We were visiting from out of town and were planning on driving back home when one of our tires was punctured and went flat. I called Cloverleaf Tire & Auto first thing the next morning. They got our van into their shop within an hour, installed new tires, and got us on the road very quickly. Everything was affordable and prompt. All the staff were professional, kind and courteous. Many thanks. I highly recommend Cloverleaf. 5 stars definitely.

I always get great service here! The are really great at communicating what's going on with your car. I never felt like I was getting worked over. Its nice to feel like your car is in good hands. I think I've been coming here for car work at least 3 years. Im glad I found this place.

Found this place through my AAA app and I am so glad I did! Everyone was friendly, especially Sierra. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure to explain the repairs to me in a way that I could understand. They offered a loaner car so I could get to work while my car was being worked on. They kept in contact with me during the process. They gave me quotes before they started working so I knew what to expect in terms of cost. It was by far the smoothest most pleasant experience I ve ever had getting my car serviced. Moving forward I will start using this location to get future work done.

Front desk staff are the best. Fast, efficient communication. Understanding all of situations and willing to do only the best for the customer. The Mechanics themselves are extremely thorough and detail oriented. Will be bringing all my vehicles to Cloverleaf.

If you have MaxCare, this is a great shop to go to! I was disappointed that MaxCare did not provide as much help as I would ve expected, but Cloverleaf went above and beyond to take care of my car. I had my clutch replaced as well as a few other items taken care of, and the shop was great about communication throughout the entire process.The only downside is that their loaner cars are typically only available for a day. Otherwise it was a great experience and I m glad to have a shop I can trust!

What started as a simple search for a good place to balance wheels turned into the discovery of one of the best automotive shops in Richmond, if not all of Virginia. Considering I was a first time customer looking for what I assume to be a relatively simple job, the level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect was truly incredible. From scheduling to service, each and every person was terrific, and the shop itself as comfortable as could be. While my visit lasted just 35 minutes, in that time Cloverleaf made a lasting impression and secured a future repeat customer. (And I've already been telling others.) Friendly. Trustworthy. Fair. Great service! Had a flat and no spare, got it towed to them with AAA. Soon after it got there, I got texts letting me know the progress, and it was patched pretty quick! Overall, they were helpful, quick, and reasonably priced!

Wow! Appointment was for 9am for state inspection and oil change. I came around 830a and they took my keys and got me right in! Great service and the front desk was so very kind. This is an incredible shop. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and super professional. They ve taken care of my vehicle a handful of times now and they re always able to offer informative choices and stellar customer service. It s rare to find a mechanic you can trust, these people are it.

Had to stop in to have a tire replaced while traveling for Thanksgiving. This was the second place we stopped at and we were glad we did. Very professional,quick and clean. Just what you re looking for when traveling with toddlers.

I brought my car in today to be serviced and inspected and received the absolute best service. The women who works the front desk is very professional and thorough when explaining what needed to be done to my car and what they could do for me. She was punctual and friendly and the work was completed in a very timely manor. If you need a reliable auto repair shop this is the place to go! I ve been going here for the past 7 years personally and will continue to do so, as they have always helped me out tremendously. I'm very pleased with my experience at Cloverleaf! I damage my wheel and has to be towed to the shop. They identified the problem and repaired it in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Sierra provided excellent communication through the entire process. I'm new to the area and am thrilled to find a shop I can trust and rely upon for my car needs. Recent Inspection and oil changeI scheduled an appointment online with very prompt response from Sierra. Arrived at scheduled appointment a few minutes early, took my car in immediately. I had also requested to install an oxygen sensor I had provided. There were no issues, and the service was excellent. This place is a one-stop shop for everything! I got my wheels aligned, state inspection, oil changed, and tire patched all in one visit. Most of the time, I've dealt with the ever so pleasant, Sierra. I can say that anyone else I have talked to on the phone is just as great and kind! I took a chance based on good reviews and have made this my go-to after the first visit. Their scheduling is convenient and they are super flexible. They have loaner cars available which is rare for auto repair shops unless you go to the dealership. High recommendation!! Words Can t express how grateful for wonderful service provided by Mike, Sierra and his staff when my truck broke down miraculously across from your garage!!! God took me to the right place! I was 4 hrs away from home complex electrical type issue and they were able to fix my truck in a timely manner keep my husband and I in the loop and get our truck fixed at a fair rate. Loved this place. First time there, and the other customers were just chatting. They let me know that they've been customers for decades and they love it. That's the kinda stuff I love hearing. I will be returning!!! They don't do the ridiculous and sometimes unnecessary upselling/parts or service. This business worked like a well-oiled machine.

I decided to try this place out because I recently moved to North Chesterfield. The location was a major plus for me but it got better when I walk through the door. They offered me to take their convenience vehicle while they were working on my car which was amazing. The fact that I can drop my vehicle off to be worked on and still have a vehicle to use in the meantime gave me so much peace of mind. Not to mention the cost of the repairs was very reasonable. To top it all off, their customer service was astounding! During the service they called to make sure I still wanted an oil change because I still had about 2,000 miles before I absolutely needed one. They also informed me about some preventative maintenance to make me aware of what needed to be done in the future but they didn t inform me about it in a pushy manner. I will definitely be back to give them my business!

Unbeatable service and competitive price. I very highly recommend and will be returning for future car needs. I discovered a nasty puncture during my lunch break. I was greeted warmly by an associate who told me everyone was out to lunch but that he'd have me patched up asap. Because I was on my way to run some errands and return to work, the associate offered me a loaner car parked outside without my asking. By the time I returned, less than half an hour later, my car was pulled into the front and waiting for me. They patched my tire beautifully and filled it with air at the same exact level as my other tires.
