Thanks to Tyler for being so patient with us and helping us to find exactly what we were looking for. This is my daughter's first car and she is BEYOND excited. Amanda made the paperwork aspect of the purchase super easy and took care of all of the little things that needed to be done. We will definitely be back next time we are in the market and I highly recommend City Wide to anyone looking for a hassle free experience.

DONT WALK , RUNNNNN . I ve never felt so at peace with a safe car in my life ! HARLEY was behind cool there s no exaggeration! I can t wait to continue the journey with them. They will fix anything you need before or after purchase which is great I can t wait to see them soon .. best customer service and CARS!!!!!!! did I say the customer service was amazing

Can't recommend Citywide and Tyler enough! Not only did we find a great car, but while looking at the others we saw how well they were taken care of before putting them on the lot. Once we got inside and did a test drive, Tyler was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable! When you walk into the dealership you feel at home and most importantly NO PRESSURE! Love this place!

I have been battling car shopping for months, every SINGLE time having a horrible experience. Not this time! Eugene went above and beyond to make sure I was not only happy with the car but also with the finances attached. He s so friendly, sweet, and kind. I drove 2 hours one way to see him- I would do it again 100%. Hands down the best.

Priced decent , work with you with cash offers. Overall decent. Did say they would put a rear wiper on the car cause it was missing and never did . Idk how it passed inspection without one. :/ oh well

While there the experience was okay however after they had ensured me the vehicle I was looking at had no issues I had bought the vehicle. I drove it home and a few weeks later found out they had sold me a Jeep with a Cracked Head. My brother works at a dealership and had ran some diagnostics and turns out on top of the head issue the codes had been cleared as well. Buying a used vehicle it is expected to be some issues but not major issues of concern. I do not recommend to anyone.

Want to take a moment to give a shout out to City Wide Auto. Tyler and his team were very forthcoming and extremely helpful in assisting us with purchasing our recent vehicle. It was my first purchase in over 10 years and Tyler went above and beyond to make our experience a stress free and rewarding one. The team was extremely fair and considerate of our goals and made the end result a win-win for both. I would highly recommend this group and Tyler in particular. Buying a vehicle is often not a pleasurable experience but at City Wide it was just the opposite. If you are thinking of buying a new car, reach out to them immediately, you will not be disappointed for sure.

Be careful if you go here! Boss man literally yelled at one of his employees in front of me and my kids because the guy didn't make a sale. Red flag #1. Well, we gave them another try and the boss blew up at my husband because the presale inspection (from a reputable mechanic), found issues that City Wide denied or didn't agree with.

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. The entire process was so smooth. They catered to me and my husband and we are extremely satisfied. The staff that we worked with, Eugene and Tyler, made this an incredible buying experience. This is an A+++++ dealership. I have already recommended to several friends.

Great experience, I do not leave reviews often. I m a car guy and have owned over 70 vehicles in my life, I m in my 40 s. Tyler was awesome, he even followed me home with the suv I purchased. The owner introduced himself and was very pleasant. The sales manager was great to deal with as well. I recommend this dealership to anyone, they have a service department as well. -Kevin.

I have had some bad experiences with independent used car dealers. I wanted to buy from Carmax, but they didn't have the car I wanted. But City Wide was great. They are very responsive and communicate well. No lag time in getting a call back by phone or email. Bought a used Chevy and there were some problems with it on the test drive, so they gave me some money off. Car checked out fine. Got my plates by Fedex . All went smoothly. Worth the 2.5 drive from Northern Virginia where you have to be wary of used car dealers.

We were very pleased with the pre-owned vehicle that we purchased from City Wide. Tyler was very helpful in allowing us to check out the vehicle thoroughly in making the decision to purchase. A fair trade-in on our other vehicle also. I'd recommend them.

Great truck buying experience very knowledgeable and fast with the whole process start to finish! Eugene's customer service was top notch this guy really knows his vehicles and doesn't bs around. Buy your vehicle from here it's definitely worth it. I appreciated the hospitality by Big Tim too. Great guys!!!

Me and my husband went to look at a car today. My husband is very happyEugene Coley is a wonderful sales manager. He makes miracle happens Also his Finance Director John Sensibaugh Sr. I will give them a 5 Star rating .They cars are very clean up and running. Clean shop Very humble and polite They take their time with the customers Very well manner business. 5 stars all around Thank you again guys

Bought my car a little over a year and a half ago when it was Richmond Rocket Auto Sales. Recently had a check engine light come on due to a misfire and these guys were true to their word on fixing it under warranty even though I misplaced the paperwork. The service writer was very nice and informative through the whole process. When the time comes, I will surely return here first to find our next vehicle purchase.
