After shopping with Costco for years and hearing great things about the tire center, ordered 4 tires to be installed. Made an appointment when they arrived and it was down hill from there. After several hours they were only able to mount 3 of the 4 tires on my stock OEM rims. Upon backing out the car there was noticeable damage on all 4 rims. Took another trip back to get the 4th tire installed and was asked to submit a claim for the damage to the rims. Just got a call they were denying my claim for the damage to the rims. Very disappointed and honestly disillusioned as a Costco customer. I would highly advice against using the Costco tire center.

Ordered tires online and had to schedule the replacement for a later date due to them not being in-stock. There was a special for $100 off the tires and $30 off installation. The process was easy and I have no complaints. That being said, I m not really sure I received the discounted install (did not show up on invoice). My wife dropped the vehicle off and was met by an unenthused attendant. She was never provided an estimate or call when the vehicle was ready for pick up.

For me, I usually just buy good used tires when in need. But I had to buy a set of new ones for a company vehicle a couple of years ago and got Michelins mounted and balanced, out the door, at a price better than any off brand at any other place in North Chesterfield. Good service, and good warranty, as long as you go back to a Costco location.

The prices are great. The only add on is $15 per Tire for installation. The biggest reason to check them out is free road hazard insurance. I punctured my sidewall by hitting road debris. They were able to find my receipt from a year and a half earlier. I was reimbursed for most of the cost for a replacement (based on treadwear). I highly recommend checking them out. By the way they also have free balance and rotation when needed after purchase.

With all of the tire pricing games most tire dealers use, Costco still wins out. 4 new tires installed in less than 1 hour total. It looks like this location has doubled their man power which drastically improved the wait time.

Ordered a full set of tires got them in in 4 days and took less than 1 hour to install mount balanced and pull it out the door and this is on a truck that weighs 15,000 lb

Tire center stagf is unexperienced and dont have enough knowledge and still to do the job right. UN BALANCED TIRES, DAMAGED RIMS. Bought 4 new tires for Toyota SUV had to pre order as not in stock which is ok, wife went to get installed no reciept of work performed so how do I keep track of rotations?. They probably saw a female and gave her the keys and said all done, no torque check mention nothing. I was shocked and called only to hear the purchase reciept is enough and i should write miles on it too. Oh and all 4 rims were scratched and theg used this liquid which correded the almunium on one wheel. The tires were never balanced, at least thats what the tech at another costco after I had to take the suv back due to vibrations. Save your self time and headache and use another costco if you have to get service fone from a Costco.

Great deal on an excellent tire! Had a little bit of a wait due to wrong appointment time (technician put me in on the wrong day). Steve fit me in though and I was on my way.

These folks always make it easy. Selection, knowledgeable recommendations, lowest prices plus superb service on balance and rotation for the life of your tires!

Rude front office. Scrapped the 2 tires which I requested I would keep which only had 20k miles. Smh saved $ on 4 new but got poor customer service
