Devin is amazing at his craft. All the cognito moto parts I have purchased in the past have been perfect quality with an amazing job on the packing. Kudo s to the dudes in the shipping department. Will continue to buy his parts for every project I build. Customer service is top notch. Highly recommend these guys for all your cafe project needs! They are also an ohlins dealer as well!

John at cognimoto said in November that the turn around for a triple clamp was 2 - 3 weeks. I purchased a triple clamp to be manufactured by them on their black Friday sale. They received my triple clamp December 11 and had zero status on my order. I then started to contact them on a weekly basis since Jan 11. 1st response was it will be cut and sent to plating. Contacted them again, " it is waiting for plating and should ship Thursday or Friday. Each week after that the same response. Called them February 6th requesting a status and to ship my triple clamp back to me so I can ride my bike because I now have zero confidence about me getting the product I paid for two months ago. They need to find another vendor of who they outsource to because they seem to be theie last priority. If you don't mind having your bike collect dust for two months then this is the place to buy from.

I've ordered conversion stems twice now and they hit it out of the park both times. Easy to work with. Excellent product. I don't have a single negative thing to say about the two times I've done business. I will add pictures of the second bike when I finish. I only have a picture of the first bike I did with one of your conversion stems right now.

Have two hubs, a subframe, a triple tree and some other stuff from them. Great quality.

Ordered a conversion stem for my cb350. Ended up not needing the stem and only the bearings so I returned the stem. They refunded me for my entire order even though I kept the bearings and were super helpful throughout the process. Definitely will be buying from here again!

I am not local to Cognito Moto but I did have some questions about the compatibility of some parts for a build I am working on. I called them up and they were very informative and helpful. When I was ordering said parts I needed some more information so I shot them a quick email. Again the service was fantastic. Answered on the second ring and an email from the founder as a reply has only given me a new bar to compare customer service too. I cannot recommend this place any higher for your custom parts needs.

So this is my first review on Google but I felt the need to let everyone know how great this company is. I bought the xv920/zx6r conversion stem for a build that I m currently working and I was blown away about how fast it shipped and the quality put into making it. I ended up having a question about the steering stem nut thread pitch and reached out via there website (cause if you re reading this I m sure you know how fine those treads are). They reached back out quickly and answered my question directly without any of the run around like other companies I ve dealt with. Even went above and beyond to guide me to the correct piece. This team knew exactly what I was asking and responded in minutes. I will 100% be doing business with Cognito Moto again and referring them to all my building buddies. Awesome products, awesome knowledge, awesome people.

Absolutely awesome service called them after I had a problem pressing my steering stem in and sent it to them and they replaced it with a brand new one. Thank you cognitomoto! Will be buying from you again.
