. My cars looked awesome after all the repairs. The paint work was flawless! All I had to do was to drop the cars off and Aaron worked with the insurance to get my cars back on the road. They have also worked on top end rebuilds on my KTM 530 exc Kawasaki kx250f bikes. These guys just do it all! It is always a great experience taking my cars and motorcycles there to get work done. Great customer service satisfaction!

Huge thanks to Aaron for getting my valve cover EXACTLY how I wanted it. The color and finish are amazing. Very high quality workmanship and very fast turn around time! I will be going back to look into getting my entire car painted. HIGHLY recommended!04.28.23 Update: I returned to Aarons shop to get my entire car painted. Aaron and his partner Joe spent tons of time and effort into body work, rust work and paint work. He also repainted my stock wheels and also power coated the windshield wiper arms. Aaron and Joe did a great job and kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. Again, I highly recommend Aaron at Custom Chrome of Virginia for your custom auto / paint / body work needs! Huge thanks to Custom Chrome/Aaron Goodnow for looking out for our 10u and 12u Ironbridge Softball teams. The cages for our helmets did not match our uniforms. I contacted Aaron and dropped them off and the next day they were ready for pickup. They look awesome and the girls love them, to top it off he told me that he wanted to do this for them at no charge. Thanks again for your time and effort.

Aaron definitely took care of my car. Aaron was recommended to me as one of the most reliable and fair mechanics in town. He and his team took care of the damages to my car and did an amazing job with repainting the car. There are a few mechanics you can truly trust to not only walk you through the process of fixing the car, but delivering a very high quality of service through clear, precise communication and getting the job done right. He's certainly going to be my guy from here on out for any additional body/custom work in the future.

I am so thankful that Aaron at Custom Chrome repaired and painted the front end of my car after being involved in a wreck. By far the best experience I ve ever had with a body shop, but it was so much more than just a body shop! Originally (as you can see in the pics) I got a door ding. I had someone else try a paint less dent removal, which clearly didn t work. I found Aaron on Google just by searching best body shops in the Richmond area. Based on his reviews, I called. Set up time to take my baby out there for him to look at. He was very confident he could make her as good as new. Throughout the process I bugged him daily (sorry Aaron!) and he would send me update pics on the regular and involved me in the process, told me what he thought would look best. Etc. I also wanted to get my wheels painted and a couple other updates (switched the silver letters out to black, painted calipers) He was so helpful! I was so excited to go pick her up. He even did some updates to the lights when the doors opened which I didn t even know was a thing. I really can t say enough good things about this place and when I picked her up, I asked tons of questions and he was very patient in explaining them to me in terms I could understand. I also want to say he was very very fair in pricing. I talked to him about switching out all of my brakes at once and he advised against it and told me to wait until they needed it so as not to waste money. Very very honest and trustworthy guy. Also very military friendly, and even though I m not military; I find it very respectable! It s a hike from my house, but I ll never take her anywhere else. She s perfect!

Aaron is amazing to worth with. He really cares about the work he does and returning your car back to you exactly how you want it. Pearl white can be a pain to paint match, and I can't even tell my car had work done to it.

Aaron was fabulous and his work was even better. His pricing was fair and he honored our military discount. Will definitely be returning back. Didn t get a car done but he refinished my patio furniture. It s an antique and I didn t want to get rid of it and he made it look brand new. Thanks, Aaron!

I recently had work completed here and was thoroughly satisfied with the entire experience. Aaron (the owner) took the time to explain to me all of my options, helped me select the proper products to match my needs and installed everything timely and with high quality. He installed a leveling kit, along with new rims and tires. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and is a true professional. I plan to use him again the next time I have any automotive work. Custom Chrome of Va is a fantastic shop! Aaron is an honest and good person to work with. All my work done by custom chrome has been great never had any issues weather mechanical or cosmetic. I had my Harley painted by him. The work was phenomenal the Paint looks great. I love all the complaints I get from it!

I was at the gas pumps today at Kroger. Went to put car in gear to leave and the shifter just moved up and down without engaging the gears. Called AAA. Was going to be over 3 hours to get towed. A very nice lady who worked at Kroger suggested Custom Chrome. Spoke with Aaron at custom Chrome. He knew right away what the problem was. Said he could be there in 20 minutes. He came and did a temporary fix so I could drive back to his shop. He ordered the connector to fix the link between the shifter cable and the shift lever on the transmission and installed it while I waited. I was back on the road in about an hour. You don't find that kind of service these days. Aaron knew what he was doing, , fixed it fast, and was very reasonably priced. I'll be going back to see him if I need repairs. Highly recommend anyone else to let him look at their car.

Aaron worked on my car today and did an excellent and quick job! I was given a quote at the dealership and was in shock so I began to search for another opinion. Aaron did the job for less than half the price and in less than half of the time that the dealership quoted! He also gave me several ideas to keep my car running well for many many more miles. He is trustworthy and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a great mechanic.

I am so thrilled with the service and results I recently received at Custom Chrome of VA!!! Aaron, the owner, took such good care of me and my car! He did a fabulous job, and was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and very quick to reply!When I brought my explorer into the shop a it had a pretty big dent in two of the doors caused by being pinned by a cement block. I went through insurance as I knew it would be a bigger job than my budget allowed. My insurance company gave me (and Aaron) a very hard time getting the work done They dragged their feet on everything!!! Thankfully Aaron assured me he would follow through with insurance and make sure they agreed to pay for everything that needed to be covered to fix those doors and that is exactly what he did! He spent so much time dealing with insurance on my behalf I honestly don t think any other body shop would have done the same.The time he spent with insurance and on that repair would have been more than enough to make me a happy customer, BUT, Aaron took it a HUGE step further and fixed a TON of other little cosmetic things throughout the rest of my car that I had mentioned I ve been wanting to get done he did this all because he simply wanted to take care of me for having to wait so long due to insurance red tape! That is what you call incredible customer service!!! He replaced the trim around my windshield that was falling off, he replaced the panel beside my windshield that needed to be replaced, he replaced the inside panel of the drivers side door where the material was bubbling up and wouldn t lay flat anymore, he buffed out a bunch of other tiny nics on the car body, he bought and attached a hood protector/spoiler, he changed the oil, and he washed, waxed and detailed my car!!!! I am not lying when I say I cried happy tears when I saw my car after he worked so hard on it!!!!! I couldn t believe that he went so far above and beyond what I asked of him!!If you need ANY body work done on your car I HIGHLY recommend taking it to Custom Chrome of VA!!!

Aaron was amazing. I wanted to light-up my truck, but I wasn t sure exactly what I wanted to do. I met with Aaron and he gave me great options and walked me through each one. He got me the best quality for the best price around. I will definitely be going back for more upgrades.

Aaron has been very helpful and accommodating to several of my automotive needs. He has been especially thoughtful when it comes to helping out with my son's dirt bike. Aaron has a vast knowledge base and is a one-stop shop of sorts for most any automotive need.I would highly recommend giving his shop a try if you are in need of accessories or mechanical work. Aaron and Custom Chrome of Va. will have you walking away pleased that you chose them over other more pricey and less family oriented locations.

I rarely spend the time and energy posting reviews, so this says a lot about Aaron. I met Aaron this week at a campsite in VA beach. My wife and I bought a brand new trailer and was having a heck of a time to get our awning to work consistently. We didn t know why it would work and then not work.We went into the camp store to buy a fuse thinking it could be that. Aaron overheard me asking the clerk for the fuses. He asked what size I needed and that started a conversation. He was very quick to offer to look at our awning and within no time figured out it was a shorted wire. Fixed it and now it works consistently!This speaks volume about his character. He wouldn t accept any form of payment for over an hour of work on the awning. Would recommend without a doubt! Thank you!!!
