Getting into an accident that is not your fault can be extremely inconvenient and depending on the shop, can cause a major headache. However, Caliber Collision made the process mentally easy and satisfying. The second I walked in the two ladies at the front greeted me warmly and were even expecting me since the insurance company had already sent the claim information over. The gentlemen came out promptly to take a look at the vehicle, gave an estimated cost and time it would take to get it restored back to the rhythm of my life, and I was back out the door in under 10 minutes. Not only was my vehicle done in less than the week and a half estimated time, but the body work looks GREAT! Caliber really does stick behind their slogan, Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life, from beginning to end! While the parts having a lifetime warranty is the icing on the cake, after such an amazing first time experience with Caliber, I wouldn't dare think of taking my car to any other body shop! Thanks Courtney & Caliber Team! You all are truly amazing!

My experience with Calliber Collision was amazing! The front desk ladies were so kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions. Pat worked on my car and he took the time to show and explain everything thoroughly. Everyone here made this experience smooth and stress free and I definitely recommend to anyone who needs body work done in the area!

The West Broad Location is the best place. Dan was great with communication and knowledgeable in dealing with the repairs. The two front desk people were OK (not very customer oriented), may be there were overwhelmed with their work load. They dealt with the at-fault driver's insurance company and got it all fixed. They took the extra care to put back the kayak bars on top of the car after the work. Quality of repair and work = 5 star. Dan's work = 5 star.

Brian and Hunter were amazing with service! Both were extremely communicative in the progress of the work on my car! Every staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Caliber was speedy and even finished my car ahead of schedule. I would definitely recommend!

I would recommend Caliber Collision for anyone needing work on their vehicle. The quality of the work, the customer service, and overall communication would be solid reasons to return. Courtney and Pat were courteous and went out of their way to give the best customer care for not one, but for two times I needed work on my vehicle.

Very helpful and friendly shop! They pick up when you call, give great service and clear communication. The don t over promise and certainly deliver when they say. One of the better experiences with an auto body shop I have had. Thank you!

The body work and paint match done by this Caliber Collision was excellent! I would definitely use this shop again if I ever needed a body shop in the future. And I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing automotive body work or paint.

This Caliber Collision (CC) location because of a fender bender situation. The other driver's insurance company recommended CC. I just picked up my car and my experience with them was incredible. Best customer service I have had in a long time. They not only fixed the damage, but they made sure a few other issues were taken care of, as well. Courtney at the front desk was extremely positive and wonderful to work with. Thank you to the service professionals who fixed my car! And a very big thank you to the GM, Hunter, who went above and beyond to get me back in my car in way better shape than when it was dropped off. This is a stressful time of year, and the kindness from CC meant more to me than they can know. I have one less thing to stress about thanks to their team. I will use them in the future!

I cannot praise Jonny and the team at Caliber Collision (Broad Street location in Henrico) enough! When I called in, I was greeted by Courtney with warmth and professionalism, and that only continued on when I arrived in person the next day for my scheduled appointment.Not only did Jonny provide exceptional customer service, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain the repair process, addressing all of my questions and concerns with patience and clarity, and I felt confident knowing that my car was in the best possible hands.Overall, my experience at Caliber Collision was outstanding, thanks in large part to Jonny's professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Caliber was very pleasant and fast with getting my car repaired. Customer service was excellent, Amanda was very sweet. I was a little concerned because I have a 2023 brand new car. Everyone knows parts are on back order for new vehicles and I thought it would be a delay. Johnnie made it very clear that he was not going to use aftermarket parts on my car and was going to try his best to get my parts. Well!!!! He did! Thank god the dealership had my parts and he was able to get them delivered to the shop in a timely fashion and do the repairs. My car looks just as good as new. They even did my alignment as well!! I just want to thank caliber for getting me back on the road and taking care of my car, Gracie.

Told me my car would be ready in a week and half close to Xmas and thought it would be planned to be with out my car for that period of time. Ok no problem. However it was ready before that time frame. And the lady's at the front desk are super friendly and professional and helpful !

My Tahoe was hit in a parking lot and the work Caliber did was A+ and also efficient. Customer service was a pleasure to work with as they are friendly and very communicative. They took the stress away from a stressful situation. I would highly recommend.

Car was clean and vacuumed after being returned to me. The repairs were superb and fixed all hail damage on my vehicle. Very impressed by the cleanliness of my car. You can tell the Caliber team takes pride and responsibility of your car while they do what they do best. Excellent customer service as well keeping me updated throughout the repair process. Highly recommend, don't think twice.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision. If I could give a 10 star rating I would! I took in my Mazda Cx-5 after my vehicle got side-swiped and I received it looking good as new! The staff at Caliber is also fantastic, Courtney at the front desk is super responsive and kind along with the service advisor Pat and the manager Hunter. Had two cars worked on there in the last week. There was quirk with one of our fog light, the staff was very quick and helpful into looking at it and fixing it. They went over and beyond to ensure all of the work was fixed.

This shop has given me the worst experience ever. Initially, the lady at the front desk told me they wanted nothing to do with my car. Randomly. After some back and forth, they accepted my car and the day after they said that it wouldn t start. I originally brought it here for exterior repairs. Then, they parked my car closest to the street unlocked. I own a bmw, btw. I m disgusted with this entire crooked location.

Caliber did a great job getting my car back to New .. Great customer service and frequent updates on progress which I found to be amazing! I hope I never have to use a bodyshop again but if I do I know who to trust to get me straight.

Excellent service and great communication. My car wasn't the easiest fix they ever had and when they released part of it was a bit much for them they moved it over to a specialty place to make sure it was done right. They took care of everything even movingthe car between shops and got it all done in a timely manner keeping me informed the entire time.

Great experience with Caliber! They have a clear understanding of customer service! I was greeted promptly when I arrived, they were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They handled everything with the insurance company, I didn't have to lift a finger! I got my car back a day ahead of schedule and it looked and felt brand new! I hope my car never needs body work again but if it does, I'm taking it to Caliber Collision, no question.
