Very good experience! The young lady (Marissa i think her name is) was very helpful getting the information i needed and pointing me in the right direction. They even have hot popcorn in there lobby very good THANK YOU CALIBER!

I would give them 1000 stars if I could. Nov 1, I was hit by another driver and the insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. I was a little concern the insurance company made the referral, but I went with it! Day one! From the time I dropped off my car to picking it up today, I received stellar customer service from the receptionist to Eric who was assigned to oversee my car repairs. They arranged for my rental pick up and return!! They kept me posted every step of the way. I never had to call to inquire about the status of my car. I am just overwhelmed by the level of professionalism, courtesy, and service that I received from this location! My car looks great!! Excellent job! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE! I do not regret having chose them for my car repair! Job well done. Grateful and thankful!

I came in to get in estimate for my truck and Ed was fantastic. His customer service was great and he was honest and fair. I will definitely be recommending Ed to my family and friends. I had a wonderful experience.

Very pleased with my experience. Customer rep was Caleb. He went above and beyond. Even facilitated a battery change on pick up day when my vehicle wouldn t start due to the cold. Got me on the road in 30 minutes. Very happy.

My wife and i had our car towed in for a damaged steering column and several other repairs.when talking to a lady I initially met at the front desk who was pretty respectful another older woman who works beside her at the desk gives me a very irritated look.some days pass(about 2 1/2 weeks)and my wife and I are notified that our car is ready.when we got there you could see in the mannerisms of the second woman I mentioned earlier that she was rushing us to pay and leave and probably what she didn t like was I asked to speak to Caleb the technician who handled our situation.we just wanted some specifics about the car seeing as I only got text messages and never personally met or talked to him.Caleb was very respectful and explained the situation.as I m signing the paperwork and looking it over to make sure what was told to me was the same as what s on paper she says it s the same thing on paper that he just went over with you and you ll have a copy my response was yes but I didn t read the paper he had I just listened to him explain .This is bad customer service and also the reason I didn t give a higher rating.my message to you ma am is yes you may not like certain types of people but you re more than old enough to know how to respectfully deal with customers I hope no one else experiences this

This place was amazing from the moment I first talked to them. Excellent Customer Service and Wes took good care of me with estimates, communication and timely completion. Kari was very friendly and knowledgeable during the process. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone that asks where they should take their vehicle! THANKS GUYS

After picking up my car for repair to my rear bumper, I noticed my center console had been rummaged through and money was stolen that I had hidden in the bottom. After calling to report this, I was told a manager would call me back and never didThe repair was done well and 4 days earlier than expected and front desk staff was good with communication.Also would be nice if the owner could check their email and email back!

I took them my classic to get painted and it looks so much better than I expected! No orange peel, runs or anything I was worried about. The guy I spoke to, Eric, was great and I was kept in the loop at every step! 10/10

I would give 100 stars if I could !! MaRissas customer service was amazing. I ve had such a long week dealing with this insurance mess and when I spoke to MaRissa about it all she has so much patience and very professional. She is a god send !

I recently hit a deer (luckily, at low speed since I just avoided his 4 friends) in my Audi Q5, resulting in mostly cosmetic damage to the front end, including smashed grill and a small bend in the hood. USAA sent us to Caliber, where we've had good work done in the past, and they did an awesome job. Things could have gotten complicated because the "cosmetic" damage included at least one crazy-expensive OEM headlight, which pushed it close to being "totaled" (!!) even though it was always completely drivable. Caliber worked hard to make sure we had quality OEM parts but also that the whole thing didn't get so out of hand that we lost the car, which we love. Also, instead of an estimated 3 weeks, it was done in a week and a half, with updates sent by text every few days along the way. I would highly recommend the quality of the workmanship and the service at the Midlothian Turnpike Caliber.

Friendly customer service. Under promised, over delivered. Not only did my repair look impeccable, but they cleaned out the inside of my car which was an extra touch that I truly appreciated. Very satisfied with their work.

Edit: They went above and beyond after the first few hiccups and even gave me 2 sets of mirror caps for my car. Thanks Eric you re amazing and sorry for the misunderstanding. To add to this Eric at Caliber deserves a raise he really knows customer service and turned an otherwise bumpy start to a top tier experience. He even filled up my vehicle before returning it and even took it to the wash. Thanks Eric really you are amazing and as much as I hope I don t have to be back, if I do by any chance return to caliber, I m hoping you are the SA I m dealing with. Thanks again you re the man!
