We could not have been more pleased with the repair service we experienced recently with Caliber Collision in Richmond. They communicated smoothly and often with me and with our insurance company. Wait times at the shop were minimal, and the job was completed earlier than projected. Highly recommended.

Caliber Collision provides quality repairs to your vehicle. From bringing your car in for a repair estimate, to receiving updates during the repair to the end if the repair, you receive nothing but professionalism, great quality of work and most if all the staff is extremely friendly which makes Caliber stand out amongst repair shops. The experience here was amazing! Aimee went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and when the third party that they used caused the car to be delayed for over a week she offered to pay for a rental so that we wouldn t be without a car. They do great work as well and I will always be a repeat customer when needed! They put customer service above all else!!

They were very flexible and courteous. I had some issues with the rental car reservation, they were able to accommodate changes with my schedule. My car was ready a week a head of time. Betty was washed and ready to go.

I've been having problems with my truck ever since I picked it up. They never hooked the wiring up to my passenger door so my locks and window stopped working. I didn't discover until a day or 2 later and when I called they said I had to drop it off when they open and wait till they can get to it but the next appt was 2 weeks. I decided to wait a little bit. Almost a month goes by, and more and more electrical problems and dash lights started happening. One day last week my truck has a complete electrical short that caused smoke in the cabin and wire damage. Every time I've spoken with caliber they've made claims and comments about how they don't think they are liable at all or did anything wrong, trying to pass Blame to damage done by a deer hitting my truck, and nothing about the $10,000 in work they did on my truck. They don't want to admit fault, so after a week of waiting I'm still in the dark until another service center fixes THERE mistakes. I'd be happier if they were easier to deal with and not try to immediately pass blame to the customer. I've done nothing wrong, I was hit by someone, I expected my truck back to normal. You guys did NOT restore it back to normal.

I've never had a great experience at any body shop until I used this place. It was quick for the amount of repairs that needed to be done, and Mike is awesome and patient. Lots of kudos to this tall guy!

A deer hit me. My vehicle had to be towed to this location. They texted me updates. My vehicle was ready about 10 days earlier than planned. I highly recommend them. I m glad State Farm used Caliber.

Although repairs were to start at a time when auto industry was on strike and parts were back ordered, they called 2x to keep me updated. Then when parts came in was called to schedule to take car in to start repairs. Repairs were completed couple dates b4 initial time promised.

Based on high Google ratings and positive ratings provided from my car insurance company, I selected Caliber Collision so they could replace my damaged bumper. Considering it's a stressful time to be parted from my car, the company made the process as painless as possible. My team was easy to work with: friendly, patient with my questions, regularly updated me on the work performed, and delivered the car within the time frame promised. The repairs they made look great! I can't tell that I was in an accident. My car was repaired at collision after an accident. They kept me updated when my car arrived, kept me updated on the status of my repairs, were easy to reach when I had questions, and had the repairs done much earlier than I had expected. Would definitely use them again if needed.

Repeat customer at caliber collision.... Dan Stoess treated us so well earlier in the year that when I had a minor issue with a different vehicle, Dan was the first person to come to mind. True to form he helped me with a great path forward.... Very happy about it.... Thanks Dan !!!

Don t take new vehicles here, they don t know how to work on them and will completely screw up the electronics on your vehicle resulting in a total loss. Even if it s a brand new vehicle. Then they ll try to say you re the one who did it. Lovely. Avoid these people.

Couldn't be more pleased with the ultra-professionalism of the whole service/experience, from towing to repairs to return-of-vehicle. Communication almost too good to be true. Pleasant, people-oriented staff, whether waiting area or behind the scenes. And in an era of parts shortages and supply line failures, the work was accomplished 2 weeks earlier than anticipated. Before and after. This shop is amazing!!!! Came here last minute and they took my car in got everything done in a few hours and car came out looking like new. Very professional job and it looks like it came out brand new! Would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! No job too small or too big for this guys! Thank you!!!

Brought my vehicle here to be worked on about a month ago. They state they have a lifetime warranty on their body work. They left a paint run on my car and I asked them to correct it. They stated they would give me a call in a week. I waited for a week and a half and then just drove to the shop. I spoke with the manager and I was told I would have an appointment set up the week of May 1st. Flash forward to now May 18th a month after getting my car back. I still have not gotten my warranty work and no phone calls. When I have called they state they forgot to call me. Still haven't received services to this date. Wouldn't recommend and will continue to contact them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience with Caliber. They were extremely responsive and the work was high quality. My car is back to looking brand new. They worked great with my insurance company and were extremely communicative throughout the process. They made the transfer to and from the rental car easy.
